| Witch Wound: Reclaiming Your Voice As A Leader | 01 May 2024 | 00:57:18 | |
The Witch Wound lives in the collective and within ourselves, keeping us small, scared and silent by default, and in need of having to do so much work to show up as our full leader selves. If you're a coach, a healer, space holder, or wellbeing practitioner in any way, you would have been labelled a Witch in the past, and whether this is an identity you hold or not, we all hold energy (and often deep-seated fears) around what it means to show up, speak our truth, share our wisdom, and be of service to reclaiming the feminine. As such we have lost our voices, afraid to be our full selves, afraid to lead, to be seen, in case we get taken down and harmed, just as Witches were. I believe a Witch is a person at home in nature, who honours the seasons and cycles of the earth, her body and our life cycle, and is here to do magick for the highest good of all. She isn't to be feared like Patriarchy would have us believe, but she does hold the frequency of a woman being her full authentic self, working with her powerful gifts, and being unashamed of who she is. There is so much we can learn from meeting our inner Witch! Tune in to hear:
Our magickal new container, the Cyclical Business Mastermind, is a place where we can heal this wound, and the sister wound, to be held, heard, championed, inspired and deeply supported by other aligned soul sisters, to help you step into leadership, work on implementing aligned strategies that support ease and flow in your business and life, and to do the deeper embodiment work that will serve you for a life ti Reclaiming your wild feminine power, magick, and flow is an act of sacred rebellion—and it’s needed now more than ever. | Break Free From Comparisonitis And Playing It Safe | 16 Apr 2024 | 01:04:22
Comparisonitis is the thief of joy, it's the energy of unworthiness, as compared to others or to where we think we should be, and it's a huge problem when it comes to stepping forward into your power in life and business. We all do it - but what can we do about it? I'm talking this through because it's something I see in clients and women I have been journeying with in my own studies, and it's origin and impact can be subtle, yet run deep. It can stop us believing in ourselves, trusting ourselves, and fulfilling the soul purpose we're here to live out. It can keep us poor, stifled, unfulfilled, and afraid. And it's time we cut through the BS to be more of our wild, powerful selves, so we can be the leaders we need to be, and be supported to do what we're here to do. I'm talking through:
Tune in for a pep talk, self-awareness, and tools to shift from stuck to sovereign leader!

| From Painful Periods to Empowered with Lisa de Jong | 19 Dec 2023 | 01:07:34 | |
How are painful periods linked to our traumas? Lisa de Jong reveals the wisdom of our bodies, and the tools she used to holistically heal chronic pain and tend to our nervous systems in her trauma-informed approach to menstrual cycle coaching. As a health coach and educator Lisa works 1:1 with women, focusing on pain through a really trauma informed approach means that she's really considering what pain is, what it's manifesting from, and what these deeper inner conflicts might be, so she doesn't just help people find relief from their pain, but to do that inner work as well to transform pain into power. In this week's episode of Wild Flow Lisa and I had a big chat about our cycle coaching businesses, pain, trauma and nervous system healing approaches:

What does money have to do with the menstrual cycle? It's surprising how much! This week's guest Cathy Lemire, The Menstrual Money Coach, is here to help us connect the dots between how our menstrual cycle influences our relationship, behaviours and attitudes around money, understand how our money stories play up across the phases of our cycle, and to take charge of our wealth! Cathy is a financial coach for women who know their menstrual cycle is wreaking havoc on their life and are struggling to manage their energy, she teaches women to embrace their cycle as their superpower, so they can stop the monthly PMS fight over money with their spouse, the emotional spending splurge followed by regret and feelings of self sabotage. Cathy loves talking about how we can embrace our cycle through cycle syncing to help us reach her goals, specifically with money. I really loved reflecting on how my own money mindset changes by inner season, and hearing how it can show up differently for others based on our money archetypes - it's super fascinating! | Rebelling Against Body Shame as an Indian Woman with Shivani Jobanputra | 04 Feb 2025 | 01:09:57
What if your body—your natural cycles—weren’t just considered shameful, but impure? What if you were told you couldn’t enter the kitchen during your period, and no one could touch you, simply because your culture deemed you unclean? In this powerful conversation, I sit down with Shivani Jobanputra—wild woman, radical rebel, and sacred sister—who grew up under these very restrictions. Told again and again that her period made her untouchable, Shivani chose a different path. She challenged the beliefs ingrained in her family, stood in her truth, and reclaimed her period as a source of power. Today, she is not only liberated but is sharing stories of period power and womb wisdom with the next generation—ensuring that no child grows up feeling exiled from their own body. | The Myth of the Inner Critic with Melanie Swan | 07 Nov 2023 | 01:21:44
This week we're myth-busting! The Inner Critic is a popular name for that inner voice who is known to tear us down when we're 'PMNS-ing', but Melanie Swan, womb medicine woman at @the_sacred_womb wants to realise this isn't normal, its not something we should learn to work with, but is in fact one way trauma shows up in our menstrual cycle. Melanie and I are talking about this myth of the inner critic: why it happens, how to heal it, and Melanie shares an easy, practical, beautiful exercise that you can do straight away towards the end of this episode to connect in with your womb and this voice. Melanie goes deep on:
So if you experience what you call an inner critic voice, particularly in the pre-menstrual phase of your cycle - or at any other phase as well - then this is going to be a really great one to listen to. Come find me on Instagram and leave a comment! How does your inner critic show up? Can you connect with it as trauma? Has it felt like something you just have to accept and live with? Are you curious about past life healing through the womb? Let me introduce Mel. Besides being a Midland gal from the UK like me, Melanie is a Womb Medicine Woman and Multi-dimensional trauma healer who helps women to come home to their true nature by embodying the multi-faceted menstrual cycle, healing multi-dimensional trauma & co-creating with the divine through the portal of the Womb. Ooh how amazing does that sound.

| How To Teach Your Child About Periods and Puberty | 24 Oct 2023 | 00:51:16 | |
When you're becoming conscious of your menstrual cycle, and how much it influences you, and how much healing there is possible when we reclaim our cycle, it's entirely normal to want a better experience for your child when they start their periods. You don’t want her to have to wait until she’s this age to figure it all out piece by piece, and you hope she doesn’t feel disconnected, distrusting or even disgusted by her body and cycle. But since you weren’t given much support or empowering information when you had your menarche (first period), you’re at a loss at to how to really talk to your child in advance, so she is supported, prepared and confident in advance, and never has to struggle or suffer alone. So to support you to have conversations with your child at any age, I'm sharing a lot of tips, knowledge and wisdom that you need to know to support your child - as well as ways to support yourself as a parent. I want you to feel so confident and at ease to have what are traditionally uncomfortable conversations, and turn them into beautiful healing and bonding opportunities for you and your child. Inside I'm walking you through ways to share with children of different ages from young children, tweens and pre-pubescent children, through to pubescent children and teens. I hope this helps you turn what’s been traditionally uncomfortable conversations into beautiful moments of bonding, and learning and healing for yourself as well as your child.

Joss invites us to let go of guilt and shame when we don't need to hold it, and instead, to bring so much compassion to ourselves as we learn to be the parents that our children need us to be and to flow with the changes as our children develop and move into new stages of life and surprises. | Autism, ADHD and Neuroqueering the Menstrual Cycle with Joeli Caparco | 29 Aug 2023 | 01:11:23
Menstrual Cycle Awareness is an archetypal experience of inner seasonal strengths and shadows that can bring us into sharp focus of how we express and embody different variations of ourselves across the menstrual cycle. For many its a very powerful self-awareness and empowerment tool, yet there is a tendency for people to think they should experience their cycle just as the textbook tells them, leaving them feeling further disconnection to their body and cycle when it doesn't fit the mould. Today's guest on Wild Flow is here to expand the horizons on who gets to participate in menstrual cycle awareness, and to specifically include people who identify as neurodivergent, queer and those who aren't tapping into their body's rhythm for fertility purposes. Joeli Carparco is a Mindset and Menstrual Cycle Coach for creatives, content creators, and coaches. She works to bring a neuroqueer lens to the menstrual cycle awareness space, by taking the focus off of fertility and even menstruation itself in order to expand the umbrella of who is included and to acknowledge different experiences of having a cycle. Through creating a practice of getting in touch with their body, Joeli helps her clients reconnect with their needs, wants, and desires so that they can have happier, healthier relationships with themselves, others, and their businesses. Joeli’s pronouns are she/they, and she identifies as queer and neurodivergent and I am very grateful to Joeli for sharing so much insightful knowledge, wisdom and experience with us in this episode. | How to Descend and Rise into your Power with Carly Mountain | 01 Aug 2023 | 01:15:32
Descending into the underworld is the stuff of powerful myths, where demons and monsters dwell in the shadows. But whether myths and monsters are real or not, they serve a profound purpose, to make meaning of the human experience, to explain what isn’t easily understood, and to help humans across time, space and place to find threads of connection in the unknown. Myths stand the test of time, still highly relevant to us in the modern era, as much as to ancient peoples, providing a map and compass for each generation to navigate the depths of the psyche through initiations, travails, dark nights of the soul, and transformations. Todays guest Carly Mountain knows myth and what’s involved to descend into the depths of the underworld where we face our darkest shadows and tallest hurdles, having discovered and recognised her and many others own life stories mirroring the great ancient myth of Inanna, Queen of heaven and earth who descended to the underworld to meet her sister Ereskigal, Queen of the Underworld after sacrificing all that she knew about herself and the world she inhabited, only to be struck dead immediately by her sister. By working with this incredible myth and exploring the power, healing and liberation that becomes available to us when we recognise our own calls to surrender what’s ready to die in our own lives, Carly maps out in her new book Descend and Rising how we can follow Inanna’s story to make meaning of our own descents and initiations, and to powerfully rise into our power and truest selves. After working with the Inanna myth myself for some time, I loved reading Carly’s book, and am thrilled to have been able to chat with Carly for Wild Flow. In this episode we mused on:

| How I Grow My Coaching Business In The Busy Mother Season of Life (And 3 Mistakes To Avoid) | 26 Jul 2023 | 00:23:38 | |
I’m asked all the time how I do it: how do I grow my business, whilst being a present mama of three young kids. How did I start my business and get to this spacious, sustainable place I’m at now, whilst only working 3 days and prioritising my health and wellbeing? When I was asked this question again yesterday, I thought to myself hang on, I would love to address this really in-depth, to share what’s helped me, and the 3 major mistakes women get caught up in when trying to cultivate a business that serves them too. So I made a podcast for you. Inside the solo ep is what I wish for all women to know: whether you are a mum yourself (or intend to be), whether you just want to leave behind the hustle and embed a deep cyclical sustainable way of working, whether you’re going through big changes in life that are urging you to make big changes and you’re not sure how to move towards what you want, this is for you. I might be in the very busy ‘Mother’ season of life but I am not martyring myself to the traditional gendered role of a Mother (read: being all things, to all people, at all times). This season of life, which for me has included growing three humans and a business, has taught me if nothing else…. That I don’t want to do things the same way anyone else is. Because my measure of success is very different to anyone else’s. And so it should be. There are 3 key mistakes I see people making when they want to grow a business that nourishes, supports and sustains them. When growing a successful, soulful, sustainable business it’s so important you focus on avoiding these 3 key mistakes, so I’m sharing what these are and how you can avoid them in this episode. I would LOVE you to have a listen because I know this is going to help you so much. Reclaiming your wild feminine power, magick, and flow is an act of sacred rebellion—and it’s needed now more than ever. | Unlocking the Mysteries of Autumn: The Magick of Samhain | 08 May 2023 | 00:32:02
The Witches say the veils between the worlds of the dead and the living, the seen and unseen, are thinnest at Samhain, the name of the cross-quarter sabbat (celebration) between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice. It's a time of high magick, ceremony and celebration to honour the dead and celebrate the years' harvest at the witches new year. its also a mirror for the pre-menstrual time of the menstrual cycle, a time to be revered, not feared, when truth-telling and listening is highly necessary for growth and healing.

| Nature, Culture and The Sacred: Reimagining Leadership For Women | 07 Mar 2023 | 01:04:37 | |
What does Nature, Culture and the Sacred teach us about becoming the leader we need to be: for ourselves, our communities, and the Earth? Plenty, actually! As the world we inhabit crumbles around us, its takes courage, humility, deep listening skills and activism to create a safer world that is respectful of women, people of marginalised identities, and greater values than chasing money and power to create resistance and change. And what can we singularly do about it? My guest on the new episode of Wild Flow podcast is Nina Simons, Co-founder and Chief Relationship Officer at Bioneers, a nonprofit that features and connects practical and visionary solutions for transforming how we relate to ourselves, each other and the Earth. Nina is recipient of the Goi Peace Award, and throughout her career, she has worked with over a thousand women leaders who are diverse across disciplines, race, class, age and orientation to create conditions for mutual learning, trust and leadership development. She produces and speaks at large-scale events to work intimately to help small, diverse groups of women leaders knit together to strengthen each other’s work pursuing intersectional healing and ecological justice. This conversation inspired me so much. We touched on:
If you are leading the way in your community, in your work, or your family, this is for you. | Circles As Ancient Medicine For Modern Times with Mitlé Southey | 21 Feb 2023 | 01:17:26
It's safe to say that sacred women's circles are making a big come back. No longer lost ancient forms of gathering in community, circles are now becoming increasingly available around the world as an opportunity to gather with shared intention, possibly to meet new friends, devote time to spiritual practice, to experience particular ceremony. Whatever happens and whoever you meet, you are sure to come home to yourself. The way of the circle offers us a very different form of connection and community in which we can come to understand ourselves and each other- and to find the magick and medicine we need at the time. Circles are an ancient way of life, but are now being held in towns everywhere, in schools, board rooms, and online, and they have the potential to support healing and transformation of communities on many levels. I believe that when you attend your first Circle, you awaken to a new way of relating and being, and its addictive. My first ever circle was with today's guest Mitlé Southey in 2018, when I attended her 3 day circle facilitator training, and that immersive experience changed me deeply, and revealed a deeper path forward for me personally in my own healing, as well as in my work that I do. I'm overjoyed to welcome MItlé to the podcast, and to share with you a delicious conversation about:

| Coming of Age Wisdom for Mothers and Daughters with Arahni Lion and Jo Rockendorfer | 24 Jan 2023 | 01:10:50 | |
Imagine a world where mothers were given sacred space to welcome their daughters intentionally into their coming of age rite of passage. And where girls were welcomed into circle with other mothers and daughters to find deep wisdom, loving support and a chance to experience true sisterhood all before their 13th birthday. There is a place on Earth: it's called the Seeding Wisdom journey held annually in the Illawarra (NSW) by wise women Arahni Lion and Jo Rockendorfer. Arahni and Jo share the story of why and how they created this potent experience, what happens within the journey, and why this kind of initiatory journey is needed now, more than ever. If you've ever wished you were more supported, more seen and heard, more understood and respected in your own maiden years, this is a truly special way of healing that part of you, and to give your child the best start to a conscious, empowered, embodied and connected womanhood. I know that when my daughters are of age, we will be taking the journey together, one by one. Listen into this conversation to hear Arahni and Jo sharing their journey to hosting the Seeding Wisdom journey and:

| How To Set Embodied Intentions For The New Year with Charlotte Pointeaux | 10 Jan 2023 | 00:39:34 | |
When you want to create real change, its important that you don't follow what you think you SHOULD be focusing on. Instead, ask yourself what's true for you. How will you know? Your body will tell you. Have you picked a word for the year yet? A New Year's resolution? Is your year mapped out with strict timelines and a whole lotta hustle? Maybe so... But if this approach doesn't feel quite right to you, I'd love to offer you a different way: a more feminine, embodied, feelings-based way of setting intentions for the year ahead. In this episode I'm sharing my embodied intention-setting technique which I guide all my private wild feminine coaching clients through, so you can get crystal-clear, alive, juicy and deeply inspired to call in your most luscious year yet. What's more, the cycle mysteries teach us that New Years Day is not the correct time to be declaring "New Year, New Me!". Instead, there's meant to be an in-built hibernation, restorative time to let the death of the last year complete, and the visioning and dreaming of the new year to occur before we rush in all guns blazing with our new habits. I suggest we allow ourselves one Moon, until New Moon (22nd Jan 2023) to let our visions become clear, so we're sure we're choosing the right path that honours our capacity, desires, needs and energy, rather than overriding and pushing through. Let's resist the urge to overdo it and then quit at the first hurdle, all burnt out, and instead take a cyclical, embodied approach right from the get-go. Listen in for me sharing:

Guest Katara Sky is a guide for people journeying (willingly or not!) on the descent into their soul's initiation, or awakening, which is when the ego dissolves and big questions about what life is all for anyway, are asked. Beyond who you think you are, what you do, and the stage of life you're at, you may or may not have an experience that prompts you to question everything and come face to face with your deepest, truest essence: your soul. Katara shares us with what the soul is, and how it differs to spirit, and what the soul journey is. She explains how many people never have a soul awakening, even if they want to find their "soul purpose". And Katara shares how we can find and create support for ourselves in the biggest journey of all, our soul journey. Tune in to hear about:

| Matrescence as a Rite of Passage with Amy Taylor-Kabbaz | 27 Sep 2022 | 01:04:03 | |
When a baby is born, everyone rushes to hold the baby. But who is holding the Mother? This is the big question which Amy Taylor-Kabbaz is advocating to be resolved. Amy's work centres Matrescense, the becoming of a Mother, which happens slowly, almost invisibly to others, but felt deeply by the woman. This rich, deep, powerful conversation bought Amy and I together on something we feel so strongly about: that rites of passages must be honoured in modern cultures to ensure the wellbeing of all - especially the Feminine. Join us to hear more about what Matrescence is and where it originated, how we experience an Inner Split as our identities, perspectives and whole self irreversibly changes in Matrescence, how our careers, roles and value changes in Motherhood, and what we can collectively do to reclaim and honour The Mother. Growing up in the Mormon Church meant Elizabeth believed she was responsible for males' thoughts about her body, that her body was unsafe, and her cycle was taboo. When she broke away from the Church she had to leave behind her faith and her tight-knit community, but in doing so, she found her authentic power, a truer community of ex-Mormon women, and best of her, she found a deep reverence for her own body and cycle that was all her own. She became sovereign. Nowadays, Elizabeth Tidwell is a womb guide, menstrual cycle coach and First Moon Circle Facilitator who helps women and children learn vital body literacy and facilitates a deeper relationship between menstruators and their cycles, bodies, and whole selves. She prioritizes nervous system regulation and personal agency, empowering her clients in a trauma-informed environment. Today's guest Emma Campbell is my old listening buddy who I met when we both had small children, and were growing our businesses. We both wanted to do things in a way that honoured the season of life we were in, and permitted us to simply be where we were at. When I shared that I am a Cycle Coach with Emma for the first time, she soaked up all the information I gave her and began syncing her life and work to the moon, whilst she was breastfeeding. Fast forward to today and Emma is sharing cycle awareness in corporate teams and seeing huge shifts in leadership and performance when women and leaders notice how staff feel, communicate and perform differently across their cycles. | The Problem With Cycle Syncing and The Myth Of A Perfect Cycle | 14 Jun 2022 | 00:39:07
Cycle syncing is an amazing concept coined by Alisa Vitti that invites us to understand how our cycle shifts and changes, how we have different energies, qualities, strengths and vulnerabilities across the phases, and then shows us how we can align the tasks of our lives to best harness and flow with those energies. I adore this concept and share it widely with clients and in my courses and experiences because it stops us from living in a linear way and instead teaches us how to embrace the way we aren't the same each day. However I'm also really starting to notice a lot of people struggling to cycle sync because when someone does have have an archetypal 28-day menstrual cycle that's the same every month: regular, predictable, and experienced just as the books say it should be, it can leave you feeling not good enough. Yes, having shame about not having a 28-day cycle is becoming a real thing and I really want to offer a new way of cycle syncing that invites you to embrace and embody your own unique cycle experience, instead of finding another way of not being the ideal human. In this solo episode I bring the fire, bust some myths, and share why I believe it can actually be really powerful to show up in our most tender moments of our cycle, instead of locking ourselves away for half the cycle, so we can normalise and create a new relationship to the dark feminine.
