We're back for part two of our Breath of the Wild / Tears of the Kingdom hot takes (and a few Age of Calamity ones in there too!). This week, we're tackling subjects like: was Yunobo the best character across the Wild era games? Do the Divine Beast dungeons offer a more welcoming for new players puzzle experience? Was it disappointing the Pirates in Lurelin were just Moblins? Are Remote Bombs the best rune/ability? Is Colgera seriously the most disappointing boss in the game? One of our favorite segments returns this week! We asked for YOUR spiciest hot takes regarding Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, and boy oh boy, you guys delivered, SO MUCH SO that this will be PART 1 of a two part episode! We're reacting to all sorts of takes, including: is Tears a great experience, or just glorified DLC? Is Cece's Mushroom hat better than the Couples Mask? Would Kohga have been a better choice of villain than Ganondorf? Do fighting bosses again in the Depths diminish the impact of fighting them in a dungeon? Speaking of, are the dungeons of Tears and Breath of the Wild better than many traditional dungeons?

This month, I'm joined by Zelda Cast producer Adrielle Munger as we dive into the adorable world of Zelda pets! Welcome back to another episode of ZELDA'S PERCENTAGES! The premise is simple: we read off a statement and then assign a probability of said statement coming true! This week, however, we're putting a bit of a twist on the gimmick by inviting our friend and Zelda Dungeon social media manager McKenna Krebs on the show and using her blog, zeldaisthegirl.com, as inspiration for our questions! Based on FOUR YEARS of wishlist's, we go through, read off, and assign a percentage to everything McKenna hopes to see in Breath of the Wild 2! Swimming and diving? Repairable weapons? The accordion as a musical instrument? A rebuilt Hyrule? More involvement from the new Champions? The Minish making a return? And of course, the million dollar question: is Princess Zelda a playable character?

What's going on friends!? This week, we are diving head first into one of our most anticipated Zelda-like games in the last several years: Blossom Tales II: The Minotaur Prince! We were big fans of the first, so we had really high hopes for this sequel, and for the most part, it delivers! Come listen as we dissect the dungeons of the game, praise the overworld, review the items, and ask about the future of the Blossom Tales series as it now finds itself at a cross roads: either lean into being a Zelda clone even more, or start to forge its own identity.
