Chris Lanzilli stopped by the podcast to talk ball and how his new fitness and training program is doing.

Lanzilli, a Boston native, is a former All-American and MLB draft pick for the SF Giants. He played at Wake Forest and the University of Arkansas, helping the Razorbacks to the College World Series in 2022. Chris runs Lanzilli Fitness, using the knowledge and experience gained throughout his career to help athletes elevate their performance with elite training programs.

What fun and informative hour with guest Blaine Knight.

Blaine stopped by the podcast to talk some ball. A native of Bryant, Arkansas, Blaine went on the play college baseball at the University of Arkansas. In 2018 he was named to the All-SEC Second Team, and to the College World Series All-Tournament Team. He finished his 2018 season with a 14-0 record and 2.80 ERA over 19 starts. Knight was selected by the Baltimore Orioles in the third round of the 2018 MLB draft. We talked a little bit of everything baseball and much more! Longtime umpire Alan Barton drops by to discuss his 35 years of umpiring baseball. Alan played junior college baseball at Trinidad College in Colorado and finished his career at Henderson in Arkadelphia, AR.

Alan has been in education for 40 years coaching, teaching and serving as principal.

Dr. Bobby Pritchett stopped by today to talk arm care!

Bobby played his travel ball with the Dallas Tigers baseball organization. After lettering four years at South Garland High School, we played collegiately at the University of Central Arkansas. After college he played independent baseball, being named a top 10 Indy prospect by Baseball America.

After his playing career, Bobby went on to become a certified chiropractic sports physician. He is also the Chiropractor for the University of Arkansas Razorbacks baseball team.
