In my final year of university, at just 21, I lost my dad. At the time I felt completely alone in my grief. My friends were finishing degrees, starting jobs, living life ā and I was trying to figure out how to keep going without the person who was meant to guide me through it all. Back then, I turned to podcasts every single day just to survive, but I quickly realised there wasnāt really a space for young people navigating grief. Thatās why I created Too Young to Grieve ā a podcast for young people facing loss far earlier than expected. Each week, Iāll be sharing honest reflections, conversations with others whoāve been through it, and expert insights to help us understand what grief really does to us.
