The kind of stillness that quietens the mind enough to hear something deeper, your own inner wisdom, speaking from a place beneath the noise of everyday thinking. In this 30 minute session you will move gently through a breath practice, into open awareness, and finally into a receptive space where you can simply listen. You may come with an intention, something you wish to release, a question you are sitting with, a desire to feel at peace or to let your body heal. Or you may simply come to rest. Both are welcome. There will be long periods of silence. Your mind will wander. That is completely natural and nothing to worry about. Each time it does, just return to the breath and continue. That was until I had a deep realisation in meditation which shined a light on my beliefs and showed me another perspective which blew my mind.
