We explore ways to help animals with trauma with Genie Joseph, PhD, the founder of The Human-Animal Connection. When our animals begin to transition, it can be a hard time for human caregivers. All words have energy and names are no different. What we call our pet can have a huge effect on how they behave, how they see themselves, and how they interact with us.
