This is the last episode in the three part miniseries where I am discussing abusive supervisors and toxic work environments. You will hear from Ashley, who had an strange and toxic experience with her field supervisor during her internship. I also discuss tips for individuals dealing with abusive supervisors and tips for organizations to create a healthy and accountable work culture.
