In this episode I sit down with my client Venetia for one of the most honest, raw and powerful conversations I've had on camera. A lifetime of yoyo dieting never got to the root cause of why she put on the weight. But once that became obvious, the real work began, and now she’s 20lb lighter. Venetia had been vegan for years. She thought she was eating healthy because it was plant based. She cared deeply about her health. But the weight wasn’t shifting. She didn’t feel like a great advertisement for vegan living! What she didn’t realise… She might’ve been “vegan”, but she wasn’t eating for fat loss. Plus she didn’t even realise she was using food and wine regularly to comfort herself at the end of the day.
