| Persona Vs. Shadow | 02 May 2023 | 00:19:41 | |
The concept of personas and shadows, and why it's crucial for us to embrace our identity. Tonesha speaks about her experience as a customer service representative to explain how personas are masks that we wear based on the situation and the audience we are dealing with. However, when we wear these masks for too long, we often forget our identity, and this is where our shadows come into play. Shadows are the parts of ourselves that we hide from others and sometimes even from ourselves. We try to suppress these aspects of ourselves, but they have a way of coming out, especially when we are challenged or when we need to confront them. However, as the host points out, it is only when we embrace both our personas and shadows that we can truly be our authentic selves. In our quest to become the best version of ourselves, we need to accept and integrate all parts of ourselves. This includes the good, the bad, and the ugly. We need to remember that we are human and that none of us are perfect. The real you is the one you don't have to think about; it just happens naturally. Overall, this episode is a powerful reminder of the importance of embracing our true selves and accepting all parts of ourselves. It encourages us to let go of the masks we wear and be proud of who we really are.

| Action Vs. Activity | 25 Apr 2023 | 00:20:05 | |
Tonesha talks about the difference between action and activity and how important it is to prioritize purposeful actions when it comes to achieving our goals. She shares her personal experiences with procrastination and avoidance and encourages listeners to focus on handling business rather than just being busy. Key Points: - Busy does not always equal productive. Many of us have time stealers that are just activities, such as social media or procrastination. - It's important to be purposeful in our actions, especially when working towards our goals and aspirations. - Avoidance and procrastination only delay progress and can cause overwhelm and frustration. - Sometimes uncomfortable conversations or tasks must be tackled in order to achieve the desired outcome. - Prioritizing action over activity can lead to a more fulfilling and successful life. | Outside Perspective | 18 Apr 2023 | 00:29:38
Tonesha is back and talking about the importance of having an outside perspective when dealing with personal issues. Despite all the work we do within ourselves, sometimes we're too close to our problems to see them clearly. She emphasizes the fact that seeking help from loved ones is crucial and that our inner circle can help us when we're struggling. Don’t try to hide our pain and wounds, as those around us may be able to sense our struggle even if we think we're masking it well. Tonesha opens up and shares a personal story of being confronted by a pastor about her struggles, and how she realized that she wasn't as good at hiding her pain as she thought. She mentions the societal pressure to be a "strong woman" and how it can lead to the suppression of our emotions and struggles. Her message is clear: it's okay to ask for help, and we shouldn't be afraid to open up to our loved ones when we're struggling. Seeking an outside perspective can often provide clarity and a fresh perspective on our problems.

| Love On You! | 04 Apr 2023 | 00:16:11 | |
In this episode of the UR Immeasurable Podcast, the focus is on loving oneself with forgiveness. Though many people make efforts to take care of themselves externally, such as with exercise and good hygiene, they often neglect the internal aspects of self-love. Forgiveness is key in this regard, as internalizing trauma and harboring grudges can lead to physical tension and pain. Forgiveness allows you to set yourself free from the judgments that you place on yourself, and it is not about accepting or condoning the behavior of others. Instead, it gives you the space and freedom to grow and transform. Tonesha emphasizes that forgiving yourself is just as important as forgiving others, as everyone makes mistakes and reacts poorly to situations from time to time. Holding onto guilt and unforgiveness can lead to physical and emotional burdens that can be lifted with a little self-love. Setting yourself free from these negative emotions and being kind to yourself is the ultimate act of self-love. | Change, Grow, Fade | 14 Mar 2023 | 00:15:46
Breaking the cycles of negative self-talk and perpetual negativity is key to achieving personal growth and creating healthy relationships. This episode explores the power of deciding to make changes and assessing if those changes are bringing about growth or if it's time for something to fade away. With each change made, the opportunity for growth and development arises. It's important to set goals and celebrate wins along the way, as it keeps us motivated and excited to continue the journey.
| Hope is Draining | 07 Mar 2023 | 00:28:21 | |
Hope can be a powerful emotion, and it can also be a very draining one. When we invest time, effort, and emotion into something, we often cling to hope that things will turn out the way we want them to. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. When we are hoping for someone else to make a change in their life, it can be even more draining because it is up to them to decide if they want that change for themselves.
As Tonesha and Minnie discussed in this episode of the U R Immeasurable Podcast, it is important to remember that a zebra cannot change its stripes, no matter how much we may hope for it. When someone is not willing to make the necessary changes for their own growth, it can be difficult to watch and can lead to feelings of frustration, disappointment, and even sadness. It is important to recognize when you are investing too much hope into something or someone that is not beneficial to you and make the conscious decision to move forward with your own life.

| Perfectly Imperfect | 21 Feb 2023 | 00:20:08 | |
Perfectionism is a common struggle that many of us face in our daily lives. It can be hard to accept ourselves just as we are, and instead, we often strive to be “perfect” in all aspects of our lives. However, in Psalm 139:14, the Bible reminds us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and we are meant to stand out from the crowd. We each have unique qualities and quirks that make us special and should be embraced, not hidden away. We should be proud of who we are, and not feel the need to compare ourselves to others. We are perfectly imperfect, and that’s what makes us unique!

| Showing Love (Love Languages) | 07 Feb 2023 | 00:17:26 | |
The five love languages are a way to understand and communicate the way we express and receive love in relationships. They are words of affirmation, quality time, receiving gifts, acts of service, and personal touch. Understanding our own love language as well as our partners can help us to better understand how we can love and be loved, reducing conflicts and misunderstandings in relationships. In a relationship, it's important to understand that not everyone will express and receive love in the same way. This can lead to misunderstandings and conflicts if we only express love in the way that we want to receive it. Today, Tonesha is helping us understand our partner's love language and how expressing love in a way that resonates with them can lead to a deeper connection and a stronger relationship.

| Be Careful! | 20 Dec 2022 | 00:11:47 | |
Let’s talk about looking at other’s situations from different angles. It’s best to look at it from their point of view before ever forming an opinion. You just never know what is going through someone’s head and how they are feeling. Be mindful and always think about the consequences of their words before they speak. They say that it is always a shock when someone who seems happy takes their own life and that everybody has been sharing their condolences and opinions regarding the recent death of Twitch. People who have never experienced depression wouldn't understand what it's like to have those thoughts, so they shouldn't say anything if they don't have anything nice to say.

| Wounds of Unworthiness | 08 Nov 2022 | 00:15:19 | |
Welcome back to the U R IMMEASURABLE podcast. Today, I am talking about wounds and worthiness, or I would say worthiness wounds. A worthiness wound occurs when something happens in your life, whether it be an accident or a mistreatment knowingly or unknowingly from a person. It leaves you feeling unloved, inferior, and worthless. Healing those wounds is essential, yet people's ego often comes into play; it won't admit the wound occurred and prevents you from doing so. In this episode, I share tips on removing all those obstacles to starting your healing journey. Start healing now, and if you need any help, I'm more than willing to help with that because, again, I want you to be healed. You can find all the information you need to work with me in the show notes below.

It's bizarre how many times you've done impossible things and yet your reaction is: it's luck or you don't believe it's real. As a result, you are blocking the good things to come our way. Thus, you are blocking the good things to come your way. If you want to be the best version of yourself, you need to accept yourself and believe you are exceptional. Unfortunately, we do not do this enough. Welcome back to another episode of the U R IMMEASURABLE podcast. In this episode, I am talking about why you need to change your perspective, stop giving power to that negativity, and accept yourself unapologetically. It's time to take charge of your own life! | Protecting Your Peace | 11 Oct 2022 | 00:33:21
The importance of boundaries is often discussed, but we look at it only from one dimension. Traditionally, we're taught that we need to set strict boundaries and stick to them forever, but that's not true.
Everybody grows and matures with time, lessons and experience, so your boundaries should also grow and upgrade. It's possible that you no longer need those boundaries as you mature, or you may need to modify them as time goes on and you change.
This episode is going to be about having a deeper conversation about boundaries. I have discussed when you should relax your boundaries and set them firmly. By setting boundaries, you can help yourself to see the reality of people, whether they are helping you to become a better person or just maintaining you in a rut.
Tune into this episode of U R IMMEASURABLE PODCAST, and let's discuss boundaries deeply, Baby!
Hope you enjoy the episode.

| People Pleasing, Part 2 | 04 Oct 2022 | 00:37:17 | |
The conversation continues on the topic of people pleasing and how it can be harmful. Tonesha reminds us how people pleasing usually means wanting to be seen in a certain light by others and how, when that doesn't happen, people can start to conform. If you are finding yourself apologizing a lot - you might just be people-pleasing! Don’t fall into the trap of people pleasing, this only leads to apologizing for things that may not be your fault.
If you are a heart-centered person who tends to be overly agreeable and overexplain things, this episode is for you. While you want to be understood and to be seen as helpful, our tendency to constantly apologize and overexplain has taken over. It's time to relook at how we are doing that and reframe our thinking around people pleasing. | Earning Love | 27 Sep 2022 | 00:36:57
When it comes to love, do you give it unconditionally? Does it come to you unconditionally? As we go through life, we often encounter people who have past feelings about love. In today's episode, Tonesha discusses rejection, unfulfilled expectations, feeling unloved, miscommunication, and failed relationships. It's time to review past feelings so we can move forward and give reciprocated unconditional love. Love is something we deserve, whether it comes from a parent, a child, a spouse, a friend... and we freely give it. Are there conditions attached to those loves? As a result of past relationships, we sometimes don't give of ourselves as deeply as we could. Maybe you just have a person who is incapable of doing it. In that case, we must overcome these feelings and know and believe we are worthy of love. | Let's Talk About People Pleasing | 20 Sep 2022 | 00:26:14
How often have you found yourself in a space where you are agreeing to do things for others just to make them happy? You find yourself people-pleasing. This is a learned behavior from years of others looking at you and expecting things from you. And it’s time to look at yourself and see something different. We all have the RFB (Resting Bitch Face) but that’s not something you can always control. It’s how you act and treat yourself that matters. You’re trying to show people you care and that you are compassionate, but you are sacrificing yourself. You have fallen into people pleasing because this is what you were told to do. It’s time to wake up and take a closer look at yourself and make sure your needs are met. This episode was a Facebook Live. | Lies Your Ego Tells You | 13 Sep 2022 | 00:13:49
When was the last time you had a true conversation with yourself? One where you looked at yourself and the relationships around you and took a deep dive into what those are, who those people are, and what that all means to you. Are there some hurts out there that need forgiveness? Maybe they need some healing? Perhaps you just ignore it and think the pain will go away. Today, we’ve recorded a live direct from the Straight No Chaser Facebook group. And we are talking about that version of you that needs some healing. That version that needs to talk your ego down and remind your ego that even though it wants to protect you, you might need to ignore it to move on to the next better version of you.

But when you are trying to expand your business or even yourself, are these the right people to be giving you advice? In this powerful Season 4 opener, Tonesha returns to the mic after a sacred pause, and she’s coming back bolder, wiser, softer, and louder. In What the Silence Taught Me, she opens up about what it really means to fall inward instead of “falling off,” and how the quiet seasons of life can become portals for deep self-alignment, spiritual wisdom, and creative rebirth. With raw vulnerability and deep reverence, Tonesha shares the lessons her soul whispered during the stillness, offering an invitation to anyone who’s ever needed to take a breath, reset, and return. This episode is your reminder that the pause is not the end, it’s the portal, and now, the portal is open. Let’s be social -

But what if you slowed down? What if you decided to stop, reflect, and BREATHE! Tonesha is back with another episode focused on you. Don’t let the past sadness creep in. Don’t let other projections of you stop you from focusing on yourself. Stop worrying about what others are thinking and take those opportunities to learn from them. Slow down! | Masking Depression | 23 Aug 2022 | 00:25:39
Depression can hit everyone. Beautiful people, funny people, people that LOOK like they have it together. Depression has no prejudices against people, it can and most likely touch everyone at some point in their life. The important part is to have a support system you can use to help guide you along the way—someone special to talk to and someone you trust. We often lie to ourselves and others about how beautiful things can be. We are great at hiding the mistakes, hiding the ‘weaknesses’, and even hiding them from our own children and spouses. But today, I’m here to tell you – you need a support system to get it all out. It’s OK to admit where you hurt or when you hurt. Find that person that can be compassionate and empathetic. Not every day is sunny, but that’s ok… it makes the sunny days even more special.

| Take Off Your Concrete Necklace | 09 Aug 2022 | 00:47:51 | |
Have you been told you are a strong woman? That you can take on anything? But can you? Or do you want to? We are talking to a guest, Stephanie Barthelmes, and discussing those concrete necklaces people put around our necks. We don’t have to be ‘strong’ women to get things done. We aren’t always supposed to be the strong ones – and that is OK! Our superpowers are to give life, encourage, and inspire. There is no reason for us always to be the strong ones. Women are often misinterpreted as the weaker sex but then when we are told we are strong – how does that make us feel? We are all strong women in our own respects. Some because we had to be and some because we choose to live more in our masculine. But we aren’t above asking for help and giving reciprocal energy to others around us. Lean into your community and friends and we’ll talk about how you can find your superpowers and use them for the greater good. | Imperfectly Perfect | 02 Aug 2022 | 00:22:12
Are you asking for help? Does asking for help seem like a weakness to you? In the absence of help, you may find yourself suffering from perfectionist issues or attachment addictions, or even clinically diagnosed with maladaptive perfectionism. In most cases, we struggle with finding a balance between striving to be the best and not achieving greatness because perfection holds us back. Goals are good but extreme expectations aren’t. It's time to talk about those extreme expectations we have. Those burdens of being an overachiever. When your extremes prevent you from living your life or enjoying happiness and joy, it's time to take a step back. It's about asking for help, being imperfect, and not even allowing ourselves to be perfect. Learn to admit when you need help before the overwhelm takes you under. Let’s talk about how to identify your perfectionism and how you can create an imperfectly perfect you. | Letting Go of Learned Habits | 26 Jul 2022 | 00:30:04
Have you let go of your bad habits? It's not just any bad habit I'm referring to, but rather ones we developed based on our past trauma. These are the reactions we create when we do not receive the best from our partners, parents, friends, or relatives. We take on all the responsibility and accept the mess. It's always with us, but we haven't learned how to let it go. Our topic today is how to begin seeing those responses and how to accept the people who want us to prosper and thrive. Instead of creating an island of one, it’s time to unburden ourselves and start thinking positively about our future. Let go of that learned habit and move forward. | 100% Authentically You | 19 Jul 2022 | 00:30:36
Are you being the most authentic version of yourself? Have you let others' values, principles, and methods lead you down a path you don't want to follow? We are encouraged by our parents, family, and friends from a young age. It's not always what we feel deep inside that encourages us. Stay 100% authentic to yourself and do not borrow other people's personalities or personas. There are times when we don't recognize when we aren't being our true selves. Occasionally, it can be felt deep within us. This feeling can lead to thoughts of needing approval, or even of stretching boundaries. Today, we're discussing how to maintain a relationship with yourself by remaining authentically you. | Kicking the Perfectionist Demon | 12 Jul 2022 | 00:10:15
If you lack confidence in yourself, you might think someone will say something negative. Is your lack of confidence holding you back? Perfectionist demons keeping you on your toes? One of the things I've seen time and again when working with business owners is their lack of confidence. Their lack of getting themselves out to the world. There are people out there that need your product or service but you aren’t doing them justice by holding yourself back. This week, we'll discuss how we can push forward and stop holding back. Are you having trouble seeing your own greatness? Imposter syndrome got you so caught up in yourself that you can't get out of it? The topic of today's discussion is how imposter syndrome can lead to fabulous, epic pity parties and how to eliminate them. Put an end to comparing yourself with others. It’s just an excuse we like to use to stop us from bringing out the greatness in ourselves. You need to remember to show up. Authentically and true to yourself so that others can see your inner self shine. Imposter syndrome is a one-trick pony. Let’s get off that ride and create our best, authentic selves. If you are in procrastination mode, how do you motivate yourself to move forward? A little bit of tough love for these situations can be a good thing – if done correctly. In this first episode of U R Immeasurable, I’m opening up about how sometimes a little bully talk with yourself can get you up and moving. When things are tough or you’re down, a little self-talk to get you out of your rut is exactly what you might need. As long as it’s forward-moving and getting your butt in gear, these can useful.
