What if the reason you “hate sales”… is because you were taught to do it the wrong way? In this powerful episode of Women Thrive, we sit down with Aileen Boyle, sales & revenue generation architect and Founder and CEO of Fortro, who has spent over 20 years scaling founder-led brands and advising more than 300 businesses. Known for ripping up the old, masculine playbook of “always be closing,” Aileen helps women build revenue in a way that feels credible, aligned, and powerful — without becoming someone they’re not.

We discussed redefining selling, healing your mindset around money, and generating consistent revenue through simple, repeatable processes rather than relying on hustle and hope. If your income feels wobbly, if you avoid sales conversations, or if your brilliance isn’t reflected in your numbers yet — this episode will challenge what you think sales is and show you how to build sustainable growth with confidence and clarity.

✨ About the Guest ✨

Aileen Boyle is the Founder and CEO of Fortro, a Sales & Revenue Architect known for ripping up the old playbook on how women do sales and revenue generation. She is the person founders call when the numbers don’t match the brilliance of their work, when revenue feels wobbly, or when they’re ready to scale with systems that hold under pressure.

With over 20 years scaling founder-led brands, Aileen has advised 300+ businesses, delivered international keynotes, and delivered talks to the London School of Economics, and Strathclyde Business School. She has been a panel judge for Scottish Edge Entrepreneurial competitional and mentored over 50 business leaders. She has co-authored Voices of the 21st Century and her thought leadership has been featured on global podcasts including Womens Speaker Association, Leadership Torque: Waymaker, and Womens Leadership Summit for WYN Conferences.

Aileen’s work dismantles the outdated sales systems that were never written for women - systems that reward grind, pressure, and posturing, leaving founders exhausted, second-guessing, and caught in revenue cycles that feel fragile at best. Her clients shift from deep discomfort and overexplaining to consistent, scalable revenue, hearing "yes" on a regular basis.

Fierce, funny, and unapologetically real, Aileen believes every woman should have the tools to be exactly who they were meant to be.

About Stephanie Myers

Stephanie Myers aka Bias Breaking Beauty, is a seasoned advocate and change-maker with over two decades of experience working in male-dominated industries. As an advocate for gender equity globally, Stephanie believes that exposing and challenging the biases women face is essential to the fight for gender equality.

Raised in an environment that often relegated women to second-class status, Stephanie was inspired by her mother, Mary, a resolute and competent woman who taught her to value her own strengths and individuality beyond societal expectations. This foundational belief fueled Stephanie's determination to alter the narrative for herself and other women striving to make their mark.

Her work serves as both a testimony and a guide, helping others recognize that women are capable of achieving anything they set their minds to and should be afforded the same privileges—recognition, compensation, and opportunities—that their male counterparts often receive.

Stephanie extends her advocacy through books, coaching, consultations, and speaking engagements designed to provoke thought, inspire action, and fuel movements toward gender equity. Her efforts are driven by a vision where the strength of one's character, rather than the gender assigned at birth, defines success. This clarion call for systemic change aims to empower women to assert their worth, demand their rightful place, and foster environments that value diversity and equity.

Gabs reflects on the support and camaraderie she found with other authors of the Women Thrive Book, who, despite their varied backgrounds, came together to share and support each other’s stories.

Join Raimonda Jan as she chats with the incredible Diane Gilman, a fashion designer who revolutionized jeans for women over 50. At 60, Diane found remarkable success in an industry often focused on youth.

But Diane's story goes beyond fashion. She's also an author and podcaster who overcame personal challenges, including breast cancer. Through her journey, Diane shares powerful lessons about reinvention, embracing aging, and the importance of perseverance.

Get ready to be inspired by Diane's resilience and vision, and discover how she continues to empower women worldwide. Tune in now!

✨ Exceptional Highlights

  • A Late-Blooming Success: Diane’s journey in fashion didn’t follow the conventional path. It wasn’t until she was 60 that she found monumental success. Despite being in the fashion industry for decades, Diane only reached the pinnacle of her career later in life. Her story serves as a powerful reminder that it’s never too late to achieve greatness. As she puts it, “So when everybody else had dropped out of the industry fashion, which is youth-obsessed, I was just getting successful.”

  • A Journey Defined by Resilience: Diane speaks candidly about her life’s ups and downs, including her battle with breast cancer. Diagnosed at 72 on Christmas Eve, Diane faced the disease head-on. She took time off but returned to television just eight and a half months later, ready to face new challenges. This battle, while deeply personal, became a broader lesson in resilience and determination.

  • The Birth of a Dream: One of Diane's most revolutionary ideas was born out of personal need. Finding herself unable to find jeans that fit her middle-aged body, she designed her own. Her middle-aged jeans quickly became a sensational hit, selling over 23 million pairs. This endeavor was more than a business success; it was a societal breakthrough, acknowledging and addressing the needs of an often-ignored demographic.

Beyond the Hard Hat: Why Human-Centric Leadership is the Ultimate Strategy with Angelina Badri12 Feb 202600:38:52

📢 Sign up for the upcoming Women Thrive Summit 2026 here: https://summit.womenthrivesummit.com/

---What if the life you’re building is quietly built on a belief that’s keeping you small?

In this bold episode of Women Thrive, Angelina Badri walks into high-risk, male-dominated industries, where fatalities have been accepted as “part of the job” and dares to say: We can choose differently.

From boardrooms to oil rigs, she challenges outdated thinking, calls out survival-mode leadership, and empowers people to stop hiding behind titles and start owning their value.

If you’re ready to disrupt the narrative in your business and in your life, this conversation will light a fire in you.

✨ About the Guest ✨

Angelina Badri has spent her life paying attention to what many would consider the unseen, the moments where people disconnect from themselves, where leaders override instinct, and where systems quietly train humans to abandon their own awareness. Her work was shaped inside high-risk environments where decisions matter, pressure distorts behavior, and the cost of disconnection is more than theoretical.

Founder and Director of Universal Safety Wellness® a global consulting firm that uniquely drives impact by applying her proprietary frameworks to disrupt and realign, both the organizational and human operating systems. Challenging outdated, compliance-driven models and replacing them with human-first strategies that drive real behavioral change. Angelina’s approach is bold, grounded, and deeply human. She disrupts patterns, names what’s really happening beneath the surface, and equips leaders to move from trauma-based reactions to empowered, conscious action. Whether on stage, in boardrooms, or embedded within organizations, her work activates sustainable change, not motivation theatre. Angelina doesn’t just speak about transformation. She builds it, human by human, system by system, legacy by legacy.

This episode of the Women Thrive Podcast features Julie C Butler, a successful businesswoman, author, and branding coach with over 15 years of experience. Julie talks about the significance of lead generation in building a business, through strategies like using a lead magnet to attract an audience and building an email list.

Julie highlighted the necessity of having a back-end tech system in place for any business which involves automation. She also emphasized not overthinking what to offer in a lead magnet, as long as it provides quick, relevant value to the audience.

Exceptional Highlights

Whether you're prepping for an elaborate website or just starting, growing an email list should be a top priority. From playing a decisive role in business promotion to fostering community building, an active email list can be your secret weapon to success.

  • Tips for Creating an Irresistible Lead Magnet: Creating a compelling lead magnet can prove instrumental in growing your email list. Healing Through Movement: Embracing Feminine Energy and Self-Expression with Marie Ferguson23 Jan 202400:30:03

In this episode of the Women Thrive Podcast, host Raimonda Jan speaks with special guest, Marie Ferguson. As a feminine embodiment coach, Marie believes in using techniques within the Menarche Project to help foster deeper bonds between conscious mothers and their families. She goes on to share her journey, from growing up dancing to becoming mired in the masculine energies of work and losing her spark eventually. Marie talks about how becoming a mother and experiencing the hardships of multiple miscarriages led her back to dancing and yoga classes, tools which she used to find balance again between the feminine and masculine energies.

This episode emphasizes the importance of dance as a transformative tool, nurturing the self, and establishing balance in life. Marie shares about the work she does with women in coaching and mentoring, and how it's helped them transform their lives by bringing in more balance and harmony.

  • Embracing Dance for Personal Transformation: Marie encourages all individuals to explore dance as a means of reconnecting with their feminine essence. It doesn't require a formal studio or training; dance can be embraced anywhere, anytime. Whether it's swaying in the kitchen to your favorite song or dancing barefoot in the garden, the key is to let your body guide you in expressing your innermost emotions and desires. Marie reminds us that dancing is a celebration of our unique vibrations, a release of stagnant energy, and an invitation for creative inspiration to flow.
  • The Ripple Effect of Embodying the Feminine Essence: Through her work as a feminine embodiment coach, Marie has witnessed the profound impact of embracing the feminine essence on her clients' lives. By prioritizing self-care, understanding their emotions, and honoring their intuition, women have experienced shifts in their boundary-setting abilities, intimate relationships, and overall fulfillment.

If you’re ready to grow with a global community of women, head to https://summit.womenthrivesummit.com/ to register for free ✨

What if the way you see your body isn’t the problem—but the story you’ve been taught to believe about it?

In this deeply honest and empowering episode of Women Thrive, we go into the hidden layers behind body image, self-worth, and confidence—especially for women who look “fine” on the outside but are quietly at war with themselves on the inside. Our guest, Susan Walker, brings decades of clinical wisdom and lived experience to a conversation many women have been afraid to voice out loud.

From navigating medical trauma and profound loss to confronting shame, guilt, and perfectionism around food and appearance, this episode peels back the surface of body confidence and gets to the real work beneath it. You’ll hear why dieting culture keeps women stuck, how trauma and self-esteem are deeply intertwined, and what it actually takes to make peace with your body—without punishment, deprivation, or self-criticism.

This conversation is for the woman who’s tired of feeling disconnected from her reflection, exhausted by rules around food, and ready to stop “fixing” herself and start accepting herself. If you’ve ever felt trapped between loving your body and trying to change it, this episode will meet you exactly where you are—and gently show you a new way forward.

A Man is Not a Plan: How to Look After Your Financial Future with Pauline Kirk09 Jan 202400:32:40

In this episode, we interview Pauline Kirk, a financial empowerment coach. The episode primarily focuses on financial independence for women. Pauline emphasizes the importance of understanding one's finances, shedding light on the effects of societal narratives on women's financial behaviors.

She explores how women can enact financial success habits, starting with understanding one's income and expenditure, and then making a commitment to savings. Pauline, also referred to as the 'disruptor', is dedicated to breaking down financial jargon into simple, understandable language for everyday people. She is also preparing to join the Women Thrive Summit as a speaker, where she will be sharing her financial expertise and passion.

Exceptional Highlights

  • Understanding Financial Fabulousness: To be financially fabulous means to have the confidence and knowledge to make informed financial decisions that align with your goals and values. It's about taking control of your money and creating a secure future for yourself. Pauline emphasizes the importance of understanding your money, examining your money stories, and challenging the societal narratives that dictate our financial beliefs.

  • The Impact of Childhood Money Stories: Pauline highlights the significance of our childhood experiences and the stories we were told about money. Many of us grew up with the notion that a man would provide for us, and financial independence wasn't encouraged. It's crucial to recognize and change these narratives to empower ourselves to take charge of our financial well-being.

  • Breaking the Chains of Dependence: One of the key takeaways from Pauline's discussion is the realization that no one is coming to save us. We need to take responsibility for our financial futures. The statistics reveal that 48% of couples end up in divorce, and women, on average, live six years longer than men. Therefore, women need to ensure their financial security and not rely solely on others.

  • Education and Empowerment: Pauline's journey stems from personal experiences, including PTSD and an emotional spending addiction. She reveals that her lack of knowledge and the negative experience with a financial advisor prompted her to take matters into her own hands. Pauline advocates for self-education and understanding one's investments to avoid falling victim to the complexities of the financial industry.

She talks about the importance of being open to transformation, and being conscious of where one is in their manifestation cycles, such as planting ideas or readying to enter a new phase.

Tara emphasizes the importance of combining internal transformation and external manifestation, to speed up the process and experience greater ease. She also stresses the need to bless and show gratitude for every phase of one's life to facilitate the manifestation process. They discuss the value of understanding one's energy state to manage emotions during transformation periods and how recognizing resistance or hesitancy can help speed up this process.

Exceptional Highlights

  • The Light Within as a Manifestation Key: Tara emphasizes that the experience of manifestation is intricately connected to our inner light. Bringing light to every aspect of our lives, she suggests visualizing divine light flowing into our being, creating an inner summer moment even in challenging times. This technique helps maintain expansion and a constant energy flow for effortless manifestation.

  • Embrace and Bless Each Phase: Tara advises embracing and blessing every phase of the manifestation journey. Expressing gratitude for each stage facilitates a smoother and more graceful process. By acknowledging and releasing any hesitancy or resistance during these phases, Tara introduces the technique of welcoming light to clear and release blockages.

  • Manifestation as an Ongoing Journey: Tara highlights the importance of understanding that manifestation is an ongoing and limitless journey. Comparing it to the infinite cycle of a butterfly's life, she emphasizes that each transformation prepares us for the next version of ourselves and our dreams.

Thriving Together: Sustaining Leadership That Needs Witnesses with Dr. Chenelle S. Boatswain03 Feb 202600:25:44

If you’re ready to grow with a global community of women, head to https://summit.womenthrivesummit.com/ to register for free ✨

Leadership is often celebrated but rarely sustained in isolation. What happens when strong leaders are expected to carry it all without being truly seen?

In this powerful episode of Women Thrive, we explore the deeper truth about leadership, resilience, and why witnessing matters just as much as strength. Our guest, Dr. Chenelle S. Boatswain, invites us into a conversation that challenges the “do-it-all-alone” narrative so many women leaders have been conditioned to accept.

Together, we unpack what it really takes to sustain leadership over time. From navigating emotional labor and unseen pressures to understanding the role of community, validation, and shared responsibility. This episode is a reminder that leadership isn’t meant to be lonely and that being witnessed can be the difference between burnout and long-term impact.

If you’re a woman who leads, serves, builds, or carries responsibility for others and quietly wonders who is holding space for you, this conversation will resonate deeply. It’s an invitation to stop surviving alone and start thriving together.
