F1RE, stands for Female First Racing Enduro team.

When Shelly's daughter expressed a desire to participate in enduro racing, she tirelessly sought out an event where her daughter could compete. Despite encountering resistance and being told that "girls don't race enduro," and with no existing category for girls, Shelly took matters into her own hands.

Determined to pave the way for change, she established the inaugural girls' enduro category, giving rise to the formation of the F1RE team.
