The boys have an in-depth discussion on the week ahead up in Sheffield for British Champs which acts as a selection event for the World Champs qualifiers out in Japan later this year. One week closer to champs the Tom and Alex discuss British Swimming's granting of Alex a media pass for Sheffield, taper continues and another heated quiz takes place.
