For many years, Pilar Orti has run her voiceover career in parallel to all her other ventures. She ran a small theatre company for ten years, and then became a trainer, facilitator and consultant. Her voiceover credits include the Spanish voice of the WiiFit and GoJetters' Xuli.
She's now also a podcast host, having been hosting the 21st Century Work Life podcast for Virtual not Distant for five years, and co-hosting My Pocket Psych and Facilitation Stories (IAF England and Wales).

Katelyn Dawn, as well as being a singer-songwriter who has been performing and recording her own songs since 2004, also has a background in digital media design including web & graphic design and film and has been a freelance designer for years.
Katelyn decided to combine all her interests and dive into a career in voiceover in 2019. She built her recording studio in 2019 and sought out training at Edge Studio who are industry leaders in voiceover training. With over 16 years of experience recording and editing vocals, Katelyn has thousands of hours at the microphone singing and voice acting. Katelyn is interested in narrating eLearning because it is a unique area of voiceover where one can actively help people learn.

Janet Webb is a freelance Learning and OD consultant. She helps people to understand what’s going on psychologically, that manifests in helpful or unhelpful behaviour, having been exploring this personally and professionally since 1992.

Rita Sookrit is a learning strategist and has been working in learning for a number of years in a range of roles and organisations, most recently in Canada but also in Saudi and Belgium. Rita consults with global clients in various industries, helping them shape and foster workflow learning. She brings extensive experience in building, inspiring, and developing high performing L&D teams. Rita is currently collaborating with an organisation to digitise their learning strategy, and help drive employee engagement. She builds partnerships to develop cutting edge L&D solutions that address business and human needs.
Kate Graham has worked in L&D and HR for over 15 years. In her role with Fosway Group, she works with organisations using HR, talent and learning technologies to feed into the research agenda and extend Fosway’s Corporate Research Network. In addition, Kate is social chair of the world's leading L&D event, Learning Technologies, co-host of Learning Now TV and a regular contributor to the Training Journal podcast. Jayne Harrison is a qualified executive coach and has over 25 years’ experience in the people development field in mainly leadership and career development. She is interested in what makes people tick, why they choose the work they do and general wellbeing. She has just launched the #WellbeingWednesdays series which examines how to stay well (particularly during a pandemic) paying attention to mind, body, soul and work. She has recently qualified in vegan nutrition and in her spare time she’s usually in the kitchen, ‘veganizing’ her favourite dishes. Food is definitely a passion, as are her dogs and dancing (and sometimes all at once on a Friday listening to Radio 1).
Lorna set up little tent because she believed that there was a better way for business to work for people and to shape work for herself. Little tent offers coaching and people and change consultancy to organisations and leaders who want to make positive, impactful, change happen. She describes Little Tent as her passion project, livelihood and contribution to making work better for everyone.
