After putting them paws and his feet on Aerion, Duncan the Tall is in some serious shit. This is no longer about competin in the tournament to raise his profile, Dunk is now battling for his life in an ancient ass trial by combat called the “Trial of Seven.” Dunk does his best to form his version of the Avengers, only to be double crossed at the last minute...“Has courage deserted the noble houses of Westeros?” When all looks lost for him....Baelor Breakspear rides in to save the day....but will it help???
This is where things get real. We are now at the meat of it all....the beginning of the tourney at Ashford. There is alot happening in this episode. Egg and his on the job learning of taking care of horses, Dunks integrity is tested by Plummer, Egg gets an ominous prophecy, Aerion shows just how dishonorable and shitty he is...twice, Dunk does what a true knight is supposed to do, and the biggest thing we get....the big revelation of Egg’s true identity!
This episode was wild AF and has completely changed the game. We see the monsters have gotten smarter and have significant numbers as they attack the Jackson Hole settlement. Speaking of attack....Abby attacked TF outta Joel and by doing so, she now has a lifelong enemy in the form of an enraged Ellie....
This episode starts off immediately where episode 8 left off...with the death of Viserys. Alicent, after being made aware by a servant, immediately notifies her father. She tells him, erroneously, that Viserys told her that Aegon should be king. Otto calls a small council meeting to give them the news and, to Alicent's and Lord Beesbury surprise, put his long laid plan in play to usurp Rhaenyra. Lord Beesbury was completely against this and while making claims of treason and murder, he himself was killed by Criston Cole. Otto plan is to remove any loyalists to Daemon from the City Watch and to murder Rhaenyra and her children, to which Alicent disagrees. While putting plans in place for Aegon, both Alicent and Otto dispatched their own people to go and find him. The twins eventually find him in Flea Bottom, only to have Criston and Eyemond take him instead. We saw Alicent try to convince an already imprisoned Rhaenys to join the Greens, only to be rebuffed. With the help of one of the twins, Rhaenys escapes captivity and during Aegon's coronation, she makes her way to the dragon pit to retrieve Meleys. She finally gives us the "beast beneath the boards" moment that we had been hearing about from Helaena. Having an opportunity to end them with one word, she instead flies away, presumably to Dragonstone to inform Rhaenyra of her father's death and the treachery going on. In between all of this there was plenty of backstabbing, murder, and the witnessing of a crazy fetish. So sit back, press play and enjoy as we talk our talk all about it.

On this episode of The Walking Dead....well not really, but after seeing Viserys, it kinda is. This episode starts us off six years after Lady Laena's funeral with the news of Corlys being severely wounded and possibly unable to return from it and once again sit at the head of House Velaryon. So the people around him do what they always do in this universe, they jostle for position to take his place. Corlys' brother Vaemond feels he has the strongest claim to the Driftmark throne and lets everyone from Rhaenys to Viserys know it. And that sharp tongue got him introduced to an even sharper blade and a trip to the Upper Room. After Viserys' surprise entry to proceedings and him solidifying Luke as king of Driftmark, Vaemond lost it and proclaimed that Rhaenyra was a whore and her kids were bastards. He was introduced very quickly to Dark Sister. We got to see what appeared to be the beginnings of peace and reconciliation between Alicent and Rhaenyra only to have it erased by the shenanigans and nonsense of their kids at dinner once Viserys is carried out the room. The biggest moment for me was the end conversation between Alicent and an out of his mind Viserys where, thinking it was Rhaenyra, he spoke to her about the prince that was promised saying she was the only one that could unite the realm. Im pretty sure she is going to take that and run with it.

"From the sea we came. To the sea we shall return." Words as spoken by Laena's uncle Vaemond during her funeral. The entire episode took place on Driftmark and it was as wild as the previous six. This funeral/family reunion had everything that we could ask for. There was sex, murder, and mayhem happening all before the coffin was fully submerged....oh, and dragons. In between the awkwardness of the adult interactions, we saw the beefs beginning with the children and how that will set us up for the carnage that's to come. We got a more intimate peek at the relationship and dynamic between Corlys and Rhaenys. And speaking of relationships we saw the formation and consummation 🤮 of Rhaenyra's and Daemon's relationship. Between Baelor losing a dragon, Aemond losing an eye, Rhae Rhae losing alot of blood, and Alicent losing her shit, this episode had all the elements that we need...

We are now ten years ahead from the last episode, and there is alot of big changes. There are new versions of old characters, new characters, and new relationships. Viserys is older, sicker, and missing an arm. Alicent and Rhaenyra's relationship is icy as hell and getting worse. Daemon is calmer(for now). Larys Lilfoot is showing us he is Little Finger 2.0. Ser Christon is still a woman scorned. And the realm is full of problems. This episode was a mixture of the chess moves we expect with a big dash of Maury and Jerry Springer.

The title of this episode should have been "Sex, Murder and Mayhem because MAN!!! And it has been the best one by far. The lines have been clearly drawn. We start things off with the ain't shitness of Daemon, and at that moment, I knew this episode would be CRAZY. We finally got to see Daemon's wife at the Vail and she was around long enough to have a cup of coffee. We got to see hating ass Otto doing hating ass Otto shit, planting seeds of discord. We also got to see Larys "Lil Foot" Strong doing the same. But the main focus of this episode was the bringing together of the two houses by way of marriage between Rhaenyra and Laenor....and as we saw, things did not go over smoothly. A weeks worth of planned celebrations didn't even make it through the night...And the mending of the relationship between Alicent and Rhaenyra is no more thanks to Ser Cristen Cole and his loose lips. He folded like a chair for no reason. There was so much going on here. The forgings of new relationships. The ending of old ones. And the chess playing and intrigue were definitely at the forefront of it all....Press play and let's get into it.

In this episode, we explore the Targaryen’s political acumen seasoned with a bit of paprika incest and senior citizen on teenager love making. From the start, we get into Rhaenrya going on Tinder/Speeding dating to find a suitable mate followed by Daemon arriving back at Kings Landing on a seemingly good-will gesture after defeating the Crab Feeder at the Stepstones. However, we quickly realize this good-will gesture was nothing more than a ploy to bed and eventually wed Rhaenrya, his niece, for political power. Viserys, after years of only concentrating on his Lego set realizes there are vultures all around him, circling his dying corpse, including his Hand, Otto Hightower, who couldn’t wait at the chance to tell Viserys of Daemon and Rhaenrya’s wild night out in Flea Bottom. Realizing that Otto puts his own ambition and self interest over the realm, he fires Otto faster than Trump fired Omarosa. This episode started off literally on FIRE….We finally got to see the dragons in some real action, and it was with the baddest Mofo in Westeros, Caraxes. The episode starts off 3 years later and alot has taken place. Dae Dae and the Seas Snake in a war with the Crab Feeder, Rhae Rhae mad AF, King Viserys done lost fingers but picked up two more kids with his now wife Alicent. She done slid in and gave him an heir and a spare. Like I said…it’s some shit going on. Things pick up and go left during the royal hunt and alot of family shit comes to light on all fronts. This episode was full of sibling rivalries and shit…with a full dose of Otto Hightower hating ass. The episode started on fire and ended on fire. It really showed us that one, the Sea Snake and his progeny ain’t no punks. And two, Daemon Targaryen is that dude. Did mention Otto Hightower hating ass was hating the whole hour? Anyways between all of that shit, there was alot of small stories within the story going on and in this recap we touched on all that. This episode we are really seeing the game of thrones beginning. The lines are starting to be drawn and allegiances are starting to form. This was a good one. With the King facing pressure to marry, he has different voices in his ear telling him who he should marry...and all of it is for their own personal gain. By the way, I can't stand Otto....We also got to witness Rhaenyra starting to show she got that dawg in her...unlike her daddy. Daemon has the kingdom in an uproar and showing them he want the smoke. The episode ended with Viserys choosing (more like Otto playing him), Alicent Hightower as his bride setting of Corlys Velaryon and Princess Rhae Rhae. Between Viserys' decision, Daemon and Corlys uniting, Otto ass hating and Cragas Drahar stealing and killing anything moving in the Step Stones...shit about to get real hot, real fast.....
Welcome to WATCH DEM THRONES by Black With No Chaser. The series starts off 172 years BEFORE Daenerys and 9 years after the death of King Jaehaerys. Fast forward several years and King Viserys I is now having a succession crisis of his own. The king was blessed with his daughter Princess Rhaenyra, but tragedy hit his family hard. King Viserys I's wife, Queen Aemma Arryn, suffered through multiple stillborns and miscarriages, leaving the king with no male heir and only a daughter. He then names Rhaenyra as his eventual successor....AND SO BEGINS THE DANCE OF THE DRAGON...
Episode 1 picks up 5 years later from the end of season 1 with Joel and Ellie living in the colony in Jackson, Wyoming with Tommy. The new season promises to be more intense, more explosive, and more violent than the first, with some crazy twists and turns along the way...
This week is a two episode recap to get is lined up for the new season. Episode 8 picks up with the aftermath of Joel getting stabbed. His wound is getting infected and Ellie ventures out to find food. After shooting and killing a deer, she encounters David and James. She makes a deal to trade half of the deer for penicillin, which saves Joel's life. She soon finds out the hard way that David and James are truly depraved sickos out for blood...more specifically, Joel's blood. In the episode 9 season finale, we get more backstory about Ellie through a flashback to her birth and how she became immune. In the present, Ellie and Joel arrive in Salt Lake City looking for the Fireflies secret lab. During their search we see a softer, warmer side of Joel. This is where things get really interesting. Marlene is now back in the picture and gives Joel the truth about Ellie's condition and how they plan on using her to make a cure...and that is where shit goes left.
Episode 7 is a flashback Ellie origin story that delves into Ellie and Riley's relationship, revealing their bond and Riley's decision to join the Fireflies. It really gives us insight into who Ellie really is and why she is what she is.
This episode picks up three months after watching Henry kill Sam and himself in KC, Joel and Ellie arrive in Wyoming. The meet an isolated couple, Florence and Marlon, who tell them their whereabouts and warn them to avoid the dangers further west across the river. Learning his brother Tommy may be dead, Joel has a panic attack. The leave and get surrounded by a group on horseback who eventually lead him to a reunion with his brother in Jackson, a fully functioning town. He learns his brother is married and got a baby on the way as well as where the Fireflys are. They make their way to the hideout and get attacked and Joel is wounded....
This episode pretty much picks up exactly where Episode 4 leaves off: with guns in the faces of Joel and Ellie from Henry and Sam. We find out that Kansas City is newly freed from FEDRA by Kathleen and her army. This episode also focuse on getting to know Henry and Sam who is on the run from Kathleen and company because he sold her brother out to FEDRA. This episode also gives us great action and some terrific deaths thanks to the giant bloater and other infected people.
This week picks up with Joel and Ellie on the road again heading West. On their way, they run into a blocked highway and end up detouring through Kansas City, where they are ambushed by the a new group of characters, the Hunters, led by Kathleen and Perry. This episode also introduces us to other new characters, Henry and Sam. This episode also focused on the budding relationship and closeness of Sam and Ellie...and it also let us know that something really big is on the horizon.
Episode 2 really picks up the action from the first episode. We learn a little more about the fungus from the opening scene. We also get a somewhat major death as well as an introduction to clickers. In episode 3, Joel and Ellie travel to Lincoln, Massachusetts to find fellow smugglers Bill and Frank, who they hope can help get Ellie to the Fireflys out West.
Until we get The Hedge Knight series, we decided to review another series. And since this one stars two of our favorite people from GoT, we decided to recap The Last of Us. This first episode kicks off with life leading up to the outbreak. The audience is introduced to Joel living with his daughter Sarah and his brother Tommy. It then jumps ahead twenty years to a world ravaged bythe outbreak....
This episode picks up immediately after the Long Night and shows the aftermath of the battle against the Army of the Dead while also setting the stage for the final confrontation. This episode had some action but it had some solid moments here and there, albeit useless moments. Gendry was legitimized as a Baratheon, Jamie and Brienne link up, Jon's thruth comes out, Varys feelings are revealed, and we find out both Gilly and Cersei are pregnant. We also lose Rhaegal....all of this leads up to te explosive final scene that chapped all of our asses....

In the second episode, “Hard Salt Beef,” we see Dunk and Egg prepare for the tourney in Ashford Meadow thanks to Prince Baelor Targaryen , who was the first and only knight that vouched for Dunk’s former master, Ser Arlan "Big D" Pennytree. This episode gave us more info on who Ser Arlan was and it also introduced us to a bevy of new characters, including the Targaryens making their debut...
This episode takes place entirely in Winterfell...just like Ep2. It is the final battle between the living and the dead. This marks the end of one of the most disappointing and terribly used storylines I have ever seen. This episode marks the final appearances of Theon Greyjoy, Jorah Mormont, Melisandre, Beric Dondarrion, Lyanna Mormont, and The Night King.

This episode takes place entirely in Winterfell and is the calm before the storm of the Dead coming. There were no fights, no deaths, and no dragons. This episode kind of felt like a fan service episode from the way we got to spend quality time with all of our favorite characters. We also got some good moments...Jamie being spared, Brienne getting knighted, Dany finding out who Jon really is....and we got Ghost back.

The final season premiere was all bout reunions. In the episode, Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow arrive in Winterfell with Unsullied and Dothraki forces, after Jon Snow has pledged his allegiance to her. At Winterfell, Jon reunites with his Stark siblings Bran and Arya. In the Narrow Sea, Theon Greyjoy attempts to rescue his sister Yara, who is held captive by his uncle Euron. Tyrion and Sansa see each other again for the first time since Joffrey’s wedding and assassination. In King's Landing, Qyburn hires Bronn to assassinate Jaime and Tyrion Lannister should either survive the war. We also got two of the biggest and most useless pieces of information from the whole series, Jon goes dragon riding and Jon i revealed to be a Targaryen.

This season finale had alot going on. The boys are back from beyond the wall up one wight, but down a dragon. And it kicks us off at the Dragon pit for a tense negotiation between Cersei and Daenerys, AFTER Dany makes her grandiose entrance on dragonback. There is also a rift between Cersei and Jaime; Theon rededicates himself to Yara; Sansa and Arya unite against Littlefinger and puts an end to his bullshit; Jon Snow is revealed to be the child of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen; Jon and Daenerys's romantic relationship comes to fruition; and the Army of the Dead uses Viserion to get through the Wall.

This episode is all about Jon Snow's and his raiding party going north of the Wall to get a wight. They successfully capture a wight to prove the threat is real but loses Thoros. Daenerys rescues the group from the Army of the Dead, and the Night King turns into an Olympic javelin thrower and kills Viserion. He then reanimates him. Jon is separately rescued by Uncle Benjen, who sacrifices himself in the process. Jon acknowledges Daenerys as queen. Meanwhile, at Winterfell, tension builds between Sansa and Arya over the letter Sansa wrote to get Rob to bend the knee to Joffrey....

After running through the Lannister army in the Reach, Dany is feeling good about herself. She gives the survivors the option to get down or lay down but the Tarlys refuse, and are executed. Back on Dragonstone Dany comes back and we see Drogon and Jon become friends. Bran sees the White Walker army approaching the Wall, requests that ravens be sent throughout the Seven Kingdoms to warn of the imposing threat. Jorah the explorer and Gendry comeback and join Davos and Jon Snow on a mission beyond the Wall along with Tormund, The Hound, and the Brotherhood Without Banners. to retrieve a white walker. Arya Stark spies on Littlefinger and discovers a letter that Sansa wrote to her family, requesting their fealty to King Joffrey.

At Dragonstone, Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow see cave drawings left by the Children of the Forest showing that the First Men and the Children fought together against the White Walkers. Over in King's Landing Cersei tries to get more money from the Iron Bank, after telling them that the Lannisterdebt wil be paid back very soon. Over in Winterfell, Arya reunites with Bran and Sansa. She also and spars with Brienne of Tarth. On the road to King's Landing, after robbing High Garden, Jaime and Bronn, with the Lannister and Tarly armies are attacked by the Dothraki and Dany riding Drogon....

The war between the two queens has finally kicked off....and Cersei was out to get her licks back. This episode, Jon Snow and Davos goes to meet with Daenerys Targaryen on Dragonstone. He is there to ask for help in the form of dragonglass so he can beat the White Walkers. In King's Landing, Euron Greyjoy pulls up to greet Cersei, to deliver Ellaria Sand and Tyene Sand. He trying to slide in. Over at the Citadel, Samwell and Archmaester Ebrose examine a healed Jorah Mormont, and Sam is both questioned and "punished" for what he did. In Winterfell, Sansa Stark is reunited with her brother Bran Stark who refuses to be Lord of Winterfell. At Casterly Rock, the Unsullied infiltrate and capture the castle, but Euron's Iron Fleet arrives and leaves them on stuck. And finally, Jaime goes to take Highgarden, and to extract Cersei's get back on OG Olenna T. And like the true G she is, she went out with a bang.

This episode's focuses on Dany planning her conquest of Westeros. She ordered Tyrion to summon Jon Snow, who agreed to meet with her against the wishes of Sansa and several other supporters. Over in King's Landing, Cersei warns her people about Daenerys's impending invasion. Meanwhile, over in the Narrow Sea, the Greyjoys and Sand Snakes are attacked by Euron Greyjoy's Iron Fleet, with Yara Greyjoy and Ellaria Sand being taken as hostages, and Theon hauls ass up outta there.

This premiere episode is all about introducing us to our two main characters...Dunc and Egg. We start off with the burial of Ser Arlen Pennytree by Dunc, which is the catalyst for him going on a trek to Ashford to participate in a tourney. On his way there, he stops at an inn...and this is where he first encounters Egg. And now their adventures begin...
Whike bot as explosive as expected, this episode gave us alot details and set everything in motion for season 3. Daemon is back in the fold, the dragonseeds are ready, Rhaena meets Sheepstealer, Alicent has made the hard choice, Otto has been found, Rhaenyra has her army and much more. Things look to be shaping up for a strong entry next season....

The dragonseeds are here and the Blacks are getting ready for war. Rhaenyra has been on her game the last couple of episodes and have now added to her cache of weapons in a big way. The question now becomes, "what will she do with them". This was a great penultimate episode with alot of dragons and details that really set us up for a strong season finale....

Aemond has taken full control of the council and he doing what he will...Alicent be damned. While he is getting more acclimated, so is Rhaenyra. She is finding her footing as well as getting great counsel from the White Worm. The dragonseed arc is shaping up with Seasmoke choosing his rider in Adddam after frying Ser Darklyn. While all of this is going on, the people of King's Landing are starving and Aemond really doesn't care...and that leads to some dire consequences for. oth his mother and sister.

After the Battle of Rooks Rest, both the Blacks and Greens are left reeling....ESPECIALLY the Blacks. This episode was calm in comparison to episode 4, but it was very detail oriented. W enow have a new hand for the Blacks, a new Prince regent and protector of the realm, and we have officially started the dragonseed era.

After much speculation and many rumors, we finally got the first battle of the season, and it did not disappoint. The war has teuky begun and there are casualties mounting up on both sides. Aegon and Sunfyre has been severely injured and the greens will be left scrambling. This episode also gave us the most devastating blow to the Blacks thus far in the series....Long Live the Queen who never was.

This week was all about old fueds and bad blood, especially with the opening scene between the Blackwoods and the Brackens. Not only are the feeding on a personal level, but it has heightened due to them being on opposing sides of the dance. Aegon is ready for war and willing to strike, while Rhaenyra is very hesitant, almost to a fault. This episode was less about action and more about revelation. We got conformation on Ulf the White, where Rhaenyra is sending her children, we got Alys Rivers, and the most important reveal was Alicent and Rhaenyra both finding out the truth of Viserys' last words....I think Rhae is going to be war ready moving forward.

The Red Keep is in shambles after the death of Jaehaerys, and Aegon is out for blood. Alicent is only worrying about peen and PLOtto is about business as usual. Over on Dragonstone, Rhaenyra is fighting for her life both politically and physically. This episode was on one!!! The plot depicts Princess Rhaenys' arrival at Dragonstone from King's Landing to deliver the news of King Viserys' death. Rhaenyra is subsequently crowned Queen of the Seven Kingdoms and opposes her faction's demands for open war, instead wanting to secure alliances. Her son, Lucerys, is sent to Storm's End to gain Baratheon support for Rhaenyra's cause. At Storm's End, Lucerys meets and is harassed by his uncle Aemond; Aemond loses control of his dragon Vhagar, who kills Lucerys. Daemon informs Rhaenyra of her son's death.

The plot follows the aftermath of Viserys' death in King's Landing, starting with a discussion of Viserys' last words heard by Alicent in the previous episode regarding Aegon the Conqueror's dream, which she misinterprets as Viserys wanting their son Prince Aegon to be his successor. It ends with the coronation of Aegon, which leads to Rhaenys intruding the ceremony with her dragon Meleys.

Will Ellie get a chance to confront Abbey? I'm hoping they answer all of this and finish out the season strong...
