Der Moment, in dem der Regenwald mich atmen ließ. Ein Weg durch Angst, Hingabe und das leise Geschenk der Natur. Auf den Pfaden des tropischen Regenwalds von Mahé fand ich mehr als nur Weite und Stille ich fand mich selbst.

Zwischen Hitze, Spinnweben und Wurzeln lernte ich, mich dem Unbekannten zu ergeben und Vertrauen zuzulassen.

Es war kein leichter Weg, aber einer, der mich lehrte, wie die Seele sich nährt: nicht durch Kontrolle, sondern durch Mut, Demut und das leise Aufatmen im Einklang mit dem Leben.
