Ivan Katchanovski teaches at the School of Political Studies and the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa. He was Visiting Scholar at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University, Visiting Assistant Professor at the Department of Politics at the State University of New York at Potsdam, Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto, and Kluge Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Kluge Center at the Library of Congress. He received his Ph.D. from the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University under the direction of Seymour Martin Lipset.

Professor H M Jahirul Haque is presently serving at the Canadian University of Bangladesh as Vice Chancellor. Professor Haque received his PhD degree in computer engineering from Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics, Ukraine in 2001 and Masters in Technical Sciences (Systems Engineering) from Cherkassy State Technological University, Ukraine in 1995. From January 1, 2018 to April1, 2018 Professor Haque conducted research at the University of Massachusetts Boston as a visiting Fulbright scholar.
He has been conducting training sessions for academics and for corporate officials on different topics of Leadership for several years. His current research interest is education, pedagogy and leadership. Every year, he attends in different national and international conferences as keynote speaker, panel discussant or as a research paper presenter.
Dr. Chowdhury obtained his Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute in Russia, specializing in electrical power systems with a special emphasis in Renewable Energy. Dr. Chowdhury worked also as a research fellow at the School of Information Technology & Engineering at the University of Ottawa under the supervision of world-reknown control engineering specialist Prof. N.U. Ahmed. Dr. Chowdhury is a math & science teacher and holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Queen’s University in Canada and Teaching certificate from Ontario College of Teachers.

Andrea Bartoli is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Peacemaking Practice, as well as the President of the Sant’Egidio Foundation for Peace and Dialogue. He works primarily on Peacemaking and Genocide Prevention. The Founding Director of Columbia University’s Center for International Conflict Resolution (CICR), a Visiting Scholar at the Advanced Consortium on Cooperation, Conflict and Complexity (AC4) – Columbia University, and a CORE Fellow at Seton Hall University, Dr. Bartoli has taught in the US since 1994. He chaired the Columbia University Seminar on Conflict Resolution.

A world-renown scholar in Peace and Conflict Studies, Professor emeritus Vern Neufeld Redekop is the former President of the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution (CICR). The training and program development at CICR has taken him to Indigenous communities in Canada, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sudan, Taiwan, and other countries. He initiated the Integrative Peacebuilding Program at the Professional Development Institute (PDI) at the University of Ottawa. The author of From Violence to Blessing: How an Understanding of Deep-Rooted Conflict Can Open Paths to Reconciliation (Novalis, 2002) translated in French and Arabic, Co-edited with Shirley Paré Beyond Control: A Mutual Respect Approach to Protest Crowd – Police Relations (Bloombury, 2010), Co-author of Introduction to Conflict Studies; Empirical, Theoretical, and Ethical Dimensions (Oxford University Press, 2012), Co-editor with Gloria Neufeld Redekop of Awakening: Exploring Spirituality, Emergent Creativity, and Reconciliation (Lexington Books, 2019), editor of René Girard and Creative Mimesis (2016, Lexington Books) and René Girard and Creative Reconciliation (2010, Lexington Books) both with Thomas Ryba, among many other scholarly and non-scholarly articles.
