BILL'S BIO: Bill Weber was the former MUFON ( Mutual UFO Network ) State Director for the State of Delaware, and for a short time, the State of Pennsylvania as well. Bill has held numerous positions within MUFON during the 26 years plus he has been with them. As a Certified Field Investigator, he has investigated over 100+ cases ranging from anomalous lights, orbs, crop circles, UAP’s up to and including possible abduction cases.

Bill has presented his research at the MUFON 2011, 2013 and 2017 PA State Conferences. Along with this, he has presented his material at several in-state Main Line MUFON events and UFO Awareness Days, as well as conferences and library presentations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania Delaware and Connecticut. He has also participated as a guest speaker on WHFR / FM radio show “ We Are Not Alone “ , from the Dearborn / Detroit, MI area and also the “ Late Night in The Midlands “ radio show from Columbia, SC. Most recently, Bill was the guest speaker on the “ UFO’s Over Pennsylvania “ TV show, and also at the History / Mystery events held at Essington, PA. Bill continues to present his material at invited library presentations. Bill's background is in Electrical Engineering, where he was granted (3) U.S. Patents, for his designs.

No longer with MUFON, Bill now spends his time doing his own research. Bill is currently researching material for his second book, which may address the subject of Ufology.

Trey's Bio: He grew up in Atlanta. While in school he was awarded Eagle Scout, the highest rank in Boy Scouting. While a Boy Scout Trey Earned the 50-miler award three times for backpacking and paddling trips in excess of 50 consecutive miles. In 1982 he was awarded a scholarship to attend the prestigious American Wilderness Leadership School located in Jackson, Wyoming. In 1983 he graduated from Norcross High School which is located just outside of Atlanta. He entered college at the University of West Georgia and decided to major in psychology. UWG is home to a world-renowned psychology department and one of the few universities offering degrees with a humanistic and transpersonal focus. At the UWG psychology program Trey had a chance to study with such luminaries as William Roll, Mike Arons, Don Rice, Chris Anstoos and others. When studying at UWG, Trey was awarded an US Army scholarship while a ROTC cadet and was inducted into two honor societies, Pi Gamma Mu and Omicron Delta Kappa. In 1987, Trey completed his bachelor's degree in psychology and was also awarded a minor in anthropology. He was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the US Army and branched as Military Intelligence. After college Trey worked as a private investigator investigating insurance fraud and also attended the Army Intelligence Officers Basic Course at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. In the spring of 1988 he was certified as an All source Intelligence Officer (35D). He was assigned to the 372nd Military Intelligence Detachment and then the 337th Tactical Exploitation Battalion, both in the Army Reserves. An injury ended Trey's military career and he is now a disabled veteran.In 1989 Trey entered Federal Government service as a Security Specialist. During his federal career Trey has received training and experience in various specialties to include intelligence analysis, security of WMD, anti-terrorism, counter-intelligence, emergency management, physical security, personal security, response to CBRNE incidents, incident command, operations security, information security and many others. He has also taken many courses in combat pistol and rifle gun fighting. In 2008-2009 Trey served a tour in Afghanistan as an Operations and Anti-terrorism officer. Trey is also an EMS First Responder, Combat Lifesaver, Rescue SCUBA Diver, a certified Military Emergency Management Specialist, certified DoD security professional and Extra Class Amateur Radio Operator. Trey has been awarded the Department of the Army Achievement Medal for Civilian Service, the Commander's Award for Civilian Service twice, and the Army Superior Unit Award, Global War on Terrorism Civilian Service Medal and the NATO International Security and Assistance (ISAF) Medal.

BIO:Dr. Irena Scott received her Ph.D. from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in physiology, did post-doctoral research at Cornell University, and has had a professorship at St. Bonaventure University. Her MS was from the University of Nevada, her BS from Ohio State University in astronomy and biology, and she has done research and teaching at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, and the University of Nevada. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) employed her in Ph.D. level (GS-11) research in satellite photography including in its Air Order of Battle section. She served on the MUFON Board of Directors (1993 to 2000) and is a MUFON consultant in physiology and astronomy and a field investigator. As the MUFON Director of Publications, she co-edited eight symposium proceedings. She was a volunteer astronomer at the Ohio State University Radio Observatory “Big Ear”(noted for the WOW SETI signal that might be humanity’s only signal from ET). Don is someone that I have looked up to In The UFO Field For my entire Career, and following his work has helped me in my research of the UFO Subject. In Today's Episode We Have The One and Only Tom Carey, One of The TOP Researchers in the UFO Field In my Opinion. Tom's Work alongside Don Schmitt is The Best ever done on the Famous "Roswell" Case, he has been a boots on the ground Researcher, interviewing everyone involved with the Incident that occurred in 1947 and has brought forth evidence that no one else has ever been able to obtain!  

Tom's Bio - An Air Force veteran who held a TOP SECRET/CRYPTO clearance, Tom is now a retired Philadelphia area businessman. He has been a Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) State Section Director for Southeastern Pennsylvania from 1986 to 2001, a Special Investigator for the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS) from 1991 to 2001, and a member of the CUFOS board of directors from 1997 to 2001. Tom began investigating aspects of the Roswell Incident in 1991 for the Roswell investigative team of Kevin Randle and Don Schmitt, and since 1998 has teamed exclusively with Don Schmitt to continue a proactive investigation of the case.Tom has authored or coauthored numerous published articles about the Roswell events of 1947, and has contributed to a number of books on the subject as well. He has appeared as a guest on many radio and TV shows throughout the country, including Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell and George Noory, Fox and Friends, Comcast Network Friends and Larry King Live! and has contributed to a number of Roswell-related documentaries, on-screen and behind the scenes. In Today's Episode#18 We Have 2 very Special guests, Author and Researchers Andrew and Julia Oien, who have first published SOUTHWEST UFO TRIANGLE THEORY, and most recently Alien Park, Dunes! The research that Andy and Julia are doing is extremely interesting, and when I first read about there work and watched the videos on Youtube, I was hooked right away, which is why I had to ask them to come on UFO Encounters World Wide so we could share this information with all you listeners! Julie was born, raised and lives in Southern California. She found herself in the world of engineering (rocket ships to the moon type of stuff) after getting an education in computer sciences. She was in software sales for 20 years. Currently she helps run a business with her brother in communications. She’s more of a spiritualist, so finding her husband whose eyes were towards the sky only made sense. She has been married for 25 years, just about as long as this journey has been in writing these books. She and her husband, Andrew, have a 23 year old daughter Lauren that they are proud to have as their book illustrator. Lauren is currently in art school, getting her degree in Game Art. Julie has always had a fascination of the probability of life on other planets. As she put it, “It’s too big of a space for us to be alone”. Andrew or Andy was born, raised and lives in Southern California. He has had an interest in Sci-Fi movies from the time he could watch them in the 1960’s. As a child and young teen he had a high interest in reading the investigative stories of the Hardy Boys and Sherlock Holmes. He was a Boy Scout and is a Military Veteran. Andrew served 5 years in the Navy working in ship safety and navigation (Quartermaster). 3 of those years were on a submarine. His interest in the 1947 Roswell Incident began when his brother Greg handed him a book on the subject in the early 1990’s. He began his research and writing after a visit to Roswell, New Mexico in 1996 with his wife Julie. Andrew published his first book, SOUTHWEST UFO TRIANGLE THEORY in 2013. Ufology is one of his interesting past times. He has worked as a Mechanical Designer and Drafter for 25 plus years. He has been happily married to Julie for 25 years and their daughter, Lauren, 23, is currently enrolled in Art College. Both Julie and Lauren were a great help to Andrew in creating their new book, Alien Park, Dunes that published November 2018. Andrew and Charles C. Brooks co-wrote a movie screenplay for Alien Park, Dunes in 2020 and created an Alien Park, Dunes Storyboard YouTube in 2021.

Today we welcome special guest MUFON State Director of Missouri Debbie Ziegelmeyer. Debbie has been a long time member of MUFON who holds multiple positions including State Director, STAR Team Member, MARRS Team, Director of the Dive Team which investigates Unidentified Submersible Objects, and is a Board member of the organization. We will be getting into some of the new changes happening within MUFON and her position as head of MUFON's Dive Team, something that is a big part of this UFO Phenomena. Many times UFO sightings are seen over bodies of water and when reported to MUFON Debbie is dispatched with her team to search those bodies of water for evidence of the sighting. Astronauts Edgar Mitchell and Gordon Cooper are big names when it comes to NASA missions and UFO's, two complete different subjects but because of One you get the other in a sense. Both men are Honored Retired Military which gave them the experience to join NASA, and due to both of these jobs UFO's have become apart of both their stories. During their service in the military both men have seen things in the sky that defied explanation, and then again in space they seen more things that defied explanation. PAUL'S BIO: Paul Sinclair is a UK Author and researcher who lives in the seaside town of Bridlington, on the East Yorkshire coast of the United Kingdom. LARRY'S BIO: Larry Tyree is a Field Investigator with Illinois Chapter of MUFON. He is also part of a Combined Photographic Analysis team (COPA) from both Missouri and Illinois investigators. He enjoys assisting MUFON investigators by examining video evidence and providing an analysis of the video. Previously he was Chief Investigator with the Missouri Chapter of the Mutual UFO Network. Larry has made numerous video lecture presentations that exhibit images and data from cases that he has investigated.

Larry has had a number of his investigated cases highlighted in the national publication “The MUFON Journal” over the last several years. One recent case was included in “UFO Cases of Interest, 2019 Edition”. His first book was co-written with Margie Kay and Bill Spicer and entitled “The Fast Movers”. Along with the same co-authors, a new book is being assembled and will be published hopefully sometime the Spring of 2024 entitled “Earth’s Unseen Inhabitants”.
