In my 43 years, I've had several "lives" and fulfilled all my dreams and visions. I will continue on this journey of growth and evolution forever, and I wish the same for you!

I've lived in nature for four years, chopping wood for fires, with no roof or facilities.

I've had a successful musical career for over twenty years: teaching, composing, recording, and performing.

I've healed pre-cancerous lesions in my cervix through spiritual and inner-child work.

I've started a business in my late thirties with no business experience and reached six figures in less than a year, helping dozens heal physically and emotionally, overcome anxiety and depression, and create massive success in their professional and personal lives.

One of the most meaningful turning points in my business career was in my second year when working too hard to reach my goals caused me to experience complete burnout.

This drove me to pause and focus on my health and balance. Searching for the right resource to help me, I reached out to my late mentor, Bob Proctor, one of the greatest experts of our time in human potential and success, who helped millions create financial freedom and transform their lives in many marvelous ways.

Working with Bob and his team, I restarted my business and rapidly multiplied my results. I also started helping other business owners build and scale online and have since been continually expanding my company, impact, and vision; I am very grateful for it all.

I deeply believe that bringing spirituality and science together in simple, applicable models of understanding and practice is key to changing individual and collective paradigms.

Someone once described me as a mix of jock, science nerd, nature boy & philosopher. It makes sense, I suppose.

I was a personal trainer for 25 years. I still produce video-based workouts that are used by hundreds of thousands worldwide. It's kind of crazy to think about that number. I have been lucky to find a publisher who can produce and market great products.

I have a biochemistry degree and am a practitioner of naturopathic medicine. Although, my friends give me a hard time for never referring to myself as "Doctor." I always found it too formal, but I have grown past the need for accolades. Depending on who you ask, some don't consider me a physician. Given my specialty in natural medicine, I have been called everything from "quack" to "witch doctor." Believe it or not, I take that as a compliment. The choice to go into alternative medicine was conscious and deliberate.

My medical specialty is naturopathic medicine, a subset of medicine. Think of your family doctor, but instead of using drugs and surgery first and knowing little to nothing about diet and exercise, I use drugs second, and I am an expert in nutrition, exercise, and supplements.

My specialty is "integrative endocrinology." It's the study of hormones & metabolism. The integrative part means that I integrate both conventional and alternative methods. Most of my career has been helping the most difficult metabolic cases lose weight.

I have a license in California & Washington State and can prescribe all drugs except Schedule I & II. I am not opposed to pharmaceuticals and do use them; I prefer to lean on lifestyle change and natural approaches first. I only prescribe drugs if necessary. There is a time and a place for both.

I am also a psychology geek and student of philosophy (my favorites are stoicism and Taoism). I am currently working on my PhD in transpersonal and integral psychology. My area of research is focused on human connection, meaning, and fulfillment.

What else can I tell you? I have more life coaching certifications than I can count, and I did extra shifts in couples counseling in school (I am fascinated by romance and read research on the topic regularly). I also went through an affair and a divorce. I betrayed (my wife) and was betrayed (by the person I fell in love with).

It was the best and worst experience of my life. Have you ever had an experience where you were so hurt, disappointed, and embarrassed by your behavior that you hit rock bottom and became a new person? Yeah, that's what happened to me. This is why I write, blog, and podcast on relationships and romance.

I feel I have learned and earned this expertise. I have both the intellectual knowledge and first-hand experience of loss from both sides.

I am a voracious reader of anything related to self-development. My two favorite things are working out and reading. Some people like beers and ballgames, which are great, but I prefer books and barbells.

Finally, I am an author. In my field of medicine, we have a principle called Docere. It means "doctor as teacher." That's what I spend most of my time doing now: teaching through writing. I write books and create online educational products on metabolism, fitness, and personal development. I teach in three distinct areas: "mind, muscle, and metabolism."

I was born in Poland, a post-communist country, and had access to things most people can only dream of. My family and I went skiing twice a year, traveled abroad, and lived in huge apartments. I took private English and Italian classes, played tennis, and danced. Even as a child, I loved performing and was often on TV and big stages.

However, when my father went bankrupt, we lost our house, and my parents had to move to the countryside, leaving me and my brother behind. At 17, I was on my own, living independently and having to support myself.

I moved to Milan, Italy. My life was pretty good; I worked in fashion and had a vibrant social life. But one day, I received a diagnosis: they found pathological changes in tissue during my PAP test. At 25, I learned I may have cancer, and everything changed. At work, I was told they would fire me if I had to go back to Poland for treatment.

I moved to Malaysia, where I had my first relationship at 27. For the first time, I was in love. Unfortunately, things didn't last long. I struggled with intimacy issues and fell into depression, even having suicidal thoughts. I attempted to hurt myself but eventually found healing through ThetaHealing and chose to study and become a practitioner.

Later, my Tantric school closed down due to allegations of rape and abuse, and I realized I had been living in a sex cult. Although I had learned Tantra and received healing, I came to understand how toxic and patriarchal the community was. I had to work on healing from the dogma and re-learn what it means to be a woman and what femininity truly is.

The supposed "love of my life" turned out to be a toxic relationship. Initially, I thought I had met my soulmate. We traveled around the world and planned to have kids, but my nervous system was in constant fight-or-flight mode. He started dating a much younger woman and asked me to open the relationship. It was then that I found the strength to leave. I needed a lot of time to heal from the experience. I lost a significant amount of weight and struggled to trust men again. I was also at my lowest point financially, with just $1,000 in my bank account.

After doing deep work on myself, I recovered emotionally and financially. I made more money than ever, reconnected with my dreams, and started investing in my future. I moved to Bali, started doing CrossFit, and rode bikes. I made my first investments and reintegrated the healthy masculine into my life. I felt more vital than ever and finally felt my drive was back.

Following this journey, I launched The School of Intimacy, an online academy with courses on every aspect of love, relationships, and sex life.

Additionally, I launched my first book: "No More Faking It," and spoke at major events worldwide. I remained 100% committed to my vision and felt unstoppable, happier, more balanced, and more supported than ever before. I finally stopped waiting for a relationship to make me happy and found ways to prioritize my happiness. I learned to create my joy and pleasure regardless of my relationship status, feeling secure and grounded. My relationship with myself was more vital than ever.

Katie Gorka has had an extensive career in government and research. She was a research fellow for outreach at The Heritage Foundation and later joined the Trump Transition Team in 2016. From 2017 to 2019, she served as a senior advisor in the Office of Policy at the Department of Homeland Security, focusing on strategies for preventing terrorism, targeted violence, and combating the use of the internet for terrorism and human trafficking. In 2019, she briefly served as the press secretary for U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Before her government positions, Katie served as the President of the Threat Knowledge Group from 2014 to 2017. In this role, she offered expertise and training on irregular warfare and terrorism to various organizations, including the FBI, US Army Special Forces, Marine Corps, and law enforcement. From 2009 to 2014, she held the position of Executive Director at the Westminster Institute, where she conducted research and education on threats posed by extremist ideologies.

Katie was born in Boston and grew up in various places on the East Coast, from Franconia, New Hampshire, to Asheville, North Carolina. She earned her B.A. in Comparative Literature at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her M.Sc. in Politics of the World Economy at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Mike Gonzalez, the Angeles T. He has nearly 20 years of experience as a journalist, with 15 years reporting from Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He transitioned from journalism to join the administration of President George W. I was born and raised in Moscow, Russia, and moved to Canada when I was 17. I spent much of my 20s and 30s following the path I believed was expected of me: I received a degree in Psychology and Law, and I earned a Master’s degree in International Law. Despite the accolades, I was unfulfilled and wondered if my life had a higher purpose. 

I started fearing my age, feeling like my life was wasted on unimportant stuff, and it felt like time had ‘tick-taken’ away without me even noticing. 

Then, I was in a terrifying accident at my family’s cabin outside of Moscow. A fire almost took my life, and everything changed. I can still remember breathing in amid the suffocating smoke and wondering if I was taking my last breath. I survived the fire and was left in wonderment at how little time separated me from death. It shifted my perspective, and after years of wasting time and pursuing what others expected of me, I finally started living for myself. 

At 42 years old, I decided to forget everything I’d learned that was considered “proper,” instead, I began living by a new rule – the “What if?” rule. I asked myself, ‘What if there’s an answer to my questions on the other side of some crazy idea? What if there’s happiness and satisfaction?’ I taught myself to listen carefully to those risk-taking thoughts, and now I act on them. The results are always a win simply because I believe it is always better to do something, even if you fail, rather than regret not doing it.

I’m a Singer/Songwriter/Writer/Performer. My creative and performance energies for more than 30 years have filled many with cultural appreciation, celebration, encouragement, and joy! 

I've been recognized as a cultural preservationist for my original songs, writings, performances, and presentations. If you in any way have found meaning, understanding, \or Aha!-moments about Gullah Geechee culture or heritage through any of my efforts, I am deeply honored! 

I’m about making a difference and sharing the truth. I use that “big voice” I’ve had since I was a young boy, leading spirituals and gospel songs in my St. Helena Island, SC, community and making listeners feel the lyrics and not just hear them. Writing and performing songs with keen and piercing stories and sometimes jes plain jokey (or fun). 

I am a recipient of the 1996 South Carolina Order of the Palmetto, the State’s highest honor; the 1997 State of South Carolina Folk Heritage Award, given for lifetime achievement and excellence in folk art that has enriched the lives of the people in their community and state; 1998 Daytime Emmy Award nominee and presenter; the 2007 South Carolina African American Heritage Commission’s Lifetime Achievement Award; and an inductee in the 2013 Penn Center 1862 Circle.

Their eight-year marriage began as a fairytale, filled with romantic dinners, expensive gifts, and lavish parties. But once they were bonded, Jordan’s ‘mask’ began to slip, and acts of infidelity, narcissistic abuse, insatiable greed, and uncontrollable drug addiction became Nadine’s living nightmare. Nadine naively believed that their connection was real and that her love could save him, so she remained trauma-bonded until the pain of their relationship became too much to bear. It would be decades before she realized her story resembled thousands of other women’s relational experiences.

She began a transformative process of intensive therapy and deep self-reflection, which required facing her pain, admitting and owning her mistakes, and reconnecting with the authentic self she’d lost due to Jordan’s abuse. Through her healing, a passion for helping others was born. She returned to school at 39 to become a psychotherapist and, ten years later, graduated with a PhD in Counseling and Somatic Psychology.

Her goal of helping people develop healthy relationships took on a life of its own as she realized that trauma bonds were increasingly prevalent and destroying the lives of hundreds of women. Nadine embarked on a twelve-year journey of learning about domestic violence. She combined her academic background with her experience and that of her patients, eventually leading her to become an industry expert in narcissistic abuse, trauma bonds, and complex PTSD.

A South Carolina man who told 911 dispatchers that he shot his friend in self-defense has now been charged with murder. Local media reported that Berkeley County sheriff’s deputies said this week they have charged 34-year-old Wade David Williamson III with murder, a week after a shooting at his home near Summerville.

Thirty-five-year-old Liam Owen Vernon of Summerville was shot three times on April 8 at Williamson’s home. Williamson is also charged with possession of a weapon during a violent crime. It was not known if he has an attorney yet. Williamson told dispatchers that he and Vernon had been getting along all night until Vernon hit him in the jaw. Williamson said Vernon continued to hit him, so he shot him.

Five years later, the case was dropped.

Lauren Brill is a seven-time Emmy-nominated and AP-award-winning journalist. As a television broadcaster, I was a sports anchor and reporter for the ABC affiliate in Cleveland, the CBS affiliate in Buffalo, and MSG Varsity in the New York metropolitan area. I wrote an open letter to sexual assault survivors detailing my personal experience with sexual violence. My letter went viral around the country.

Sharing my story made me feel unstoppable. So much so that I started The Unsealed to provide a space where people of all races, genders, sexual orientations, and socioeconomic backgrounds can be heard and supported while motivating and educating others.

Our letters come from many people, including high-profile athletes, entertainers who have overcome tremendous adversity, and parents who want to improve the world for the next generation.

However, Rich's story is one of incredible transformation and resilience.

Rich's lifelong struggle with weight was a result of using food as a coping mechanism. It was his way of dealing with feelings of insecurity, depression, and a sense of not belonging. Having moved around a lot, he often felt unwanted and unloved, leaving a void that food seemed to fill.

Jason M. Palamara is a retired New York City Police Department Cold Case Homicide Detective who has served for over twenty years in forensic and criminal investigations. He is also a U.S. Navy Veteran who served in Operation Noble Anvil (NATO Operation Allied Force) aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt. 

Jason is a John C. Maxwell certified life coach, teacher, speaker, and trainer. He has served as a peer support counselor with the NYPD and currently volunteers as a crisis intervention counselor with the Long Island Crisis Center.

Robert Vicino and his son Dante lead the Vivos Project. Robert is an entrepreneur with a successful background in manufacturing, marketing, and real estate development on a global scale. In 1980, he was struck with building a shelter deep underground to protect 1,000 people from a potential life-extinction event. This idea was so vivid and compelling that he abandoned everything and began searching for an underground cave or abandoned mine that could be fortified to create a massive shelter to save as many people as possible. Although this occurred decades ago, the idea continues to drive the Vivos Project forward.

The Vivos project was initiated in 2008 as a privately funded endeavor to provide life-assurance shelter solutions to as many people as possible in any disaster. The founder was inspired by his belief that this was his true calling, and he had the unique skills to accomplish it. However, it was an enormous responsibility for him, as he had to risk being ridiculed and invest years of his life and savings to help others.

Robert and Dante have accepted the responsibility of bringing the Vivos network to life worldwide with great humility and gratitude. They lead a team of experts in diverse fields such as engineering, architecture, construction, medicine, psychology, healthcare, nutrition, law, constitution, finance, management, logistics, manufacturing, security, and self-defense. Lev Parnas is an American businessman who, under the direction of Rudy Giuliani, found himself expressing and sometimes dictating U.S. policy in Ukraine. Giuliani was using Parnas to find compromising material on the Biden family that he could use in his 2020 Presidential campaign against Joe Biden.

This podcast was created to provide an alternative perspective on American politics not influenced by corporate outlets.
