Women Talking About Learning is a podcast about what it's actually like to work in L&D, HR, and organisational development. No frameworks, thought leadership, or advice you can't use.
Just women reflecting honestly on the work, the challenges, and what they've learned along the way.
This episode explores women, data, and AI — where they intersect, why representation matters, and how we can build more inclusive paths into data science and analytics. Expect conversation on leadership, bias, and the realities of working in data-driven roles.
