Discover the best ROI strategy in property investment! The Title Splitting Podcast gives you the opportunity to explore your questions about title splitting, helping you maximise profits and unlock new investment opportunities. Hosted by Azid, CEO of Quiddity Group, with 20+ years of property experience and over £15 million invested in real estate, this podcast delivers expert insights, practical advice, and real-world strategies to grow your property portfolio.

Joining Azid on the panel are lenders, brokers, lawyers, and mentees, providing a well-rounded perspective from all the key departments involved in this powerful investment strategy.

Quiddity Property Education helps property investors to maximise their return on their investment by buying blocks of flats, on one freehold and creating value through negotiation, refurbishment and title splitting. We aim to add at least 25% of value so that we can use that ‘new value created’ to use as deposit and refinance all our deposit out of each deal, in effect, getting 100% mortgages on refinance. This allows investors to keep re-using their capital to buy even more blocks of flats. We see consistent applications of this strategy achieve £10,000 per month passive rental income within 4/5 years. Starting funds can be as low as £30,000.
