It's Baptism Sunday! When you get baptized and say Yes to the call of God for your life, you realize the Blood of Jesus is sufficient for you. You are called righteous, blameless, pure, called, you have a purpose and you are wanted by God. It is more normal for you to behave like a righteous person than it is to live in sin. Baptisms are the public declaration that you will follow Jesus in a deeper way. That are being buried with Jesus and rising along side Him to live a new life! Maturity is not just growing up to be able to identify what is true and real, but how you can enact those truths in your everyday life. It's the Goodness of God that brings us closer to Him. He is not an angry God, He's a God who wants to bless His Children and have a connection with them. When we experience the presence of God the father, anything is possible and He will sovereignly move to heal, restore and connect with His Children.

Injustices are all around us. From media to our own experiences, our purpose and call in life is to look at injustices and to find solutions for them. We are called to not live with an out of sight out of mind mentality, we are to confront issues and bring peace to ourselves and society.

Trusting in God and taking Him not only at His word, but at His character. The story of Christmas was prophesied all throughout the old testament and our trust goes beyond just hearing, reading words, but believing God wants the best for us. Christ came into the world to show us God the father and to save us from death and sin. That all starts with believing that God loves the world.

In the age of information we live in, it's a value to know everything and be comfortable. In the kingdom, its about faith in Jesus and putting our trust in God that He is communicating to us that where we are going we will be secure. Where we were in this past season in life is not where we are headed. We're heading for the mystery of God and life and we will follow His voice above every other noise.

Part of the gospel message is heaven, but Jesus mostly talked about how we live today on this earth. The gospel is way bigger than just going to church on Sunday's. It's not based on your performance, its based on Christ and the His death and Resurrection. Our partnership with Christ can help expand the kingdom of heaven and yet it is still Christ who builds the kingdom. The kingdom of heaven is at hand.

You're feelings are valid, but they are not in control. We must manage and care for our feelings, but not always give them the final say. Jesus is the most important person in our lives and we must take our feelings, our will, and our emotions under the authority of His reign.

We need to love the church! Its not just about loving our home church, but the global church of Jesus Christ. In a country so divided by beliefs, we often forget that the point of the gospel is Jesus and that Jesus will build the church. Our mandate is to be a part of the solution and to do that we need to stop finding faults with each other and find that Jesus is going to be the person who helps people deal with their shortcomings.

Your passion isn't always your call and the only thing that matters is Jesus. Moses in Exodus 33 said "If your presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here". The presence of God and living like Jesus lived is the only thing that does and should matter. No matter what you do today God is with you and He matters above all else.

Seeking the heart of God is wild and that means at times things can get "weird" We need to step out and start to see with our spiritual eyes and senses to discern what is happening in the heavenly realm.

This past Sunday Pastor Max challenged us to get back to an authentic relationship with God. Not one built on a combination of grace, legalism and other factors. It's just grace. It's just Him.

Pastor Matthew gave a call to return to our first love. We are loved unconditionally and it's out of that love that we live for God. Take a moment to sit back and receive the love God has for you.

This past Sunday, Pastor Jason Wimbush preached about the mercy of God.  When Jesus walked the earth, he spent time with sinners, extending mercy. We are called to do the same and bring the message of reconciliation to the world. 

This past Sunday, Dr. Leon Van Rooyen gave a powerful message on giving of our whole selves to the Kingdom of God. We are called to be a generous people, in every way. It is only when we have laid down our lives that we truly find our life hidden in Him. 

This past Sunday, Pastor Matthew brought a powerful message on how vital it is to stay united in community with the Body of Christ. God created us to need each other and to walk together as one. 

This past Sunday, Pastor Kathy shared on the power of forgiveness.  It is vital that we stand together in unity as the body of Christ. Our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of darkness. Let's stand together as one in victory!

Our youth shared testimonies from their Youth Camp in Texas. They encountered God and experienced freedom from fear and anxiety and learned the power of forgiveness.  Receive an impartation for more of God!

As we encountered the Holy Spirit this past Sunday, Pastor Kathy reminded all of us how extravagant God's love is for us. He does more than we can ever dream of or ask for. This week, be encouraged by the magnificence of God's love for you.

There is favor that comes when we honor those that God has appointed. Be encouraged this week, as Pastor Max teaches on the glory of humbling ourselves and walking in submission to one another as we submit to God.

This past Sunday, Pastor Kathy encouraged us through the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abendigo that God is in the fire with you. Every step of the way, He is there to protect, guide, and love you. Be encouraged as you experience His presence through this week’s service.

This past Sunday, Pastor Kathy shared the significance of Jesus’ resurrection on the third day.  We are in the third day as a church: a time of new beginnings, wholeness, and freedom. 

This past week, Pastor Kathy reminded us how good the Presence of God is. Just as Jesus chose to meet a sinful woman at the well, He longs to come and encounter you in the midst of all of life’s struggles.   

Where two or more come together in His name, there He is. This past Sunday, Pastor Max encouraged us to walk in unity with each other and experience God’s presence in a greater measure. 

God is always present, whether or not we can feel Him or sense Him. Listen as Pastor Matthew encourages us to press into the presence of God in our everyday life. As you seek Him, you will find Him!

This past Sunday, Pastor Kathy spoke an encouraging word on faith beyond feelings. It’s ok to “feel the feels” but know that our emotions come and go. God’s faith for us is bigger than our feelings and our faith grows as we keep our eyes on Him.

This week Pastor Matthew recaps his family's mission trip to Nicaragua and gives an impassioned plea to believers to go after serving the kingdom with passion. Finding areas to help that energize you rather than drain your relationships will build a strong community.

This past Sunday, Pastor Max taught as we are running the race that God has set before us and being good stewards of all that He has given us, we are storing up rewards that last for eternity.
