| 1/25/23 - Buddhist Personality Types | 28 Jan 2023 | 00:49:10 | |
Buddhagosa outlined three different personality types based each on craving, aversion, and delusion. It's more involved than taking a fun personality quiz to find out (although that does exist- see below!) While different selves arise at different times, this can be helpful way of discerning and reflecting on how you operate in the world - how you work, your eating habits, how you walk, your posture... even how you make your bed. Find out about your Buddhist personality type and how it applies to creating more wise and positive life choices in this week's talk.
