In this final chapter of Project 7, Spencer Matthews takes on the most dangerous leg of the entire challenge: a full-distance triathlon in Antarctica. Battling brutal winds, sub-zero temperatures, and unforgiving conditions, Spencer recounts what it was really like to race at the edge of the world, and why this leg pushed him further than any before it.


He also reflects on the gruelling Rio de Janeiro triathlon, another brutally tough stage that tested his endurance, resilience, and determination at a critical point in the journey.
