Blood Pressure Breakthroughs: Mark Young on Zona Plus & Cardiovascular Optimization05 May 202600:26:40

Send us Fan Mail

Mark Young is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive at Zona Health, the company behind the Zona Plus device. After years of building and launching startups, he joined the team in 2016 with a clear mission: to bring the benefits of isometric exercise and cardiovascular health into everyday homes.

Throughout his career in business and technology, a consistent theme has been his passion for education and delivering practical, science-backed solutions in an accessible way. With multiple graduate degrees and a strong track record of scaling startups, Mark has deep expertise in compliance, marketing, and growth—particularly within regulated health and wellness industries.

At Zona Health, he focuses on helping individuals understand how simple, at-home interventions can support healthier blood pressure and improved cardiovascular function. The Zona Plus has also attracted attention from biohackers like Dave Asprey, who has highlighted it as a powerful tool for enhancing cardiovascular health and overall performance.

Mark is a strong guest for podcasts covering health, biohacking, longevity, blood pressure, and cardiovascular wellness, as well as entrepreneurship and the process of building compliant, science-driven products in the health space.

Why Relying Solely on Doctors Can Keep You Unhealthy - Sandy Martin30 Apr 202600:20:24

Send us Fan Mail

Sandy Martin is the author of Biological EDGE and a health optimization strategist focused on what most of the biohacking world overlooks: elimination before addition. After investing more than $97,000 into advanced protocols, supplements, and performance tracking—with limited results—Sandy discovered that hidden mold exposure in her home was undermining every gain.

That turning point led to the development of a practical framework centered on removing the biological “blockers” that prevent progress, rather than endlessly stacking new interventions. Her work challenges conventional approaches to longevity and optimization, arguing that order—not effort—is often the missing variable.

Today, Sandy shares this perspective through writing and podcast conversations, helping others rethink how health optimization actually works at a foundational level.

Jean-Christian Rindoni: From Global Trade to Conscious Leadership09 Apr 202600:36:56

Send us Fan Mail

Over the past year, Jean-Christian Rindoni’s perspective on business and life has evolved significantly. After more than two decades working across global markets in over 30 countries—building partnerships, managing supply chains, and developing international opportunities—he began to question the deeper purpose of business and the impact it creates.

Seeking clarity, he stepped away from constant activity and spent time in solitude in the mountains with his Labrador, Bud. During this period of reflection, he reexamined ideas of purpose, responsibility, and interconnectedness, ultimately viewing supply chains as ecosystems that can either extract or regenerate value.

This realization led to the creation of Symbiosis Infinity Group, an initiative focused on building responsible, ethical, and sustainable business ecosystems that bridge developing and developed markets. Today, his work centers on aligning profitability with social equity and environmental stewardship, redefining leadership as stewardship guided by purpose and awareness.

Jamie Sylvian: Building Freedom Beyond the Boardroom03 Apr 202600:25:20

Send us Fan Mail

Jamie Sylvian is the author of The Executive Nomad Operating System and founder of Executive Nomad. With more than 30 years of executive-level consulting experience across sectors and countries, including board-level advisory work, he helps senior leaders rethink what comes next after corporate life.

Jamie works primarily with executives aged 40 to 60 who are transitioning out of traditional roles—whether through redundancy, burnout, or choice. Rather than guiding them toward another job, he shows them how to convert decades of leadership experience into location-independent advisory businesses through consulting, coaching, mentoring, non-executive director roles, and workshop facilitation.

His approach centers on intellectual property extraction—the idea that a career is not just a timeline, but a body of commercial IP that can be structured, packaged, and monetized. He helps clients navigate the psychological shift of leaving corporate identity, rewire their sense of authority outside organizations, and build flexible, portfolio-based careers without relying on influencer models.

Known for combining strategic clarity with practical execution frameworks, Jamie speaks on topics such as the challenges executives over 50 face in securing equivalent roles, the hidden identity shift required when leaving corporate life, and how to turn career disruption into opportunity. His work resonates with experienced professionals seeking more autonomy, purpose, and control in their next chapter.

Dan Corcoran is a Philadelphia native who left his corporate role at Amazon to return home and build something that truly mattered.
