You never know how you will connect with someone. We were traveling down the highway and I saw this RV go by and on the back it had The Joy Packed Journey. I was like I need to see what this is all about. The word joy and journey connected with me immediately. Once I found the site on Instagram, I reached out to Erin and asked her if she would share their story! They are full time in a RV, traveling the US with three beautiful children. She is a wife to Jonathan, a mom to three, a homeschool mom, and a fur baby mom to two dogs. They are using this time in their lives to find joy and new experience as they travel around the good old USA. What started out in selling everything to buy a catamaran turned into buying an RV instead....she shares it all here. Lauren is a retired U.S. Army Sergeant, wife, mom, grandma. She worked at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and Phoenix VA Health Care. Now retired. Lauren is a beautiful women who loves God deeply. After years of living a life she knew wasn't right, she ask the Lord if He would let her live that night she would change her life. She came home asked her parents to watch her son while she could get her life together. She joined the Army .She was deployed to Dessert Storm. She met her husband after he came back from Dessert Storm Her health had been affected from her time over seas. They went over in to Hawaii while she was still in the Army. She had a neighbor invited her to church. The holy spirit got a hold of her. She is a cancer survivor! She is precious and the Lord has blessed her in so many ways. This devotional spoke to me so much today! Waiting on His timing can be hard. And seems that sometimes it takes longer than we want it too I know like an example for me is waiting on knowing when something I am wanting to happen I want it sooner rather than later. Trusting God for the when is where we have to keep our Faith in Him! He has us go through the highs and lows. He always has our side. By trusting God you will see that what He has in store for us is so much more than we can imagine, God is always working in our lives.
