Rachel is a Funnel Strategist who pivoted from a career in corporate PR to building a boutique social media marketing agency. She founded Lamplighter Marketing in 2017 and for the first 4 years, she struggled through all the growing pains associated with going from solopreneur to an agency.
She now has an AMAZING team of seasoned strategists and managers who help her B2C eCommerce, home services, health & wellness, and alcoholic beverage clients with cross-platform ads and organic management.

In my business, I consider intensives to be paid discovery calls. They are quick and offer my clients a ton of strategy and value. Alternatively, VIP Days are more of a VIP experience with tons of implementation.
Both offers have pros and cons. They have different time commitments, strategies, and price points, but they can both be a great way to increase your business revenue. And you can offer them both if it works for your business!

Whether it’s your kids coming home for summer break, vacations, or pregnancy like me, these are things that we can anticipate and plan for ahead of time so that it’s not overwhelming or stressful when it does happen.

Natalie Anne Martin is a Facebook Ad Strategist and single mom. After 10+ years of bartending, she decided to start working online to be able to spend more time with her daughter and also earn enough to support them both on her own.
She found her passion for Facebook Ads when she entered the online space as a high-ticket affiliate marketer and quickly pivoted to launch her own business helping other online entrepreneurs scale their businesses and create more passive income with Facebook Ads.
Within 1.5 years, she has scaled her business to start generating consistent 5-figure months and loves that she's able to help other moms gain more time for their kids with the services she provides.

If you’re anything like me, you love a good software. I am the queen of finding the best software, but we do try to keep it as simple as possible. If you know me, you know my motto is “keep it simple, sweetie” and that was the whole goal this year. Simplicity.
In this episode of Serve Scale Soar®, I’m sharing the 14 tools that I use for my business that we are loving in 2022. The more that we can automate our business, the more time we can get back and the less of a team we need.
My business grew fast, and with that amount of growth in that amount of time, we had to upgrade our systems because the ones we had just didn’t work anymore. So we have been on a mission to get our tech stack perfected.
We went back to the basics to simplify and streamline as much as possible. The software I’m sharing worked for us, but they may not work for you. Just because I love it and it works for my business doesn’t mean that you have to try it too. It’s all about finding what’s right for your business.
