Knowing better doesn't always mean living better.
Thrive in Real Life is a podcast about the gap between how we genuinely want to live and how we're actually living—especially when life gets tired, busy, emotional, relational, or complicated.
Psychologists Joel Pukalo and Chantal Seymour bring practical psychology, honest conversation, different perspectives, and real-life experience to explore what keeps those gaps open and what can actually help close them.
Each season takes that question into a different part of real life. Season One, Helping the Next Generation Thrive, explores parenting and the many adults who help children and young people grow—because good support isn't simply about knowing the right thing to do. It has to fit the unique child and the real adult in the room.
This isn't about getting life right all the time. It's about understanding ourselves and the people around us more clearly, taking realistic steps, and becoming more able to live what matters—more often, in real life.
