Tra il 1997 e il 1998 in due paesidell'Emilia Romagna, Mirandola eMassa Finalese, 16 bambini furonoallontanati dalle loro famiglie eaffidati ai servizi sociali. L'accusa eratra le più gravi: i genitori, i parenti ealcuni vicini avevano abusatosessualmente di loro per mesi,coinvolgendoli in una lunga serie dirituali satanici all'interno dei cimiteri.Gli adulti vennero condannati adecine di anni di carcere e nonrividero mai più i loro figli, i bambinicrebbero in nuove famiglie e nonrividero più la loro casa.

Between 1997 and 1998, in two towns in Emilia Romagna, Mirandola and Massa Finalese, 16 children were removed from their families and placed in the care of social services. The accusation was extremely serious: their parents, relatives, and some neighbors had sexually abused them for months, involving them in a long series of satanic rituals in cemeteries. The adults were sentenced to decades in prison and never saw their children again. The children grew up in new families and never saw their homes again.

Nel 1993 la giovane Elisa Claps scompare dopo essere stata a messa. Il suo cadavere venne ritrovato 17 anni dopo proprio in quella chiesa, mentre il suo assassino continuava a uccidere.

Elisa Claps era una studentessa, nata a Potenza il 21 gennaio 1977 e uccisa a sedici anni. Scomparve nella città natale il 12 settembre 1993 e se ne persero le tracce per oltre sedici anni fino a quando il cadavere della ragazza fu rinvenuto nel sottotetto della chiesa della Santissima Trinità di Potenza il 17 marzo 2010.

In 1993, young Elisa Claps disappeared after attending mass. Her body was found 17 years later in that very church, while her killer continued to murder. Elisa Claps was a student, born in Potenza on January 21, 1977, and killed at the age of sixteen. She disappeared in her hometown on September 12, 1993, and her whereabouts remained unknown for over sixteen years until her body was found in the attic of the Church of the Holy Trinity in Potenza on March 17, 2010.

Chiara Poggi è stata uccisa in casa a Garlasco il 13 agosto del 2007. Per il delitto è stato condannato il fidanzato Alberto Stasi dopo cinque gradi di giudizio. L’uomo, che dice di essere innocente, sta scontando una pena di 16 anni di reclusione ma può uscire dal carcere per lavorare ogni giorno. Dopo 18 anni però è rientrato nell’indagine anche Andrea Sempio, amico del fratello di Chiara, indagato per concorso in omicidio.**** **** ****

Chiara Poggi was murdered at home in Garlasco on August 13, 2007. Her boyfriend Alberto Stasi was convicted of the crime after five levels of justice. The man, who says he is innocent, is serving a 16-year prison sentence but is allowed out of prison to work every day. After 18 years, however, Andrea Sempio, a friend of Chiara's brother, who is being investigated for conspiracy to commit murder, also re-entered the investigation.

The disappearance of Emanuela Orlandi, a 15-year-old Vatican citizen, occurred on June 22, 1983, in Rome, as the girl was returning home after music lessons. The incident became one of the most famous unsolved cases in Italian and Vatican history, with implications and suspicions involving and calling into question the Vatican State itself, the Italian state, international terrorism, the secret services of several states, the Banda della Magliana, a possible serial killer, the responsibility of some of the girl's acquaintances, as well as an internal Vatican plot to cover up an alleged pedophilia-related sex scandal.
