Lewis Caralla is in his 16th year in the Division 1 Football Strength & Conditioning industry, and the author of the newly released, Fire Lighters 365: Daily Motivational Messages for Coaches, Athletes, and Leaders. He is currently serving as  the  University of Charlotte 49ers Director of Strength and Conditioning. (2023) Caralla has served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Georgia Tech Football (2019-2022), prior to that he was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Buffalo (2018), where he was named Football Scoop's 2018 Coach of the year, 

His other her career stops also include director strength and conditioning at Louisiana-Lafayette (2016-17) and North Texas (2015) and serving as an assistant at Michigan 2012-2014), Mississippi State (2011) and Georgia Tech (2010-11). His career began with an internship at South Florida in 2007. He was an intern at Virginia in 2008 and became a graduate assistant at Mississippi State in 2009-10.

Originally from Tarpon Springs, Fla., Caralla graduated with a bachelor's degree in wellness and corporate fitness from Defiance (Ohio) in 2008. He was a two-time all-conference running back and also earned academic all-conference accolades twice. He received a master's degree in kinesiology from Mississippi State in 2010. Caralla and his wife, Lori, have three children: Marshall, Ali and Ava.

Hannah Huesman is the Mental Performance Coordinator for the Texas Rangers Organization. She also travels for speaking engagements on how training your mental skills can help ANY performer. Hannah has worked with the FDNY, MLB, Business executives, actors, and athletes of all ages. She is also the host of #MentalSweatMonday on Instagram, Twitter, & LinkedIn. This is a 1 minute video, posted every Monday, of different strategies to help you work on your mental game. Hannah is passionate about helping performers become the best they can be by breaking a mental sweat every single day!

Hannah also has experience coaching with the Philadelphia Phillies, the Pittsburgh Pirates, SportsStrata, University of Tennessee, and University of Tennessee Chattanooga, and as an adjunct professor at JFK University.  Hannah holds a Master's Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Psychology and Motor Behavior as well as her CMPC Certification from the Association of Applied Sports Psychology.

Retired Major Donny Bigham served 27 years of service to our Nation in the Marine Corps and the US Army with deployments to Bosnia, Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Yemen. He was the First ever Strength and Conditioning Coach for the US Army (Conventional Forces) for the past six years while in uniform. Instrumental in being part of the team that changed the US Army Physical Fitness test after almost 40 years and co-authoring the Occupational Performance Assessment Test for initial screening of future Soldiers. Donny designed the Tactical Athlete Performance Center (TAP-C) at Fort Jackson and Fort Benning, emphasizing true strength, mobility, and speed to increase lethality and survivability across six pillars for the Warrior! Lastly, the TAP-C is the first-ever center that trains over 600 Soldiers daily within a Combat Battalion designed under his tenure. Donny was recognized as the 2017 TSAC-Facilitator of the Year (Strength Coach) and also awarded the 2016 Army Male Athlete of the Year. He is a 2x IPF World Champion in Raw Powerlifting and the current drug tested IPF World Record Holder in the Squat. He is currently a Ph.D. student at Rocky Mountain University pursuing a terminal degree in Human Sport and Performance.
