Regina Meredith is the coauthor of The Future Human, with Lee Harris, and is currently the host of Open Minds on Gaia TV.
She has worn most of the hats available in the world of mainstream media, having been a show host, news anchor, network sports broadcaster, reporter, producer, and writer. She has worked for NBC and PBS.
This episode captures the essence of her collaboration with Lee Harris, highlighting their mutual intent to infuse hope into the world. Their book includes intelligent and deep questions from Regina to Lee's guides The Z's. They share predictions that will illuminate the human's paths toward a more positive future.
Regina emphasizes the significance of heart energy and invites us to embrace this heart-centered coherence, paving the way for a compassionate and coherent society. By harnessing the synergy of mind, heart, and body, we unlock the potential for an extraordinary human experience.
A discussion unfolds around navigating the pitfalls of fear and AI manipulation. The Z's touch upon societal changes and the evolving landscape of human relationships, including gender fluidity and the shift away from fear-based paradigms. This episode encourages us to use our hearts as discernment tools, fostering relationships based on presence, acceptance, and authenticity—a hopeful vision for the future of our species!
