Introducing When it All Went Wrong09 oct. 202600:01:54

Investigative stories about the people who get hurt when the systems meant to protect us fail. Guided by CBC chief correspondent Adrienne Arsenault, each story – told over multiple episodes – unravels how things went awry. Not by accident or from poor planning, but because someone in power chose to do wrong – and others chose to do nothing.

Episodes start October 22, 2026.
