Abel didn’t return home from tending to his flock one night when Adam became worried and sent Cain to search for him. Cain went out to find his brother sleeping under a tree, then decided that this was an opportunity to seek his revenge.

After Adam and Eve settled and raised children, they would grow up as adults that are ready for marriage. Allah revealed to Adam instructions on who to arrange as couples, but his son Cain was not satisfied with the wife chosen for him.

Before sending Adam down to earth, Allah extracted all of Adam’s descendants from his back and asked “Am I not your Lord?”

When Allah created the first woman, her and Adam were a comfort for each other. Allah then told them to enjoy everything in paradise, except for one tree that was forbidden for them. Allah also warned them about Shaytan’s enmity against them, but Adam had no experience in the deception of Shaytan, nor was he prepared for the plot set against him.

When Allah challenged the angels to tell Him the names of some things, the angels admitted their limited knowledge. Allah then instructed Adam to tell them their names.

After Allah breathed life into Adam, the angels prostrated, as they were commanded, but Eblīs showed his true colors when he refused to follow Allah’s direct command.
