Ep 170: How to Build Recurring Income in Your Coaching Business with a Group Program / Membership Hybrid Offe14 Apr 202500:13:46

Got some feedback or a question for Laura? Send it in here!

Last year I hit a brick wall in my business and had a bit of a business wobble. I was struggling to create recurring income in a way that worked for me, and my offers just didn’t seem to be working the way I knew they could.

I decided to make some significant changes to my core signature offer, and create something I like to call a ‘group program / membership hybrid’

In this episode I’m going to share more on the group program / membership hybrid and why you might want to consider creating a similar offer in your coaching business.

When it comes to selling our services as a coach, one of the most powerful tools we have at our disposal is the humble testimonial!

Testimonials from previous clients can play a very important role in how easily we sign new clients and sell other products and services, so it’s important that we collect those testimonials in the first place, and that they’re actually effective and communicate what they need to in order to help other people decide to work with you.

Whether that’s Instagram posts, Facebook Live topics, blog post ideas or even what to email your list - so much of what we create to market our coaching businesses is content based, so it makes sense to have a few ideas up your sleeve that you can come back to when you just aren’t feeling all that creative.

Got some feedback or a question for Laura? Send it in here!

A very common challenge when running a health or life coaching business is creating a sustainable cashflow and establishing recurring income. When you don’t have this in place, it can make running your business especially stressful. It’s not enjoyable starting every month at zero and being stuck in a ‘feast or famine’ cycle.

Ep 55: How to implement non client days14 Nov 202200:16:53

Got some feedback or a question for Laura? Send it in here!

When you first start a coaching business it’s natural to want to get as many clients as possible. This can sometimes mean you see clients at all hours of the day (and sometimes evenings and weekends!) which can quickly become challenging and energetically draining. Implementing non client days can help alleviate this, but how do we put this in place?

Tune in to learn:

  • Why non client days are awesome
  • Things you need to consider when choosing your non client days and setting them up
  • How to get clients to stick to your client days
  • Common concerns with non client days and how to overcome them
