Pellets, Peptides, & Patient Centered Care
Tuesday, April 30, 2024 • Duration 36:28
Episode Summary:
Have you ever heard of peptides or pellets? If yes, you will enjoy this episode. If you no, then this is the opportunity to listen and learn more from Matthew Moody, which will be helpful to you either way.
Taking the natural approach to health requires that we begin by recognizing the body has the ability to make its own peptides. They are short protein chains of amino acids.
Peptides serve your body's most important and necessary processes, such as digestion, how your body uses energy from the food you eat, helps indicate how hungry you feel, how your hormones work, and cell movement. Peptide hormones and neuropeptides are the fundamental signaling molecules that mediate cell-cell communication.
Pellets have become an innovative custom-compounded therapy used for symptoms that are generated from a hormone imbalance. On this episode of YOUNGER you will learn the importance of top-quality sources certain healthcare practitioners use which can significantly help a patient save money and more importantly, provide the best, efficient outcome for the patient.
Listen and learn from Matthew. Let Dr. Robyn help you find out if these therapies are a good option for you to live an improved, and vital life of regenerative.

Hormones and Your Skin
Tuesday, June 27, 2023 • Duration 27:08
Episode Summary:
Obviously, your skin provides the physical barrier to protect what is inside of your body. It also helps to regulate your temperature and act as a route for elimination for fluids like sweat and oils. This is why good lifestyle with disciplines in a self-care practice should be taken seriously.
Our skin IS ruled by our hormones and is covered in small glands called sebaceous glands. They secrete an oil called sebum that helps lubricate your skin and keep it healthy. Within these glands are receptors that respond to hormones, and react according to factors like hormone levels.
“There are millions of products out on the market that claims to “fix” your skin issues, but we encourage you to stop chasing the hype and get back to basics when it comes to treating your skin.”
In this next YOUNGER podcast episode, I will discuss the basics of how to maintain good health through your skin. There are many factors to consider, such as age, diet, exercise, sleep, and stress. Listen as I am inclusive in the opportunity for all to understand its powerful connection to living a youthful and regenerative life.

FREE TO BE: A Six-Week Guide to Reclaiming Your Soul
Friday, June 2, 2023 • Duration 41:54
Key Takeaway Qs to Answer: Do you find yourself feeling unfulfilled? Unworthy? Did you check all the boxes and built a life, a career, a family but still, have an empty feeling as if something is missing? Why is soul work important in this day and age? Are our listeners bound to still have bad days from time to time even after finishing the lessons in the book? How do they go about changing that? How did you identify the categories for reclaiming your soul and breaking them up into six weeks?
Episode Summary: From an early age we’re taught that in order to be worthy, to find true happiness, to be “somebody,” we have to accomplish many things. We become achievement machines, always grasping for the next big win to send a signal to the world—and to ourselves—that we’ve “made it.” That we are happy.
But do we ever “make it,” really? Are we truly happy not in the “#livingmybestlife” and “#blessed” way in which we caption our social
media pages, but from a truly contented place of inner peace and joy? One where the yearning for the bigger house, the better job, the younger, more pliable spouse takes a backseat to the yearnings of our hearts and souls, a place where contentment just “is”?
