Her love affair with Spirit began in her early teens - shortly after witnessing the sudden death of her father. Paula was 12 years old at the time. The Bachelor of Art from Brooklyn College in Philosophy, which she received at the young age of 20, taught her to see beyond the appearance of things. āShe studied the Prophet by Kahlil Gibran, various meditation techniques, Silva Mind Control and much more. Needless to say she was searching. That search took her into some deeply profound experiences and relationships. She found her first spiritual home when she was in her mid-twenties with Shri Mataji Nirmal Devi. Her teaching is known as Sahaja Yoga, and Paula was blessed to have her as a guru and teacher. Paula lived in ashrams for nearly 10 years, and still honors all that she learned.Ā In 1997 Paula discovered Rapid Eye Technology (RET).
