What does it actually mean to be "working on myself"? This two-part series delves into this confusing but essential process.

TL;DR: Perfectionism is the armour that you think will protect you from seeming flawed to the rest of the world, but that is actually so heavy and cumbersome to carry around that it won’t even let you move. Be gentle with your flawed self, and the flawed selves of others. Also, read Brené Brown's books.
