This episode, as promised, is a more in depth look at each individual cast member of this iteration of Surreal Life (Kim Zolciak-Biermann, Chet Hanks, Johnny Weir, Macy Grey, Tyler Posey, Ally Brooke, OT Genasis and Josie Canseco). If you’ve never heard of the current season or couldn’t find it, you’re not alone. It was hard to access; however, YBT and Lyndsay recap the entire series while breaking down interesting storylines of each individual cast member, so you don’t have to watch!
Surprisingly, Surreal Life focused a great deal on mental health and wellness. YBT and Lyndsay talk addiction and recovery, anxiety/other mental health conditions, self-esteem and misophonia/sonophobia (fear of sounds and noises). YBT shares psycho-educational information about grounding and the 4-7-8 breathing trick for panic and anxiety. While serious topics were tackled, YBT and Lyndsay have a Kiki including lots of laughter and fun. We hope you enjoy!

Hi Friends! Your Bish is back with a solo episode providing some personal updates. YBT shares her experience, strength and hope by discussing challenges of healing, radical acceptance, and managing perfectionism. YBT discusses lessons learned throughout her podcasting and health journey.

She’s made hundreds of TV appearances and most notably, she was a finalist on seasons 2-3 of Last Comic standing. Hello everybody and welcome back to the season 3 premiere of Your Bish Therapist Podcast!! In the first half of the episode, YBT and Mandy talk RHOC. Specifically, the nuances and spectrum of addiction is discussed.
