Erin is a registered dietitian and founder of The Celiac Space. Erin works with a team of dietitians specializing in working with clients with celiac along with various other digestive issues.

She also created an app called the celiac app that helps people navigate the food landscape confidently with recommendations and updates on foods that are celiac safe as well as what to do when you’re dining out.

In this episode we cover everything from genetic factors, diagnosis, symptoms, gluten free diets, and how to confidently navigate eating with celiac and gluten sensitivities.
