We cannot live someone else’s life for them. Nor can we heal for them. Heal your self to light the path forward for others. Healing is an individual journey by design. We have all been blessed with resiliency of body, mind, and spirit. It all begins with free thought.

Understanding mind control gives us knowledge that is our defense against it. Without free thought there is no free will. Without free will there is no soul expression. Without soul expression there is no moral compass, discernment of truth, or ability to align with our innate strength of spirit and infinite power of love.

Ultimately mind control is a spiritual battle. When we claim our victory by realizing our own power, remembering who we are and why we are here, and living the love we are, humanity naturally unites. 

Our strength of spirit is what dark force puppet masters fear the most, which is why they impose trauma, fear, hatred and division. United we stand against their assault on free thought to align with the divine.

It is on this level of oneness that humanity unites. It becomes easy to see how mind control disrupts our ability to live our life’s purpose. To live the love we are.

As we move forward in light of the Global Great Awakening, it is imperative to downsize governmental influence and take responsibility for our own lives. Regardless of propaganda’s engineered political perceptions, we all real-eyes the need for freedom, inner peace and global peace. Awareness is the first step toward positive, necessary change. 

Unite within your self free of mind control. Expand your thought to embrace the reality that there is more to life than what you think you know. 

LISTEN to others. Dare to learn from differences. If we all bring the same piece of the puzzle to the table, the big picture cannot come into focus. November 5th, 2024 the proverbial hourglass flipped, as did my iconic plexiglass US Capital hourglass in a monuMental display of freedom being restored to We the People. 

Under MK Ultra mind control Wizard of Oz programming, I had been conditioned that when the hourglass flipped, such as the one Dick Cheney kept on his Pentagon office desk, that my life was on the line and my time was about to run out- just as it meant to Dorthy when the wicked witch flipped the hourglass. This do or die programming was frequently accessed during the years I was forced to work during the Bush/Reagan Administration.  

In keeping with Oz theme program, perpeTraitors of my abuse claimed they were UNreachable- over the Rainbow in another dimension.

When Mark rescued my daughter and me from the Wash DC human trafficking swamp in 1988, a supportive spook friend gave him the iconic US Capital hourglass complete with rainbow. “Keep this displayed upside down as a symbol of time running out on the New World Order until we all achieve victory in restoring Constitutional values of freedom and justice for all,” she said. “I know what this means to Cathy and her daughter.  We’ll flip the hourglass on their abusers instead. When we win- and we will- flip it right side up once and for all!”

Mark nor I are affiliated with any political party knowing the true difference is between those who support the New World Order slave society agenda and those who support freedom. This particular spook was of Kennedy lineage. 

Like in all families, there were different points of view. Mark often spoke with high regard for RFK Jr. in particular. Mark agreed with his environmental views back in the mid-80s Riverkeeper/Waterkeeper days. When I voiced outrage over Byrd’s so-called Clean Air and Water Act that only lined his pockets, Mark assured me good people were looking out for the environment… like RFK Jr. 

When Mark first rescued Kelly and me I did not know good people even existed in the world. Mark assured me they are by far the majority, often bringing them to my attention so I could gain eyes to see.

From 1988 until his passing in 2017, Mark and I spoke out together on mind control and healing from it. We witnessed people waking up on a global scale to face the reality that we share this planet with a dark cabal who are not like us and do not like us. 

Mark and I were elated in 2016 when so many of us were awake and aware that we overrode the rigged electronic algorithm in voting machines to elect a President that was not Hillary Clinton and her New World Order. We each had individual cause to find encouragement in President Trump due to his long history of open opposition to drug and human trafficking and support of Constitutional values. 

When President Trump was elected in 2016, Mark proudly flipped our iconic US Capital hourglass. As he dusted it off and flipped it right side up, tears of long awaited relief slid down his face.

Mark passed away in 2017, not knowing I had to flip our US Capital hourglass upside down again 2020 when elections and freedom were stolen from We the People. With tears sliding down my face, I held the vision that humanity would wake up from mind control masked as a virus to reclaim their freedom stronger than ever before. 

Knowledge is our defense against mind control and I was more determined than ever to carry Mark’s and my shared life’s purpose forward to raise awareness.  As the US Capital hourglass gathered dust over the next four long years, I continued to speak out knowing abSOULutely that humanity’s strength of spirit and infinite power of love would eventually win.

“You have to forgive your abusers in order to heal,” mental hellth therapists are taught to assert to trauma survivors.

Most survivors of abuse need to forgive themselves! 

Abusers notoriously threaten to kill pets or family members if the victim tells, which to the child and subconscious mind makes it the victim’s “choice” to silently permit it. It is also common that the victim is repeatedly told they are innately evil and therefore “possessed”, or are accused of dressing provocatively, or are “an old soul who wants it”, and the list goes on and on.

When trauma occurs, the conscious mind freezes in fright leaving the subconscious wide open to programming. Without a conscious mind filter and critical analysis of repetitive narrative, information is taken in without question or reason… including shame and blame. Rooted in the subconscious, this programming drives self perception, thoughts, and ultimately actions. Especially when triggered.

Mind control is a sliding scale and is as individualistic as abusive programmers and life’s traumatic experiences. The formula for mind control is the same, whether it is of an individual, classroom, nation, or the world; trauma is the basis of it. When trauma occurs, whether it is witnessed through media’s repetitive narrative, is experienced in pedophilic or occult abuse, or is DARPA level MK Ultra, the brain responds the same with heightened suggestibility.  Abusers understand this and assert their agenda, always shifting blame to the victim in the course of programming.

Many survivors who have yet to heal through writing out trauma are often triggered back under control by abusers they confront to ‘forgive’ as suggested.  Since they were programmed with blame, to ‘forgive’ an abuser reinforces and compounds the felony. Healing must occur first, which includes forgiving self and understanding mind control in order to have defense against it.

When I was healing from 30 years of torturous MK Ultra White House/Pentagon level mind control, I told Mark I could not live with myself after what I had been forced to do.  Mark replied, “You are not responsible for what you are programmed to do under mind control- your abusers are responsible. They need to be held accountable for their actions. Now that you are aware, however, you are responsible for all your actions going forward.”

Mark’s understanding helped me to understand mind control and my abusers. Understanding allowed me to forgive myself, and realize it is up to my abusers to forgive themselves IF they choose to heal. 

Catholic Confession further distorted my perception of ‘forgiveness.’ Catholics are taught to enter the Confessional booth with a priest and recite, “Forgive me father for I have sinned.” To a suggestible child raped by their father being told to refer to the pedophile priest as ‘father’ so he can intercede to ‘God the father’ is confusing, especially when sexually assaulted in the Confessional and then instructed to ask forgiveness???  

I real-eyes not all Catholics are complicit in the Jesuit/CIA alliance. Yet Catholics are engrained to believe Confessed secrets are secured through the priest, with the whole Catholic Confessional thing being about secrecy. Think Mafia and the blackmail leverage trance-spiring through this ritual. Consider how this secrecy compounds control over the sexual abuse of a child instructed to ‘forgive’.

My compassion for Haitians is rooted in horrors I witnessed and experienced throughout the 1980s under White House/Pentagon level MK Ultra mind control. I could relate to their tortured traumatized state due to my own. 

My 1995 testimony for Congress TRANCE Formation of America detailing Clintons, Bushes, CIA, and Jesuit involvement in drug and human trafficking ops in Haiti was censored under National Security.

This is a National Security that threatens the security of our nation and world when it covers up unconscionable crimes against humanity such as those inflicted on the Haitian population.

My concerns now for the strategic placement of illegal immigrant programmed Haitians throughout the US by the Harris/Biden globalist cabal is rooted in the plan I witnessed being created, which is now unfolding. An army of MK Ultra voodoo mind controlled assassins were being programmed, with a dual plan to take ownership of their land while they are activated abroad.

In the 1980s, destabilization was activated through Baby Doc Duvalier’s regime which had close ties to Clintons and Bushes. In an effort to bring the Haitian population numbers down to a more manageable size, mass genocide through AIDs vaccines commenced. 

It was my experience that the Jesuits and CIA New World Order of the Rose alliance dominated the Dominican Republic side of the Hispaniola island as led from the Citadel by General Cedras. TRANCE p. 191

CIA and Jesuit control in the Dominican Republic is notorious. Hispaniola island is divided by mountains that corral the Haitians into their side which I describe as the Dominican Republic’s petri dish of dark human experimentation. 

Voodoo and Jesuit satanism are ultimately one in the same as a trauma base for robotic MK Ultra mind control. Cannibalism is one of many common threads weaved between the two, while children are tortured, raped, and harvested. Baby Doc’s Haitians experienced tortures that far exceeded starvation. Especially those who would become his Tonton army. 

Zombies were created through drugs and rituals of victims being buried alive. I saw people raised in small cages intended to misshape their bodies as they grew. Resultant contortionists and crab walkers are not uncommon! 

Hillary Clinton’s satanic pre-cursor to Adrenochrome that was in full operation in 1977 was rooted in Haiti. Hillary’s adrenochrome ops paralleled Bill’s CIA cocaine ops, which ran directly from the Caribbean through Louisiana into Arkansas. Voodoo culture is rampant in New Orleans because of the importation of Haitians Clintons enslaved back then to run their criminal, sanctioned crimes. 

What kind of Haitian army has been created now? It had been found through Hitler/Himmler research that after 3 generations any knowledge base, abuse base, or belief system becomes inherently autogenic in the brain. Not only has trauma based mind control of generations heightened suggestibility of the Haitian population, there also are many who are outraged knowing that Clintons contributed to their condition. Their dashed hopes that Clinton’s blatant crimes perpetrated on Haiti would be prosecuted and stopped once the American population became aware has left them embittered. 

Any Haitians capable of thinking to flee the island certainly wouldn’t be jumping from that man-made hell into the fire for relief. Mind control must be factored into the equation!

Mark often said that Martial Artists beat out mind controlled assassins every time, since Martial Arts are driven from within the infinite strength of the human spirit while mind control is merely driven by outside influence.

 As stated in my previous podcast “Align with the Divine”, Mark was a master of Martial Arts capable of mind over matter and turning timeless energy to his advantage.

Masters of Martial Arts are masters of divine alignment of mind, brain, body and spirit to move faster than the eye can see “in time” to exert seemingly super human capabilities. Their injuries can heal before they form, so pain is not even in their equation.

MK Ultra programming of military special forces taps into this innate mind brain body function to direct hyper endurance and seemingly super human capabilities. These capabilities can include 44x visual acuity, heightened senses of hearing and smell, telepathy, remote viewing, and rapid healing capabilities. "No time to bleed" is an MK Ultra program that reaches deep into the part of the brain that controls heartbeat and breathing, whereby a soldier can take a bullet and keep going to complete his mission without bleeding.
 
 Masters of Martial Arts access these innate abilities through knowing the ins and outs of their own mind brain body function from within themselves.  These birth right capabilities driven by the strength of the human spirit are far stronger than any outside influenced mind control program can inspire. 

How fortunate for us all that a man of Mark's integrity and wisdom was working the highest levels of intelligence mind sciences to preserve the sanctity of free thought. He opposed the increasing governMental use of MK Ultra mind control on the military, on private citizens like myself, and on humanity as a whole. How fortunate for me that he retaliated by lifting my daughter Kelly and me right out of the Wash DC MK Ultra mind control human trafficking swamp in 1988.

Mark reminded me that it is within us all to heal from any level of trauma, abuse, grief, or control. Not only did he hand me keys to my mind as detailed in PTSD: Time to Heal, he also was an inspiration of resiliency of body mind and spirit by the way he lived his own life.

It is no wonder I was able to heal from 30 years of torturous MK Ultra mind control, reclaim my innate power, and evolve with knowledge that is our defense against mind control!

My experience healing from MK Ultra mind control required consciously aligning the divine with the ins and outs of my mind, brain, and body. I quickly learned that there is far more to me than my torturous programmers could think to take, and that what they used for their evil means I could freely use for good.
 
 Reversing their negative into positive became easier and easier as I exercised my innate capability. Considering that trauma shuts down neuron pathways in the brain, it is easy to understand how love safely opens them. Since my spirit is love, that energy force driving my own brain opened my mind to new possibilities.

 When Kelly was a prisoner in custody of so-called Child Protective Services, she still strived to integrate herself and heal from her MK Ultra experience. When she identified her core self as the light inside her, I encouraged her to consciously shine it brighter and brighter whenever she felt intruded upon-which occurred often in the corrupt system. While Kelly turned within herself to strengthen against outside influence by living true-to-soul, my self healing path was accelerated by love for her and by being in a supportive environment.
 
 "You have to know where you've been to know where you're going," Mark had wisely said when he pulled up to rescue me in his 1988 DeLorean.

Shaolin Temple Masters bowed to Mark. His mastery of martial arts was obvious to those with eyes to see and soul to know.  

Even animals sensed and understood that Mark was aligned with the divine all the “time”. 

When Mark and I retrieved what would become our home from vines, trees, and overgrowth, local Cherokees volunteered to assist just to be on the sacred land where the house was situated. They witnessed how birds and wildlife of all species flocked around Mark yet still were astounded when a beaver followed him from the nearby pond. According to Cherokee lore, this was an ultimate confirmation from nature of Mark’s peaceful integrity.

People often ask how Mark and I survived to expose MK Ultra mind control, perpeTraitors of crimes against humanity including the Bushes and Clintons, their dark global slave society agenda, and its funding mechanism of drug and human trafficking. Perhaps this insight into Mark’s vast integrity and high vibration should be factored into the equation on how we survived.

I, too, aligned with the divine amidst my torturous MK Ultra mind control experience. While my body was tortured, my spirit was always in a safe loving space. My senses and intuitions heightened as though my mind had blasted into primitive parts of my brain to compensate for lack of conscious thought. 

As I healed from within myself, I learned the ins and outs of my brain function and how we all have been blessed with resiliency of body, mind, and spirit. By tapping into innate healing mechanisms in conjunction with being aligned with the divine, I found that strength of the human spirit driven by the infinite power of love is humanity’s saving grace. 

Mark taught me to write out repressed memory using pen and paper to open neuron pathways in my brain. This is a ‘brain hack’ that works for all of us to overcome trauma, fear, or immobilizing negativity-especially when adding a SOULution to force the brain to fire in new ways above the storm so-to-speak. Free of imposed negative drag, there are no limits to heights we can achieve.

Mark also taught me the importance of wearing a watch and ‘watching my watch’ in order to stay consciously aware and present. This helped me to overcome dissociative tendencies. A concept of time equates to a concept of awareness.

As quickly as I gained a concept of time I became aware that timing is even more important, and that synchronistic flow aligns for us all the “time” when we consciously real-eyes it. 

Mark was a constant shining example of timing in action, which abSOULutely contributed to our survival. Mark’s level of martial arts aligned with the divine where time can be deliberately slowed or sped up. Martial arts masters have a capacity to ascend into perceptually timeless space to move ahead of time faster than the eye can see and tap into super human strength and acuity. 

Everyone has experienced perceptual time variances of some sort, so consider that reality with conscious understanding. Oftentimes when extreme trauma occurs, life seems to go into slow motion, for example. Perceptual distortion provides a view into time’s abstract possibilities. Survivors of mind control whose senses heightened to make up for lack of conscious thought, often report having been studied by government agencies for psychic capabilities, intuitions, telepathy, remote viewing, and clairvoyance. 

Our brains are capable of so much more than we have been taught to acknowledge and use. Take time to explore possibilities for your self.

Attune to nature. Allow a dog, horse, or any pet to show you the way to unconditional love and telepathic understanding. Nature is our nature and fuels our soul.

Sexualization of our children is a mind control agenda, with transgenderism extending into deliberate depopulation. 

Trauma is the basis of mind control, and it had been found through Hitler/Himmler research that there is no trauma more horrific on the human mind than sexual abuse of a child prior to age 5 while the brain is still forming.

This fact, brought into the US through Project Paperclip’s importation of Nazi and Fascist scientists in the wake of World War II, is a strong component of MK Ultra mind control. The scientific formula for MK Ultra is the same, whether it is of an individual, the nation, or the world. In addition to trauma, starvation of the brain through sleep, food, and water deprivation are basic components expanded on by the CIA, NASA, and DARPA for the military industrial complex to usher in what Hitler, Bush, Biden, and UNelected global leaders term New World Order.

The New World Order by any other name is a slave society agenda, which includes depopulation intended to reduce humanity’s number to a more manageable size. 

How do I know this? I was deep in the Wash DC swamp among this handful of self appointed, self anointed perpeTraitors under their MK Ultra mind control. I was exposed to many government secrets while also gaining insight into knowledge that is our defense against mind control through my personal experience.

My personal experience began at birth when I was sexually abused by my father who was carrying out multigenerational incest based perversions. Since my mother was also multigenerational incest abused, she could not think to oppose my father substituting his penis for her nipple.

As an infant, I could not think to judge what my father was doing was wrong. My brain knew and went into defense mode shutting down neuron pathways around the trauma of pain and suffocation I was experiencing. This compartmentalization of traumatic memory is then repressed deep into the subconscious so the rest of the mind can function and develop normally.

I could not think to bring to mind my father’s sexual abuse until that compartmentalized memory was triggered open to deal with his abuse again and again as needed. That compartmentalized memory only knew my father’s sexual abuse.

When my father’s sexual abuse extended into child pornography of me, my brain went into defense mode and automatically shut down neuron pathways around that event. Next time I was subjected to child pornography, that repressed memory would trigger open to deal with it again and again as needed. Pornography was all that compartmentalized part of my brain knew.

When my sexual experience expanded into being trafficked/prostituted to local politicians, law enforcement, and other men of influence at my grandfather’s Blue Masonic Lodge, more neuron pathways shut down in my brain compartmentalizing that event until triggered open again.

There is no inner-communication between compartmentalizations.  Research and logic conclude that shutting down neuron pathways in the brain prior to age 5 inhibits natural brain growth. With the brain failing to fire properly, conscious thought is lost leaving the subconscious mind defenseless and highly suggestible.

Without a conscious mind filter, the subconscious literally takes information in without reason, question, or critical analysis. Our subconscious drives our thoughts and ultimately actions. Any time any of us experiences trauma, our brains freeze in fright leaving us vulnerable to manipulation. It is imperative we learn to safeguard our free thought when personal, national, or global trauma occurs, imposed or not.

Marijuana is not conducive to mind control due to its mind expanding properties that open neuron pathways in the brain.

MK Ultra mind control requires shutting down neuron pathways in the brain to heighten suggestibility.

Since mind control is being used to usher in a slave society agenda some term New World Order, the cannabis herb continues to be demonized through strategic misinformation. Intelligence insider Mark Phillips, who was working the highest levels of intelligence mind sciences for the sole/soul purpose of preserving the sanctity of free thought, was outraged to see pertinent medical information on benefits of cannabis suppressed under National Security.   

Mark also found other birthright information that is our defense against mind control buried under secrecy along with effective methods to heal from traumatic repressed memory.  Thanks to Mark reminding me that it is within us all to heal from trauma, I reclaimed my free thought free will after decades of MK Ultra mind control.  In turn, I detailed these healing methods I successfully used in PTSD: Time to Heal.   

Now people all over the world are using these methods to heal from varying levels of trauma, abuse, indoctrination, and/or control! It astounds me how many people I hear from who ask how to use medicinal cannabis for healing. Since medical information on how to use this natural herb has been buried under National Security, misinformation, misdirection, and Big Pharma diversions for so long, I am compelled to detail what worked for me and share it with you here now.

Mark had taken my daughter and me to the safety and serenity of Alaska for healing, and cannabis is legal there. It was 1988, and since then varying levels of legalization have swept the nation. Check your state laws on cannabis/CBDs.  

Since cannabis use had been strictly forbidden under MK Ultra mind control, I deprogrammed the program first by writing it out. I found my programming against the herb even extended into media’s repetitive narrative and cult/occult religions hellbent on controlling their tithing followers.

I strongly recommend that you, too, write out any programming and conditioning against marijuana you may have experienced. This will diffuse any apprehensions or paranoia, allowing deeper relaxation while freeing you to receive the medicinal benefits. Not everyone responds the same to cannabis, so be sure to listen to your body. 

I listened to my body while using medicinal cannabis for numerous physical needs including the opening of neuron pathways. 

Need for restful sleep was crucial, so I used cannabis at night to help me relax my over-active adrenal system, stop night terrors, and improve digestion.  Memories began flashing due to neuron pathways opening up around repressed memory from the herb.  Mark cautioned me to make note of the flashes to write out further with a clear mind in the morning.

I kept a notebook and pen within reach to write out what I saw in the flashes of memory. If there was an obvious trigger attached to it, I made note of it as well.  Repressed memory flashing is akin to an alarm system demanding attention. By making note, the alarm system was deactivated so my past could no longer intrude on my present.

The next morning, I would look at my notes which were now in themselves triggers to re-access those memories that were attempting to surface while smoking cannabis.  With a clear mind and paper and pen in hand, I would begin asking myself questions as suggested in PTSD: Time to Heal to write out my memory in full photographic detail.

“The more you complain about harassment, the more harassment the feds are going to impose,” Mark wisely advised. “They want us to discourage others from speaking out. When you ignore them, they go away.”

Mark and I lived by this premise for decades, quietly enduring FBI raids, confiscation of our mail (before internet and cell phones), threats to our lives and well being, and any other injustice and violation of law those who fear truth imposed on us.

Victims seeking help, survivors speaking out, and those actively exposing the pervasiveness of child sex trafficking become targets of a ‘satanic reversal’ psyop that accuses the accuser of crimes they are reporting. Survivors of abuse struggling to learn to trust anyone become lost in the deliberate scheme to discourage others from speaking out.

“You need to know your own truth before you can discern truth in others,” Mark wisely advised. 

Knowing my own truth came with full healing from within myself, free of outside input. When survivors of traumatic abuse look outside themselves for help, validation, or understanding before they know who or how to trust, they are vulnerable to being misled. When they turn to social media’s network of survivors, they become prey to the increasing number of predators and infilTraitors seeking to manipulate the highly suggestible.

I am seeing an alarming trend toward survivors being triggered back into abuse bases only to turn on those very networks offering genuine support. This makes it very difficult for victims to become survivors, and survivors to thrive and make a positive difference in light of their own truth. 

It is imperative that networks offering genuine support, safe houses, and an opportunity to heal recognize the pervasiveness of infilTraitors. 

Survivors who have healed recognize other survivors and their level of vulnerability. We can best help each other to stay safe, with tips such as those offered in “Fake It Til You Make It”. 

On social media, survivors who appear out of nowhere with a seemingly established voice dominating everyone’s feed should be scrutinized before all podcasters join the promotion.  Especially when that survivor’s focus is on tearing down prominent individuals and organizations with a history of exposing abuse, corruption, and child sex trafficking. 

At the same time, why are high profile survivors like the daughter of a President who leaves her diary open to the public not on every podcast out there? Consider who is being given voice, and who struggles to be heard.

“Fake it til you make it, “ Mark advised soon after rescuing me from the Wash DC human trafficking swamp. “Predators, abusers, and puppet-tears know exactly what signs of heightened suggestibility to look for. Hell, even cult leaders are savvy to signs of heightened suggestibility resultant from abuse these ‘daze’ so be aware of the signs they are looking for and fake it til you make it.”

I do not know how I could have survived those first months and even years of healing from MK Ultra mind control had I not heeded Mark’s wise advice. Today I see numerous survivors ignorantly displaying neon signs of abuse and ultimately being triggered back into abuse bases and under mind control.

It is easy for survivors to recognize other survivors, telepathically, energetically and through physical signs. Those of us who have healed from within our selves to reclaim self control and inner peace need to alert other survivors to their signs of vulnerability so they, too, can ‘fake it til they make it’.

Depersonalization results from extreme dissociation to the point victims do not consciously see themselves in a mirror. This results in displays of extreme appearance in a subconscious effort to assert pleas for help that victims struggling to become survivors cannot think to voice. 

Depersonalization can become so extreme from unspeakable trauma that victims lose their ability to feel or register pain anymore. Often this is displayed in excessive piercings and tattoos in sensitive areas. 

Subconscious displays of abuse can also double as asserted effort to offend or repel others when in fact it also invites more abuse from predators looking for those signs. 

My experience under MK Ultra mind control on a White House/Pentagon level included control of my appearance. How I walked, when I talked, and how I was dressed were all controlled through programming. 

I deprogrammed the program first, writing out detailed instruction of my programmers. I even heard their voices in my head saying, “walk this way” until I wrote it out. By activating the logic part of my brain through moving a pen, neuron pathways in my brain re-opened, freeing compartmentalized memory and allowing for my own natural physical expression of walking. My gait changed once and for all, never reverting back to programmed mannerisms. 

Mannerisms that are recognizable even in children include a fixed gaze on genital areas. This is often a defense mechanism of ‘sizing up’ abuse that also reflects heightened sexuality obsession. In a silent plea for help, the fixed gaze may also be a pleading look at passerbys, into cars, or staring at the ground avoiding eye contact. Be mindful of your gaze, while understanding extended gaze without blinking indicates dissociation and ultimately vulnerability.

Stun guns were commonly used for mind control back when I endured MK Ultra programming. Resultant stun gun electric prod ‘burns’ were strategically left as indicators on strategic parts of my body as a signifier to those in the know what I was programmed to do. These stun gun burns turned into ‘beauty mark’ moles signifying message delivery, oral sex, and more. I had those moles removed since they were a trigger to me and signifier to abusers. 

I did not have visible rose or monarch tattoos as many other MK Ultra victims did since my decorative signifiers were usually displayed in jewelry, which ultimately was easy to remove!

Whenever I would deliver a message to and from government leaders, I would deliver it verbatim, using the voice inflections of my programmers.

As a CIA MK Ultra mind control slave working White House/Pentagon level operations, I was programmed on various military, NASA, and DARPA installations.  Our brains photographically record events surrounding trauma as part of our innate defense mechanism. 

This photographic memory is how Manchurian Candidate presidents, for example, can deliver a speech perfectly despite being unable to articulately respond to spontaneous questioning (think George Bush, Jr.) Likewise, a lifetime of torture and conditioning rendered my photographic memory easily accessible and programmable. Therefore, I was used as a messenger in conjunction with Black Ops I was programmed to work.

When I delivered messages, my voice photographically parroted my programmers. I used their inflections and could parrot messages in any programmed language with no capacity to interpret or understand. I could not think to answer any questions yet could receive photographically recorded response to take back and deliver to those who had the codes, keys, and triggers to access it.

Consider how amazing our brains are to have such capability! 

Consider, too, how this parallels many reported voice-to-skull experiences.

After Intelligence Insider Mark Phillips rescued me in 1988 and I began remembering my MK Ultra mind control experience, I remembered it in photographic detail.  By writing out memory by hand, I was able to write out memory in photographic detail the way it had recorded in my brain.

As I wrote, I could hear my programmer’s voice in my head verbatim exactly as the MK Ultra programs were instilled. 

This photographic recording made it easier to accurately remember my tortured past through deprogramming the program first. This helped me see through deliberate scrambles and false implanted diversionary memory and access the reality of government secrets I was exposed to for decades.

When photographic memory first surfaced and I heard voices of my programmers in my head, I did not understand what was going on. Had I sought help outside myself rather than go within to find my answers, I would likely have been misdiagnosed as schizophrenic. If I had gone online (which was not available to me in 1988) like many survivors do today seeking answers outside themselves while highly suggestible, I would have gravitated to reports of Voice to Skull programming.

Fortunately, that was not the case for me. Mark Phillips reminded me my answers are within and to ask myself, “whose voice is that?” and write it out. “What is that voice saying?” Write it out. “How did you get there?” Write it out. “Where did you go after” Write it out.

Since the act of moving a pen requires the logic part of the brain, repressed traumatic memory was switched over to critical analysis where it was then consciously viewed in front of me on paper. This allows for healing on many levels at once. Most importantly, it opens neuron pathways in the brain freeing up compartmentalized repressed memory. By opening those neuron pathways by writing rather than vocalizing, the information does not re-compartmentalize. 

Using a pen to write out memory is an amazing brain trick we all need to use to expand our thought. Typing does not do the same thing, leaving the programming vulnerable to triggering. 

I hear from many Targeted Individuals (TIs) who reclaim and retain self control and free thought through writing out what they hear. 

Voice to Skull programming can be a perceptual distortion of repressed memory. When reports of Voice to Skull abuse include repetitious phrases an abusive parent would use, for example “you are worthless and no good” “you can’t do anything right” etc. 

Writing by hand has numerous benefits for reclaiming and retaining free thought, overcoming grief, fear, or trauma, and stimulating expanded thought as I’m sure many of you have heard me mention by now.

Did you know you can improve your physical health by consciously altering your handwriting? I learned this and other positive aspects of handwriting while under MK Ultra mind control working for the CIA as a Handwriting Analyst.

Lecturing on Graphology was my cover on NCL Cruise lines while working CIA cocaine and heroin ops as detailed in TRANCE Formation of America. With my photographic memory activated through imposed trauma, I gained much insight and knowledge into the science of graphology while analyzing thousands of handwriting samples. Coupled with my telepathic intuitive senses, my pinpoint accuracy and knowledge earned me respect as one of the best experts on graphology in the nation.

What I learned then and retain now is comprehensive understanding of the crucial need to get writing by hand back into the school system. Typing does not access and activate neuron pathways in our brain the same way writing by hand does, which compounds computerization’s capacity for indoctrinating our children.

I hear parents complain that cursive writing has been eliminated in many of our nation’s schools, leaving the reading and interpretation of our Constitution and other sacred documents to outsiders who may not care to uphold our values.
What if the power grid does go down as so many fear? Twiddling thumbs will replace texting thumbs unless we wise up and re-evaluate the value of writing by hand and knowing how to read it! 
Moving a pen is an integral part of mind body function. Different physical strokes of the pen can reflect inner attitudes and health. A tense, aggressive person is more apt to push the pen into the paper harder than a peaceful, gentle person would. A gregarious public figure may write much larger than a shy person with low self esteem. See the logic of this science?
Cursive writing allows for fluidity of thought that is expressed in the fluidity of movement. If there is a hiccup in the middle of smooth flow, why is it there?  A catch at the top an otherwise round “o”, for example, may indicate irregularity in heartbeat. If you notice it in your own writing, practice consciously making that “o” smooth and round. This can actually train your brain to regulate your heartbeat! When you real-eyes this power you have over your own mind-body function, you gain insight into the ins and outs of your brains capacity. 

I often speak out on the resiliency of body, mind and spirit that we have within us. Yet after decades of conditioning to look outside ourselves to self appointed authority, we forgot that we have the ability to heal ourselves. One little handwriting exercise can refamiliarize you with the power you have within.

If MK Ultra mind control programmers can program a military special forces soldier to take a bullet and not bleed by tapping into the part of their brain that regulates blood flow, imagine what we can do from within ourselves using the strength of the human spirit and infinite power of love driven by our own free will! It’s a matter of knowing the ins and outs of our own brain capability. Again, writing by hand can reMind us where this brain path is through conscious awareness of it!

Exercise is key. Just because you decide you are going to run a marathon does not mean you will win it first try. Practice, exercise, conscious determination, focus, and persistence win!

Every time Roseanne and I get together, our friendship deepens from the heightened vibration our convergence inspires. Something divinely profound always unfolds as a result. 

Recently I joined Roseanne on tour in Florida where she drew massive crowds of fans needing a good laugh which, of course, she delivered as only she can!  With ears still ringing from laughter and applause, and spirits high from the outpouring of love, we would indulge in quiet conversation while she unwound and recharged. Together we sensed a heightened synchronistic flow emerging in these powerfully transitional and spiritually evolutionary times we are living.

Roseanne and I became instant ‘old friends’ when we first met in 2008 at a Hollywood event exposing child sex trafficking.  Both of us were giving voice to the children while raising awareness on the pervasiveness of MK Ultra mind control. 

Who would have thought 15 years later we would be at Mar-a-Lago with President Trump, the first and only US President to expose the Wash DC swamp and child sex trafficking? 

By the time I was flying back home to reunite with my pets, I gazed out the airplane window as the October sun set and full moon rose, reflecting on the magnitude of univerSoul justice I had experienced on my Florida trip.

It occurred to me that other MK Ultra survivors may benefit from knowing what it meant for me, given my past White House/Pentagon level experience, to meet the man I’d been told “is not one of us”. As I’ve posted in my blogs and spoke of often in my inner-view discussions, “he is not one of us” was to trigger do-or-die programming if I ever spoke to Trump. 

Of course, since I had written the program out by hand and healed from within my self, all MK Ultra triggers were diffused. 

Political PerpeTraitors I was exposed to under MK Ultra mind control feared Trump because he openly opposed drug and human trafficking across open borders, and MK Ultra mind control slaves being used through the State Department.  Back in the 1980’s it would have been easy for anyone in the know to recognize I was a robotic MK Ultra mind control slave, especially someone like Trump who had eyes to see, ears to hear, and soul to know the reality of Wash DC’s swamp.

When my MK Ultra handler left me off at Trump’s casino in Atlantic City for a CIA black ops meeting with Phil Habib, he warned me that if I spoke to Trump I would be killed. I did not see Donald Trump that day and my mission was fulfilled. (p. 134 TRANCE) All these years later, it was monuMental for me to meet President Trump at Mar-a-Lago and freely speak to him. It is one more profound victory against my abusers that healing has inspired! 

In addition to my abSOULute healing victory, I was happy just to meet the man who had the fortitude to take on Deep State PerpeTraitors and openly expose their drug and human trafficking funding mechanism. I had waited a lifetime for this dark secret to be brought to light, and my gratitude is proportionate! 

Considering I had been trafficked as a child in pedophilic black mail ops at the ‘Epstein Island of its time’ Mackinac Island Michigan, and MK Ultra programmed for drug and human trafficking ops the first 30 years of my life, it is a spiritual triumph to catapult into a world where awareness begets positive, necessary change for the children’s sake! 

Politics aside, I am confident survivors everywhere can appreciate the magnitude of this profound experience. It is important for us all to experience a counterbalance to the horrors we encountered that repressed our memory. By the time intelligence insider Mark Phillips rescued my daughter and me from the Wash DC human trafficking swamp, I truly did not know good people existed in this world. Mark assured me there are by far more good people than bad, even in intelligence agencies. 

Children who are abused, sex trafficked, and controlled are easiest recognized by those who have survived it.

This view into my childhood is in response to numerous concerned non-victims asking what it looked like with intent of learning to better recognize abused children whose silent pleas for help otherwise go unheard.

My eyes were already exhibiting trauma by the time I was 4.  I knew that my father’s camera indicated sexual activity, and my eyes were wide open trying to see what painful trauma might be approaching as he snapped the above photo.

This defense mechanism develops naturally with abuse, resulting in 44x visual acuity which is akin to having eyes in the back of the head.

With eyes wide open, whites of eyes are prevalent, blink response is disrupted, while pupils often dilate.

Horrifically abused children are often recruited by the military or for professional sports because their 44x visual acuity is an extreme advantage for making a shot with pin point accuracy.  

Additionally, the brain automatically shuts down neuron pathways around trauma, repressing it deep into the subconscious so the rest of the mind can develop or function normally. When abuse is repetitive such as occurred with my father’s sexual abuse, the part of my mind conditioned to deal with that particular trauma would trigger open to deal with it again and again as needed. This dissociative extreme is professionally defined as ‘the mind’s sane defense to trauma too horrible to comprehend’.

It never occurred to me to talk about my father’s sexual abuse when it wasn’t happening, since that memory was again repressed deep into the dark corners of my mind. If someone has asked me if I was being “abused” I could not have related to the concept because my whole world was saturated in it to the point where my experience seemed “normal”.

Repressed Memory is not filed under “Abuse” in the brain, and therefore abused children will not respond to questions such as “are you being abused?”

As more and more compartments occur in the brain repressing memory of varying traumas such as sexual assault, sex trafficking, pornography, occultism, etc., more and more conscious thought is lost. With neuron pathways shut down, there is no inner-communication within the mind- no ability to think with any continuity of thought. With no capacity for inner-communication or continuity of thought, there is no capacity for awareness of time.

With no concept of time, there is no concept of distance. Geography is often distorted, as is spatial awareness. Abused children rarely know right from left, the time of day, what day or year it is, and may not be appropriately dressed for temperature.

Since one compartment does not know what the other is doing, the brain does not register exhaustion. Heightened endurance results, which may appear as hyper-activity or even signal sleep deprivation. When sleep deprivation is deliberately imposed on top of that, the brain stays exhausted from lack of sleep while the body knows no limits!

Heightened endurance may appear as hyper-activity.

Sleep, food, and water deprivation are components of MK Ultra’s scientific formula as each starves the brain of health in its own way, further heightening suggestibility.

Our brains photographically record events surrounding trauma. It is why when you hear “Kennedy Assassination” you see the bullet hitting his head, or when you hear “9-11” you see the plane flying into the twin towers. Both of these events were deliberately enhanced by the media’s repetition of that trauma, and repetition is the most basic form of mind control.
