You, me & ADHD – Details, episodes & analysis

Woman, mother to a neutodivergent child and recently diagnosed with combined ADHD at the age of 32. I want to help others to understand ADHD and raise awareness so that young girls, or adult women, can get the help and support they need. Knowledge is power and if I can share my experiences and expertise with others and help even one person then I’ll rest easy knowing I’ve helped someone!
