Welcome back to “Today’s Tough Choices.” I’m Catie Craig, your host, and today’s special guest is Dr. Pat Ferris. · Dr. Pat Ferris, who practices in Calgary, Alberta, has been a mental health counseling professional since 1979.

In addition to personal counseling, Pat does a significant amount of work in the area of organizational wellness, and she is an internationally recognized expert in   the treatment of workplace bullying. Pat’s extensive experience in counseling   and consulting in mental health spans over 40 years, with an additional 25+ years in the workplace consulting, training, and coaching.

Today, we will explore how bullying and mobbing behaviors, often caused by narcissistic abuse in the workplace, cost businesses billions annually. In her article, “The Roles of the Counseling Professional in Treating Targets and Perpetrators of Workplace Bullying” Pat aptly refers to narcissistic bullies as “corporate hyenas” and “snakes in suits.” In her 25+ years involved with industrial assessments, she definitely knows what she is talking about.
