The state of Texas ain’t foolin’ around no more when it comes to illegal immigration. Texas officials have begun employing a new method that is effectively halting attempts at illegally crossing the border.     Highlights: 

• "Texas Governor Greg Abbott has begun installing a "marine barrier installation" along the Rio Grande river. The barrier consists of orange buoys with webbing to prevent people from swimming underneath it. Texas officials are arguing that this unique solution will save lives and discourage migrants from crossing the border. It’s a rather ingenious move.”
• “Four more counties are now on board; and so, while over 50 counties in Texas have issued disaster declarations citing the border crisis, these declarations of invasion are openly recognizing the legal authority of Governor Abbott to secure the border given Biden’s deliberate incompetence.” 
• “The ultra-loser Beto O’Rourke was one of the first to denounce Operation Lone Star, he’s calling on Bumblin’ Biden to quote: ‘Stop Governor Abbott from deploying razor wire & medieval drowning devices designed to ensnare & mutilate. Stop every illegal thing he’s doing on the border that ends up killing human beings. Mr. President, we need you to act.’ Can you believe this? Stop every illegal thing on the border? Is O’Rourke even listening to himself? Stop every illegal thing on the border except the actual illegal activity?!” 
• “Let's call everything illegal and immoral except for the very thing that is actually illegal and immoral! Let’s point fingers at all atrocities except for the real atrocity! This is why leftwing liberalism, woke liberalism, is collapsing; it’s collapsing under its own contradictory absurdities; thank God for Texas officials who’ve thus far valiantly resisted the woke mind virus, and for the sanity and humanity of Operation Lone Star!”

This is my full interview with Pastor Douglas Wilson. Pastor Doug is the founding member of the Association of Classical Christian Schools whose membership has grown in the last few decades.  He’s the pastor at Christ Church in Moscow, Idaho, a faculty member at New Saint Andrews College, and an author and speaker.   He has authored over 80 books, one of which launched the amazing classical Christian school movement of which I was a part. His latest book ‘Mere Christendom’ lays out his profound vision for a re-awakened Christian society all over the world.
