From an economic point of view, there is no good that could come from actually implementing protective tariffs. The key word being PROTECTIVE. Simply put tariffs increased the cost of goods to those who are purchasing them. If the cost of purchasing something increases, you are left with fewer resources to purchase additional goods. Trump, however, has figured out a way to get Mexico to put 10,000 of it's troops on our southern border to stop the flow of illegal immigration. So, from an immigration perspective, tariffs seems to work. We are living in crazy times!!!!!

I don't agree with Tulsi Gabbard on a lot, but I think this position she is interviewing for is perfect for her! She has seen firsthand the complete disaster of manipulative intelligence to carry out some policy in the name of national security. The U.S. Government, with the help of faulty intelligence, has run roughshot over nearly all of the middle east and as result killed or displaced tens of millions of people. Western countries all over the world have been overrun by individuals fleeing the absolute chaos created by our military and informed by our intelligence agencies. Pulling somebody from outside the rank and file is an awesome idea from President Trump!

In the trailer to this program, I talked about the history of world being about those that are free and those that want to rule over those that want to be free. Robert Reich is a ruler. He sees the government as a force for good. The great equalizer in an otherwise unequal existence.

There is a Chinese proverb that says, "May you live in interesting times." Well, we are certainly living in interesting times. Maybe not since FDR have we been on a path where such sweeping changes seem to be on the horizon. Birthright citizenship has been the law of the land since 1898, but could it be that the court was wrong in its understanding of the 14th Amendment? The short answer is yes but we'll have to wait and see. This could be a situation where the court overturns a longstanding, landmark ruling where it essentially the clause "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" applied only to sovereigns and diplomats. I think, however, today's court will say that this ruling is absurd and leads to nonsensical immigration policy. It's going to make the liberal pundits heads explode! I can't wait to see it!

The quantity of pardons granted on inauguration day aren't really the issue. Citizens convicted for their role in the J6 riots were obviously pawns in political game the DEMS were perpetrating on Trump. The pardons issued by Joe Biden is obviously an attempt to cover up crimes committed by his administration and the administration during his vice presidency. The difference between these two situations couldn't be more stark.

It is not an exaggeration to say Joe Biden is the worst POTUS I have seen in my lifetime! Let me clarify. They're ALL bad on foreign policy because of the whole "global order following WWII" thing, but Biden's domestic record is deplorable and inexcusable. His administration's response to COVID and vaccines alone made me question the U.S. Government in ways that even I had never anticipated, and I consider myself a radical libertarian. The shear amount of propaganda, misinformation and force that was administered during his administration makes me question if this great country experienced an all-time low in freedom.
