Following a seemingly ordinary high school teacher who secretly operates as a masked vigilante for hire, the film presents a series of bizarre and morally twisted “cases” where punishment is delivered in the most extreme and uncomfortable way imaginable.

Blending elements of crime drama, dark comedy, and pure exploitation, the movie attempts to frame its outrageous premise within a satirical look at justice, hypocrisy, and societal taboos, though whether it succeeds or completely derails is very much up for debate.

Based on the real-life horrors of Unit 731 during World War II, this film depicts Japanese troops capturing Chinese and Russian prisoners of war and subjecting them to unthinkable biological experiments; all in the name of progress. (IMDb)

A group of young adults have planned out and are throwing a huge party on the river. The old folks and locals all advise them against it due to a town legend about a murdering ghost who haunts the Illinois River at night. As the group are setting up for the party, they find themselves victims at the hand of The Reaper.
