As well as being an entrepreneur, Stef and her daughter Sam also have Hirschsprung's disease and we talk about how all of this came to be.

Stef's has not let her 146 surgeries hold her back as we talk about her and Sam's sporting careers, including Sam's hopes of making the 2028 Olympics as a swimmer.
