You do not need a special gift or a “dead bell” to know when spirit is near you. I’m making a bold claim: by the end of this listen, you can identify what it feels like when a departed loved one steps into your space and you can start trusting your own intuition and mediumship abilities.

I break down spirit communication in the simplest way I know. Spirit does not have a physical body, so the “evidence” often arrives as energy shifts in your nervous system: tingles, ringing ears, temperature changes, sudden emotion, that instinct to look over your shoulder, or the feeling that the room just changed. We run two guided, body-based experiments together, including a countdown you can follow in your car, at home, or wherever you’re listening, so you can notice your own personal signals in real time.

From there, we expand into common signs from loved ones on the other side, like phantom smells and the moment a person unexpectedly pops into your mind. I also explain how intention and consent work when you invite someone specific in, why fear-based stories usually come from the brain rather than the spirit world, and how “energetic fingerprints” can help you recognize who is visiting over time, including claircognizance for those who simply know.

Your tech doesn’t “randomly” fail at the worst possible time. You can admire a spiritual teacher, trust their work, buy the books and classes, and then suddenly feel a full-body absolutely fucking not. The confusing part is what happens next: your mind starts explaining away your own reaction. Maybe you’re judging. Maybe you’re jealous. Maybe you’re resisting growth. Or maybe something genuinely changed.

There are actually three very different reasons a teacher can start giving you the ick. The teacher may no longer embody what they teach. Your own resistance may be trying to keep you comfortable. Or you may have simply outgrown the lesson.

The weirdest part of doing intuitive work is realizing the “future” doesn’t behave like a fixed calendar. Sometimes it shows up loud and specific. Other times it’s a blank wall and that isn’t a mistake. I’m unpacking what I’ve been seeing across multiple client readings where Spirit makes one thing crystal clear: the more committed you are to a path, the more readable the path becomes.

Premonitions can feel like the most comforting thing in the world and the most dangerous. Some of the most healing mediumship readings start with the words we least want to say out loud. When a loved one’s passing is traumatic, or when suicide and shock are part of the story, a psychic medium has to balance truth, privacy, and care without turning the session into a performance or a soft lie. I’m sharing how I deliver tough messages to clients, what happens when my “human” side wants to protect the sitter, and how I consciously step aside so spirit can speak clearly.

I walk you through a recent mediumship demonstration where I recognized the story immediately and chose to keep certain details high level.
