Ep 1: Crack Open Moments with Whitney Guerrero 29 Jan 202500:50:25

This episode is all about crack open moments.

A crack open moment is a catastrophic, life-altering event that changes you.  It's rock bottom.  It's that moment when things feel completely out of control or hopeless.  It’s being at your most vulnerable and then surrendering to the moment.

For Laura Scarpati and Whitney Guerrero, their rock bottoms became a turning point in their lives. It cracked them open, sparked a shift, a wake-up call, a new sense of clarity that pushed them toward growth. It’s painful, it sucks, it’s not easy, but it can also be the moment where a new chapter begins.

Laura and Whitney discuss their crack open moments, the journey through them and how these incomparable, catastrophic events reframed their inner dialogue, their belief systems and ultimately changed them for the better.  They discuss how these moments affect not only them, but those close to them.  They also theorize around how crack open moments look different for others but are likely common and show up in many different ways throughout our lives.

Whitney Guerrero spent years in the world of software and startups before stepping away from her 9-to-5 to focus on something she’d been longing for—more time with her family and a little more room to breathe. Whitney has four children, all of whom she loves fiercely: two spunky daughters at home and two beautiful children in heaven. When her first daughter, Olivia, was born with a severe and life-limiting neuromuscular disease, Whitney began speaking openly online about her family’s journey with undiagnosed rare disease, child loss, and living through grief. Since then, she has navigated pregnancy after loss, parenting after loss, and a second child loss—when her son Rory passed away from the same disease in 2019.

Through her honest conversations and writing online, Whitney hopes to provide practical support and connection to others navigating unthinkable loss.

You can find her on Instagram, where she documents #momlife while delighting in good quotes and coffee.

Ep 7: Tarot 101 and Transformative Rituals with Lori Dyan12 Mar 202500:53:05

Tarot cards have long been surrounded by mystery, often viewed through the lens of superstition or dismissed as only a form of entertainment.  But, as Lori Dyan shares in this episode, tarot is much more than just a deck of cards. It’s a powerful, transformative practice that speaks directly to us, offering insights and support exactly when we need it.

Lori, who's been reading tarot cards for over 35 years, breaks down the basics of Tarot 101—how the cards aren’t random but rather find us at just the right moment with messages tailored to our lives. She dives into the science behind rituals, exploring how these ancient practices can create profound shifts in our mindset and well-being. Rituals, she explains, are routines with intention. They not only support personal growth but can also help you manifest your deepest desires and provide comfort in times of grief and loss.

In this episode, Lori pulls a card for YOU.  Whether you're tuning in now or later, the card’s message will be exactly what you need to hear. You can also find this episode on YouTube to see the card and its symbolism in full.

A professional tarot reader for 30+ years, Lori Dyan’s international clientele ranges from CEOs and celebrities to stay-at-home moms and CIA operatives.  She was mentored by a crystal-ball-gazing witch and her tagline (“Woo Woo Without the Cuckoo”) reflects her modern and accessible approach. As a member of the Peguis First Nation, Lori’s lineage is woven throughout her work—it is the source of her magic. Her bestselling debut, Burn Your Sh*t, teaches the transformative power of rituals and her upcoming release, Big Deck Energy (HarperCollins, June 2025) brings tarot into the mainstream, showing people how the cards start a conversation with your soul.

Ep 4: Coincidences & Synchronicities with Dave Cowen19 Feb 202500:48:44

Have you experienced a coincidence?  A synchronicity?  Carl Jung believed that these events were not just random occurrences, but rather manifestations of a deeper order in the universe.  Meaning, there are signs and guidance all around us, if we pay attention.   Today’s guest, Dave Cowen is an expert in this space.  He has spent years practicing a method that uncovers the spirit in our algorithms, a practice that's accessible to all of us.  His substack, Shuffle Synchronicities links the songs you hear…to the symphony of your life.   It is so fun and fascinating…even though, the song I shuffle during this episode scared the absolute sh*t out of me.  But it’s vulnerable o’clock over here. We are just baring it all in the name of connection, reflection and curiosity.  And you know what I’m gonna say next, but it is absolutely NO coincidence you are here.

Dave Cowen turns the religious into humor, finds the spirit in the algorithm, and makes serious comics fun. His popular series of comedy Haggadahs for the Jewish holiday of Passover have been featured in The New York Times and include parodies of Trump, Seinfeld, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Kanye West, and a new one this spring on The Office. He produces a NPR-celebrated Substack, Shuffle Synchronicities, where readers learn how meaningful music coincidences can help guide our lives. And his debut graphic novel, 11 years in the making, SHOULD WE BUY A GUN?, is available now.

Shuffle Synchronicities Spotify Playlist:  Ask the universe a question, then shuffle this playlist of 10,000 songs. Pay attention to the song title, artist, lyrics, and the overall vibe. Use your intuition to find connections between the music and your life, allowing the message to guide you toward meaning or insights.

Ep 12: The Practice of Showing Up with Lena Waithe16 Apr 202500:44:47

There comes a moment in our lives when we have to decide—how we’re going to show up in the world.

For Laura Scarpati that moment came after getting run over by a car while pregnant. She had a choice: to stay in the trauma and victimhood, or to choose the light, to find joy in the recovery, and to lean into purpose.

Lena Waithe knows something about that kind of reckoning too. She’s been on her own journey—unpacking old patterns, confronting her personhood, and as she puts it, she is still very much in process.

One of the tools Lena leans on is meditation. Hearing Lena speak so candidly about her practice helps take the pressure off. Because as she explains, if we’re waiting for the world to get quiet before we get still, we’ll be waiting forever.

Lena’s poetry is a mirror. Asking us to look inside ourselves. Giving us permission to not have all the answers. And offering up her signature mix of wisdom, humor, and heart.

Tune in to a brand new aeason of "The Chi" May 16 on Paramount+

About Lena Waithe:
Lena Waithe is an Emmy-winning writer, producer, actor, and Founder of Hillman Grad. Known for Master of None, The Chi, and Queen & Slim, Lena’s latest credits include the 2023 Sundance Film Festival award-winning films A Thousand and One and Kokomo City, the Emmy-nominated documentary film Being Mary Tyler Moore, Disney+’s Chang Can Dunk, and the Tony-nominated play Ain’t No Mo’. A Thousand and One received the Grand Jury Prize in the U.S. Dramatic Competition, took home “Best First Feature” at the 2024 Independent Spirit Awards, and received a Gotham Award nomination for “Best Feature,” and Kokomo City received the NEXT Audience and NEXT Innovator awards and received numerous Critics Choice Documentary Awards nominations in 2023.

Ep 11: The Science of Spirituality & How Your Focus Becomes Your Reality with Happiness Coach Dan Hennessey 09 Apr 202501:04:40

Raise your hand if quantum physics makes your brain explode. 🙋‍♀️ Yes… same.  Before this conversation the closest I got to Quantum physics was that movie, Interstellar.  Shout out Christopher Nolan.  Such a good film.  Even during this conversation with Happiness Coach & Quantum Physics Enthusiast Dan Hennessey, I found myself needing a moment to catch up.

If you don’t know - Quantum physics is the study of the tiniest building blocks of our universe—particles like atoms and light—and how they behave at the subatomic level, where the rules are very different from what we experience in everyday life.

In other words:
Quantum physics is the science of the unseen.
It shows us that at our core, we’re not solid matter—we’re vibrating energy.   And that what we focus on, becomes our reality.

In this episode, Dan takes all that quantum brilliance and channels it into something radically useful:  How to thrive.  How to be happy.  How to age in reverse.  The first half of this convo is very big-picture, very quantum-death-mind-expansion.  Then in the second half, we get practical—Dan shares grounded, accessible tools you can actually use in this reality to feel better and find happiness, now.  I do hope you’re still with me.  Cause yes this is a total mind f*ck but also…let’s f*cking go.

Dan Hennessey, widely known as "Dan The Happiness Coach," is a holistic wellness expert, entrepreneur, author, and speaker, specializing in transformational self-awareness practices. Since 2006, he has worked with thousands of clients, guiding them toward self-mastery and self-love through deep inner exploration, reflection, and higher self-integration.

Dan’s passion lies in helping individuals break free from self-imposed limitations, empowering them to grow, evolve, and thrive. His unique approach facilitates a conscious inner shift, leading to life-changing breakthroughs and transformative shifts in an individual's reality.

Ep 10: Activate Your Intuition & Becoming Unlimited with Intuitive Energy Healer Valerie Mya02 Apr 202500:52:21

How many times have you told yourself, I can’t do that? That you’re not smart enough, strong enough, or connected enough to chase your dreams? These limiting beliefs don’t just show up out of nowhere—they’re deeply ingrained from childhood, shaped by our environment, societal rules, guilt, fear and beyond. We see them as fact when, in reality, they’re nothing more than limiting beliefs.   Untrue stories we tell ourselves.

In this episode, we’re learning to break free from those restrictive belief systems. Today's guest, Valerie Mya, is an intuitive energy healer who has helped countless people—including me—break free from limiting beliefs. After losing her home in the LA fires, Val didn’t see it as devastation—she saw it as an upgrade. Her story is proof that we are not defined by our circumstances but by our ability to rise.

Join us as Val shares how to release the energetic blocks, rewire limiting beliefs, and activate your intuition so you can step fully into the life meant for you. It’s time to shed the restrictions, raise your frequency, and start living as your unlimited self.

Because, as Cynthia Erivo sings—We are Unlimited. And science agrees.

Ep 9: 10-Day Silent Meditation Retreat with Justin Walter26 Mar 202501:23:20

Would you ever commit to a 10-day silent retreat—no phone, no communication with friends or family, just you and your thoughts? Sounds intense, right? Yung Pueblo, one of my favorite spiritual writers, swears by these retreats.

But I’ve also heard countless spiritual practitioners (some on this very podcast) say things like, “You don’t need a 10-day silent retreat to tap into your intuition” or “You don’t need to do a silent retreat to receive guidance.” And sure, that’s true… but what if you did do it? What would it be like? Would you lose your mind—or find yourself?

Fresh off his first-ever 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat, my best friend and YourBucketListGuide, Justin Walter is here to share all the details—the highs, the lows, the logistics (where exactly do they take your phone?) and the raw truths he faced as he sat with himself for 10 days.

We originally planned to record this episode remotely, but in true Justin fashion, he hopped on a plane, flew 3,000 miles across the country—just one day after finishing the retreat—and showed up on my doorstep to record in person. (There’s a heartwarming reel on The Woo Report’s Instagram if you want to see my reaction!)

The big takeaway? Not only did Justin survive 10 days of noble silence, but he emerged transformed—gaining a new skill, a clear mindset, and a fresh perspective. And after 10 days of Nobel silence… he’s ready to talk.

In this episode, we discuss:

  • The intake process and daily schedule
  • Meals, accommodations, and the rules of noble silence
  • The way Vipassana meditation is taught
  • Strong Determination Meditation:  the practice of sitting completely still with no movement while meditating
  • The mental marathon of sitting in silence
  • Observing sensations without reacting to them
  • The Law of Impermanence and how attachment brings misery
  • Why people go back and do it again
  • How many people left during the 10 days
  • How your brain feels after 10 days of deep meditation

Ep 8: The Law Of Attraction and Laughing Your Way to Abundance with Lauren Pomerantz 19 Mar 202501:11:01

What have you attracted into your life—a home, a partner, a fulfilling career, friendships that nourish you? The Law of Attraction suggests that our thoughts create a vibrational frequency, drawing similar experiences and circumstances into our reality. In other words, for better or worse, we attract what we focus on.

Ep 24: Radically Unplugged with Intuitive Christin Bridge 09 Jul 202500:41:57

Intuitive Christin Bridge is a pioneer in the unplugged space. She lives radically unplugged - no news, no social media, no TV, no movies, and limits how she's checks and engages in emails/texts - all which she explains the details of in this episode... but the results? Space. Clarity. Way less noise.

Yes, the irony is not lost on me that we’re talking about this on a podcast — a podcast I’ll also post about on Instagram.

But the conversation itself is a kind of invitation.  A reminder that we get to choose what we let in.

You don’t have to toss your phone into the ocean or delete every app. But what Christin models, and what this episode offers, is a nudge toward a quieter, more intentional way of living.

It’s a return to a different rhythm. One where the soul leads. And where that signal rings louder than all the noise.

More about Christin

Christin Bridge, also known as Earth Moon Expanded, is a spiritual practitioner with a heart-centered approach to intuitive work. She creates a safe and transformative space for those on journeys of awakening and evolution. With reverence for the natural world, Christin finds inspiration in all its aspects. Her passion for holistic wellness and balance drives her deep exploration of both the seen and unseen.

Christin's powerful gift is attuning people to their inner truth, inherent strength and ability to heal. As an intuitive, a witch, a channel, an activator, and a guide, she is able to connect with everyone's highest timeline and most embodied self. Christin joyfully serves others as a vision holder.  Christin looks for messages from the body and through a corporeal lens, she often reveals mental, spiritual and emotional truths in physical experience. With her intuitive gifts and spiritual curiosity, Christin holds space and guides people to connect more fully with their souls and expand their lived experience. She feels honored to share her journey toward spiritual truth and to facilitate the transformation for others.

Ep 15: Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) with Reiki Master Jacki Jones07 May 202500:57:21

Reiki is a holistic energy healing practice that channels universal life force to promote balance and overall well-being. Often described as deeply relaxing, Reiki supports the body’s natural healing processes - physically, emotionally, and energetically.

In this episode, we explore Reiki with Reiki Master Jacki Jones, whose unique approach is informed by her background in mental health. Her work bridges the spiritual and the psychological, offering both intuitive guidance and grounded insight. Through techniques like chakra alignment, oracle interpretation, and energetic clearing, she helps clients gain clarity, cultivate peace, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

Personal transformation often begins just beyond resistance—with a moment of stillness, a shift in perspective, or the right support. This conversation invites us to consider our role in the ever-shifting ride of life.  Maybe there isn't always one "right" answer and perhaps there's an angel or two out there who can not only help us heal, but also help us find a parking space (we see you, Walter).

Ep 14: Parenting with Alignment: Behavioral Science, Intuition & the Body with Coach Kate Nasuti 30 Apr 202500:53:26

What if the behaviors we carry—consciously or not—are living in our bodies, shaping not just our minds, but our health?

In this episode, I talk with behavior and parenting coach Kate Nasuti about the science of behavior—what it is, how it develops, and how understanding it can give us more agency in how we show up as parents, partners, and people.

Fear is common in parenting...fear around messing it all up, fear around how our kids are behaving, fear around getting the right supports for our child, fear about whether we are we teaching them the right lessons.  But as Kate explains “good” parenting starts with our own alignment.

We get into Dr. Gabor Maté’s stunning connections between chronic emotional suppression and how it can manifest physically in the body.    It’s an invitation for us all to reflect on what we’ve internalized, and how to begin shifting it with compassion.

The wisdom in this one is slow medicine.  Gentle, honest, and full of reminders that you’re not alone in figuring this out.

Ep 13: Hypnotherapy + Aging Backwards with Dr. Andy Scarpati23 Apr 202500:55:24

Ten years ago, my dad facilitated a past-life regression with my best friend. I remember rolling my eyes so hard I almost saw my own past lives. At the time, it felt out there...too out there. But after my own brush with the beyond, something cracked open. Curiosity rushed in, and I began to see my dad’s work through a new lens.

In this episode, I talk with Dr. Andy Scarpati, my dad and a longtime hypnotherapist, about how our early experiences shape the subconscious, and how hypnotherapy can help us untangle the patterns we’ve absorbed over time. We get into the science and soul of healing, the connection between thought and physical well-being, and what it means to stay energized and engaged as we age on purpose.

This conversation is about what becomes possible when we turn inward.  When we recognize the power we have to choose our thoughts and make feeling good a priority.

Ep 22: Sacred Smut ~ Why Romantasy Novels Resonate with Anna Ruckert25 Jun 202500:53:11

Have you gotten into the spicy fantasy novels yet?  The Romantasy genre is a full-blown phenomenon.

Do these books have sex in them?  Yes. Yes they do.  A lot of it.  Are they so fun to read? Yes. Yes they are. The stakes are high, the sex is good, and our heroins are becoming.  They are rising. They are remembering the power within themselves. They are reclaiming their pleasure.  This is a sacred feminine awakening baby!  And the spiritual themes do not stop there.

These book are rampant both in the sheets and in the woo.  The magic, the power within, the love, the lust, the intimacy, the transformation through traumatic experiences, the connection, the friendships...these novels are our mirrors.  And they resonate because they are mirroring our own becoming.  Our own desires.  Our own rising.

Part of any spiritual awakening includes releasing restraints.  Women have been disempowered long enough.  Spicy fantasy novels celebrate every part of us -  the light, the shadow, and the smutty, sexy, sacred little minx who will kick your ass and leave you wanting more.

Anna Ruckert is Rochester New York's, unofficial romantasy librarian and enthusiast.

Ep 21: Self-Love with Breezy Sloth18 Jun 202500:53:44

Often we’re told that self-love means spa days and botox.  But true self-love is much deeper than that. It’s honoring your actual needs. YOUR actual needs. Not your kids, not your friends not your partners.  Yours.

Self-love is saying no without guilt. It's setting boundaries that can make some people uncomfortable.  It’s nourishing your body, resting without proving you deserve it. It’s a daily practice.  And most days, it’s quiet. Not glamorous. Not Instagrammable.

But sometimes? You meet someone whose Instagram does emote self-love—not in a curated, picture-perfect way, but in a way that feels embodied.

Breezy Sloth is a bit of a legend in upstate NY.  Rochester listeners know her as Breezy from 98PXY.  She's the voice on the radio that makes everyone’s morning commute way more fun. Breezy is fearlessly, hilariously, unapologetically herself.  Her journey has been a total rollercoaster and in this episode we go deep: From eating disorders and religion to fearing death and mediums. Breezy has been able to grow and evolve and learn these life lessons by being HONEST with herself, showing up for herself, listening to herself.  And ultimately loving herself.  I love this woman, I love how she moves through the world and I know you will too.

Ep 19: Kids Explain The Universe with Will (7) Owen (6) Harper (4) and Wes (4)04 Jun 202500:21:31

Will (7), Wes (4), Harper (4) and Owen (6) explain their views on God, death, spirits, souls, past lives, love, loss, signs, power, crystals and magic.

How did you view spirituality when you were a kid?   Have your views evolved over the years?

To get a glimpse of it now...inside the wonder and awe and imagination of what is to be that young. To not be yet be conditioned by all the experiences of your teens and your adult life. That sweet spot when magic is a tangible everyday occurrence, before some of us grew out it.   The purity the clarity the simplicity of lightness, without the weight of the world and politics and failures and hustle culture.

Not every child has the privilege and space to live in this wonder.  But when a child feels safe, when they are free of fear, they so easily tap into something deeper.

Their knowing is power.  As conscious parents we have an opportunity to fan the flame and encourage them to keep all their power.  Feel their self-worth deep in their bones, and allow their truth to knock us all back into alignment.

And aligned is exactly how I feel when I listen to these little cuties explain the universe.

A special thank you to Owen and Harper's parents for trusting that The Woo Report was a safe space for their children to share what’s real for them. We love you. Thanks for being our village and our soul family. And thank you to all our courageous kids - Will, Wes, Harper and Owen - for being so open, honest and willing to dive into all the woo-woo.  You are each so loved.  Thanks for helping us remember the magic.

Ep 18: Trauma-Informed Healing with Halli Faulkner28 May 202500:51:16

*Content warning: this episode includes a discussion of sexual trauma and childhood sexual abuse*

Trauma wears many faces. It can be loud and life-altering, or quiet and long-buried. It might stem from experiences like sexual trauma or childhood assault, or from more subtle, chronic forms of harm—neglect, shame, abandonment. Regardless of how it begins, trauma often takes root in the body. It stays with us, tucked into our nervous system, shaping how we move through the world—even when we don't consciously remember or recognize it.

Healing from trauma is not linear. It’s not easy. Sometimes, it means facing the very pain we’ve spent a lifetime trying to forget.

But healing is not just for us—it’s also for the collective. Every time we choose to do the work, to release what we’ve held onto for too long, we create ripples. When we free ourselves, we help free each other. This is how we begin to shift the world—one body, one heart, one truth at a time.

In this episode, my courageous friend Halli Faulkner, a survivor of childhood sexual assault, is sharing her journey in the hopes that it will help create a safer world for our children.  In the hopes that it will help others navigate their own healing. Halli is making a huge impact helping women heal.  She’s found purpose in providing trauma-informed trainings and healing yoga workshops for sexual assault survivors.

This episode is offered with deep care and respect. If you’ve experienced trauma, know that you are not alone. You are not broken. And healing is possible.

In 2022, she launched a private yoga therapy practice to work one-on-one with people who need and want emotional, physical, and/or spiritual support.  Halli is not a finished product. She loves learning. She has a law degree (JD), a master’s degree in education (MAEd), experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT) certification, and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) certification. Ep 17: Past Lives with Daniel The Past Life Regressionist 21 May 202501:07:39

Past Lives.  The idea that we’ve lived many lives before this one. That our soul has incarnated again and again, in different bodies, genders, cultures, and across eras.

Whether you believe in past lives or not, how fun is it to wonder? What if we do get to come back again and again? What if this is all a grand multiverse story? A soul-led Marvel movie where we’re all recurring characters, playing different roles, lifetime after lifetime?

Daniel, The Past Life Regressionist has been guiding people through Past Life Regressions for almost a decade and brings grounded wisdom to a topic that can feel pretty out there.

In this episode, we're diving into the idea that maybe we’ve all been here before. Maybe we’ve met on another timeline. And maybe we’ll get to do it again.

Daniel, known as “The Past Life Regressionist,” is a practitioner of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH). He feels his mission is to help humanity view time through a different lens, and to help you uncover your past lives—who you were, when you lived, and where you existed across time. He believes that by freeing individuals from their karmic baggage accumulated over multiple lifetimes, they can approach decisions from a new perspective. This, in turn, creates a butterfly effect that ripples across the world and beyond space and time. Daniel is also the host of the podcast "Timeless Spirituality."

Ep 16: What Dying Taught Us with Near-Death Experience Survivor Cassandra Mary Bauer 14 May 202501:25:40

Having a near-death experience is intense, to say the least. Survivors often report out-of-body experiences.  I had one of those. A sense of peace or euphoria? I felt that, too. Some describe seeing a light at the end of the tunnel, the most common stereotype we’ve all heard. Others encounter beings or past loved ones...this was the experience of Cassandra Mary Bauer. Her NDE was unlike anything I’d ever come across. I watched an old YouTube video of her sharing it, and I immediately reached out. What she described blew my mind. She goes into detail about it in this episode, but the real magic is in what comes after.

Because the transformation happens here, in the now, in the integration. These experiences gifted both of us an expanded consciousness, a renewed sense of purpose, heightened presence, and an awakening to our inner knowing, our intuition. And the beauty of sharing stories like this is realizing: you don’t have to nearly die to come alive.

While trauma often cracks us open, access to higher frequency information can also be the key. A key to planting seeds for a new reality. A key to recognizing the everyday magic. Not just in surviving, but in truly living. In expecting miracles, in every single moment. Because if you’re here, listening... you already are one.

About Cassandra Mary Bauer
Cassandra Mary Bauer is a survivor of death, and through the unraveling of grief, she rediscovered her authentic self—love. After a near-death experience, she encountered her brother Jason on the other side of the veil—a moment that forever shifted her perspective. His presence, love, and message—that she was not alone—became the catalyst for her transformation.Reconnected to a higher power, Cass’s mission became clear: to help others master presence, understand their emotions, and make conscious choices to heal. As a holistic practitioner, trauma-informed life coach, and visionary, she has guided thousands in aligning mind, body, and soul. Cass is an author, poet, and storyteller, writing from the space between worlds to remind others they are not alone. She teaches others to surrender the doing and embrace the being—the poet, the mystic, the mirror. Her voice, once silenced, now resonates with those ready to be seen and heard. She believes she was called to this sacred remembering, where words are prayers, and presence holds the power to heal.

Ep 26: Alignment, Astrology and Star Twins with Author Jessie Rosen 23 Jul 202500:53:41

How aligned are we, really, to our astrology charts?

When you read your horoscope, does it feel spot‑on? Or feel like it’s written for someone else?

Author Jessie Rosen takes us right into that tension in her new novel "All The Signs" exploring astrological alignment and a concept I had never heard of before: star twins. A star twin is someone born within a two‑hour window of you, same date, same year. While Jessie’s book is fiction, her research was very real. She went looking for her own star twins and, through those conversations and travels, deepened her own understanding of identity, connection, and self‑acceptance.

Hearing how Jessie creates reminds us that we don’t need to be an authors to tap into that kind of magic.  There’s something about put pen to paper that is therapeutic for us all.

"All The Signs" follows a science‑minded doctor who’s built her life around logic, until a crack‑open moment shakes her worldview and veirs her from her carefully mapped path. It’s fiction, but it nudges you to reflect on your own life, your own relationships, your own alignment.

So you don’t need to have read the book to enjoy this conversation, but the hope is you find yourself reflecting about your own path by the end of it.

Ep 28: How Woo Are You? with Caitlin Wilder06 Aug 202500:47:11

The best woo-woo stories are the ones that make you gasp. The kind that make you giggle with delight because the synchronicity, the message, the sign is so spot-on, you just know there’s something else at play.

Get ready to gasp, giggle, and pick your jaw up off the floor, because Caitlin Wilder of WILDERBEGINNINGS and I are trading some incredible stories about connecting with things not of this realm.

We also play a little game called How Woo Are You? and hope you’ll play along with us. We dive into Human Design, talk about To Be Magnetic, and if those words are brand new to you, don’t worry everything’s linked below.

This is one of my absolute favorite episodes because it brings me right back to why I started all of this in the first place. Woo-woo is fun, it can be funny, and it’s full of joy. And that is exactly the energy Caitlin brings to this episode of The Woo Report.

Ep 27: Quantum Leaps and Highs & Lows with Karin Hadadan of ICIETNU30 Jul 202500:52:07

If you're not following Karin Hadadan / ICIETNU on instagram stop what you're doing and go follow!  She is an EXHALE amidst your chaotic scroll.

Karin's words have become spiritual touchstones for so many, especially her transformative quote on quantum leaping, which has gone viral five times. An author, storyteller and screenwriter, Karin talks to Laura Scarpati about how and why she channeled these life changing passages.

Karin opens up about her battle with endometriosis and chronic illness, and how those painful initiations cracked open multiple spiritual awakenings that deepened her connection to both God and the universe. Karin blurs the line between religion and spirituality, holding reverence for both while merging them within her own belief systems.

So much inspiration in this chat but the best reminder Karin gets into is that when you want something, the universe conspires to make it happen.
