Hello gang! In this episode, we're driving back home from another trip to Knoxville and Windrock after a week of solid rain and forecasts of more rain. We discuss the mental aspects and effects of not being able to get outside and some things to do to keep your spirits up. We then talk about our trip to Windrock and how it went; the progression, riding all day at a park, and what 3 days at Windrock feels like.

We also get into how to enjoy your first day at a bike park and some tips and tricks you can do to make sure you have fun and maximize your enjoyment at a new park including calibrating your expectations to the parks difficulty ratings, figuring out how to use the lifts at the park, and being aware of the GoPro effect when scoping things out.

We wrap up with some upcoming plans and the anticipation of the start of the race season.

In this episode, we discuss Jen's first trip ever to Windrock bike park, as well as her first ride on a DH bike! We get into details about the trails and their difficulty, the vibe at the Rock, and the overall excitement of riding.
