Guys, you are responsible for your recovery, not your wife. You must be willing to do it and not force her to be your "enforcer" and keep giving you "CPR Recovery". Man up and do it with a honest, committed and humble heart. Ladies let the men in his life be his support line, don't give him CPR to keep him in recovery and keep you in the heightened state and keep him in defensive mode. He needs to do it and do it with all his heart!
