How your Mental Health is the foundation to your goals and how it caused me to leave Spotify21 May 202600:15:32

Hello everyone, here is a quick update and notification that the show has moved hosting platforms. For the audio listener it means nothing, for the video audience, the studio recording of the show will be uploaded to Youtube instead of watching on Spotify. In this update I talk about how important mental health is and how we are so unaware of how our mental health is undervalued!

Operation Stolen Base: A deep dive into EBAYS largest sports memorabilia fraud case12 May 202600:54:31

Part 1: The Minor League Pitch and the Perfect Fraud

How did a former professional baseball player go from pitching at 90 MPH to orchestration the largest sports memorabilia fraud ring in eBay history? We step inside the operation, and the mental state that built it.

In this episode,

  • The Athlete's Shadow: Analyzing the psychological state of an athlete facing career failure (injury, release) and how "minor league" fame creates a dangerous vacuum that fraud can fill.
  • The Genesis of the "Racket": How the operation began with small-scale forgeries and scaled rapidly, utilizing close personal relationships—including his mother and friends—to create a "trust circle" that shielded the fraud.
  • The Power of the Marker: The mindset required to forge thousands of autographs, from Babe Ruth to Derek Jeter, and the specific high-level manipulation used to convince collectors of authenticity.
  • Mental State of the Catalyst: What psychological triggers led him to believe he could, and should, get away with it on such a monumental scale? Was it purely greed, or an act of desperation and entitlement?
Curtis Flowers wasnt the only victim of Doug Evans03 Mar 202401:57:51

Doug Evans is a racist. We now know that. Doug Evans also resigned because of this exposure. A scathing opinion handed down by the Supreme Court on the evilness Doug Evans displayed in Taking Curtis Flowers to trial 6 times and ultimately striking EVERY potential black juror from the panel and sending Curtis to prison for a crime he did not commit.

When... When do we hold these people accountable?

Come witness the effects long prison sentences and long stays in solitary have on the mind and spirit.

This is part 4 of that discussion and Frank and I get into the beginnings of a deadly Nevada State Prison Aryan gang called the Aryan Warriors.

Good afternoon, everyone and welcome back to a very important discussion. One that should of been out sooner had I not been in the personal chaos of my life but yet still moving forward.   In this episode I visit with Ms Angie Hatfield about the continued strain on the incarcerated and their families. As if the mail system hasn't been horrendous enough, now more pressure is being applied to this population of American Citizens that is resulting in a lot of hostility and anger within the walls. The State of Florida is moving to do away with visitation.

Frank Depalma called me one day and asked if I would do a podcast with his friend. He told me that she has been having some real issues and it has really started affecting her and she listened to a couple of my shows and thought I would be perfect to tell her story.

This is what I am here for, a voice for the voiceless. For those to be heard what is going on that nobody is paying attention to or cares to know.

This is Jessicas story unedited, uncut and raw. Just 3 people with similar experiences having a discussion on our realities.

TriciaJo aka Tricia Jean Wilson is an individual who is conning families out of their money. She is like a cheap imitation of the catch me if you can character. My encounter with TriciaJo started mid-June up until about the 9th of July when a particular family was wiring us money to do an innocence campaign on an individual here in Florida that I will be doing podcasts on here in the near future. TriciaJo portrayed herself to be a publicist at first because that is what I advertised for on Facebook, however her scheme quickly changed when she saw that she could use my platform to further her conspiratorial ways.

I told Triciajo from the beginning, do not lie to me because I will know and if you are in the business of exploiting families, I will uncover you. Yet she continued on. In episodes upcoming you will see TriciaJo for yourself act as if she is a licensed paralegal as she tries to get a family to "sign on the dotted line"

And she is still on the hunt. Looking for the next scam to feed her addiction of narcissism and crack cocaine. Her only means of survival is her cashapp.

People like TriciaJo do so much more than steal people's money. They steal their hope. She has taken from families their last hope at justice for an innocent family member. Praying off of family's desperation just to get high and do whatever she wants. They are out there every day looking for their next victim, their next score. Helping the system tear down our communities,

Our Hope.

DJ Vodicka is an individual who thought that he was doing a good community service by enlisting into the Dept of Corrections. What this Naïve young man didn't know was the world he was stepping off into. What separated him from everyone else was he was willing to sacrifice his career in the name of justice and what's right. How he was raised. The act of being a good cop.

Follow us in a tale of corruption inside of prisons and how inmates are really treated. This isnt a tale for sympathy for those who have been convicted but a tale of how a system has allowed for torture and slavery which is being funded by the taxpayers of America.

In 2002, James W. Griffin was charged with Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, Attempted Aggravated Robbery and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. At trial, James was found guilty. He was sentenced to 25 years as the getaway driver.

Bob Frazier, Manager of Carlos O'Kelly's, in Topeka, Kansas, testified that a person believed to be a black male, dressed in all black entered the restaurant while he was conducting a tour of the establishment with school children. The subject entered the back of the restaurant, through the kitchen and into Mr. Frazier’s office without being seen by other employees. After hearing a loud popping noise, a witness in the restaurant made his way towards Mr. Frazier’s office where he was found lying on the floor.

  • The safe had not been opened.
  • No theft had occurred

At trial, the “evidence” used to convict James was based on hearsay from one person, their significant other and a next door neighbor. Since then, the witnesses have recanted their testimony, stating they lied to avoid a jail sentence. In addition, phone records, which were never presented at trial, have James' at a location 2.5 hours away from Topeka, in Coffeyville, Kansas. His Mother, also his alibi, was never called to testify on her son's behalf. She has since passed away. No one identified James Griffin as either the shooter or the getaway driver. Lastly, no DNA or physical evidence that James Griffin was involved in this crime exists.

Creating situations that can get us hurt26 Feb 202401:05:47

Welcome back to another week and another great episode.

This weeks discussion is a playback from one year ago where Paul Kratsas and I talk about the atrocities we can get ourselves into.

Growing up in and out of prison, I learned at an early age how my decisions could get me un-alived quickly, or even worse if you can imagine that for a second.

So it was understanding that our choices can lead to the very chaos we are trying to avoid.

Thank you again for tuning in and next week will be a new episode about racist District Attorney Doug Evans. Doug Evans was the D.A. for Jackson Mississippi who tried Curtis Flowers 6 TIMES!! He got scathing opinions from the Supreme Court that ultimately forced Doug Evans to retire.

But Curtis Flowers wasn't the only one!!!

On 12/23/19 Temujin Kensu was accepted in Michigan's CIU (Conviction Integrity Unit) for processing of his innocence. For nearly the next 3 years Temujin, his family, his supporters and his attorneys were under the understanding and impression that everyone realized this man's innocence and was working to get him out.   A clemency application with Governor Gretchen Whitmer was pending and denied by the Governor in December 2020 for the reason that the parole board didn't support the clemency.  The parole board admittedly does not consider innocence in its review, so if remorse for the crime is not demonstrated, they will never support clemency.   By this time, the State CIU team led by Michigan's AG Dana Nessel was assigning different people to investigate this case. While a case is with the CIU, the inmate is prevented from seeking any other type of relief (no appeals can be filed). The supposed "investigation" was initially stalled due to a "conflict" in the AG's office, and later Val Newman was assigned as Special Assistant AG to spearhead an investigation.   Ultimately on May 17th, 2022, Temujin's family woke up to find out that Temujin's case had been closed without rhyme or reason.  Temujin's family then went to Michigan's website for the CIU and found that its criteria had been changed back in April of 2020 to a very narrow standard (very similar to the appellate court standard) which severely limits what can be considered for review.  AG Dana Nessel created the unit with the promise of reviewing cases to determine if the convictions had integrity.  In doing so, she set the criteria upon establishing the unit and her office made multiple verbal statements in addition to statements followed up in writing about what would be considered "new evidence" in its review.

Frank Depalma spent 42 years in prison. 22 of those years in solitary confinement.

Frank killed a black man.

Coming into the system in 1975 (the year I was born) at 18 years of age, this kid was exposed to a world of violence, mayhem and most of all racism. Prison is a breeding ground for this hatred and ideology. It starts in the Administration and Im not talking about the prison administration.

Frank is being bred for hatred and racism by this system until it starts to become part of him. The lies which causes misperception had Frank realizing that everything these hate groups in prison were saying was becoming true, not fully understanding the history, the mistrust and abuse one race has taken from another, the anger in both races towards each other all stemming from lies and agenda of division.

In prison we are all exposed to racism from day one when we have to make a choice on who to walk with, eat with, cell with and associate with. This choice can have deadly consequences usually within the week. It all depends on your character whether you make it out alive or not. Some fall victim to the fear and become something they dont truly believe in only for protection, not realizing that when you make a deal with the devil, the devil always comes out ahead.

Some though stand up for what they believe in and ooooh is that such a hard line to walk...

This episode is one of many I had with Frank. We delve into how he ended up in prison for all those years and how he ultimately took a life. Like many Frank when into prison with a 10 year sentence from an overzealous and penal Judge and ended up spending most of his life in prison when all he was trying to do was survive.

Steven Bobo "BoBo" is a friend of mine. First meeting Steven in a zoom meeting a while back dealing with criminal justice, I learned he was a formal corrections officer who was capitalizing off the prison industry for personal gain like so many other "Correctional Officers" in the system, the money is fast, easy and ENDLESS. But as with any other selfish act, consequences must be faced at some point. Bobo took his time like a man and experienced prison in a very unique way, from both sides of the door. In this experience Bobo, being the man he is, learned from it, allowed this experience to open his eyes to what really is going on and he had a choice, to either accept it and move on and forget it, or to speak it out, shout it out, what these government folks are really up too.

This is a discussion of truth. This is a discussion as to what is happening to our children in every community, what is happening to our households, our values and standards as a community. From CRT in schools and sex gender affiliation and every other pressure put on our children today yet we expect them to not make a mistake.

Steven Bobo is my friend because he cares about his children and his community, as do I.

2.  Sexual Exploitation of a Child - Production of Child Pornography  18 U.S.C. § 2251(a)

Eric was 17 and the "victim" was 16. She was sending Eric photos of herself over snapchat. Once he turned 18, two more pictures were sent to Eric and the Feds arrested him. Hear the story and after words hear the discussion between Eric and I.

Pt3. Mark Caruso: Is a fed up citizen19 May 202200:37:24

     The third part of this discussion brings the prison industry to front and center. We go into detail about the gruesome reality of prison and the chaos it spawns.   Inmates cannot create the chaos because we are monitored constantly. It would take the whole institutions population to create this chaos and that is just not factual. Most of the inmates in these facilities are non-violent people who just want to fix their lives. No the corruption is created at the top. Above the institution. The whole operation is corrupt. #wethepeople #rights #florida #house #representatives  @House of Representatives   @Senate Democrats   @Prison Documentaries   @Supreme Court Bar Association   #corruption #constitution #rights #breakingnews #news #education #mental #podcast #educationalpodcast #justice #court #crime #criminal #crimepodcast #truecrime #truecrimepodcast #truedetectives #law #attorney #state #florida #thethomasfreemeshow #freemepodcast #community #politics #america #usa #talkradio @iheartradio @applepodcasts @spotify @pandora @googlepodcasts @stitcher @spotify @tunein @spotifypromote @spotifypodcasts @spotifynews @spotifystatus @spotifyuk @spotifyusa @spotifycharts @spotifycares @spotifypromo2 @spotifypromote7 #thethomasfreemeshow #trendingvideos #fypapp #fyptiktok #podcastenglish #podcastflow #podcastandchill #podcastsaboutlife #podcaststolistento #podcasttofallasleepto #podcastsforselfimprovement #podcastsaboutselflove #podcastseducational #podcaststruecrime #podcastsaboutpsychology #truecrimestories #truecrimedocumentary #truecrimepodcast #truecrimeyoutubers #*youtube*22# #youtubechannel #topvideo #topvideosonyoutube #followme #crimepatrol #podcasttruehorrostories #prisonbreak #prisondocumentary

Pt2...Mark Caruso: Uncut and Raw18 May 202201:07:17

Please support at  www.cominghomecoalition.com Mark Caruso is a concerned citizen.  As most of us now entering into society and coming of age we start to realize upon leaving the house that life isn't really what we were taught by our parents. If we were lucky enough to have parents who found protection for their children by preparing them for the battles ahead then maybe we get a head start on life, but for the most of us our parents wanted to protect us from the evils of the World because in the infinite wisdom of a parent, we know what lies ahead and we want to just give them a taste of pure joy without stress or worry.   Then we enter into society ready to take on the world and realize the horror. The corruption and how prevalent it is among us. A choice is then made whether we become the corrupted or fight against it. Mark has chosen to fight against it at the risk of his reputation, his respect and his career. In a battle against corruption, it is so widespread that you could begin to think that you were the odd one out. The "everyone is doing it" mentality has grown from a high school joint to Corporate America, Military, Political and Entertainment fields. The leaders in these industries are corrupt themselves and therefore everything below them will be corrupt which will create an environment of corruption. So, when an individual steps into this arena they are quickly analyzed and approached.  Corruption likes to control the narrative. It's how it stays alive by protecting its secrets of manipulation and lies.  So when an individual who is strong in character makes the choice to fight against corruption, oh is that test great...  In this first part we discuss who Mark is and I ask this very question. How do "We the People" know that when you get into office you wont take the "Big Payout"?

Jabe Carney is currently serving 25 years in Florida state prison for DUI manslaughter, among other less serious traffic and drug offenses, including 5 years for driving with a suspended license. The DUI accident happened on Super Bowl Sunday, 2006, and the victim, Jason Gibson, was Jabe's friend. Jabe's current release date is in 2027.

Jabe filed for clemency in 2019. But the Clemency Board has yet to make a decision in his case. The victim's sisters, Katherine and Danyel, have forgiven Jabe for their brother's death and support his early release. But as it stands, their sentiments are being ignored; their pleas for mercy are falling on deaf ears.

By signing this petition, you will be amplifying Katherine and Danyel's voices. You will also be ensuring that Jabe's clemency application gets the attention it deserves. Jabe has transformed his life while incarcerated. And he has served enough time, as recognized by the victim's family. Please sign this petition. Help free Jabe Carney. Reunite him with his loving family. Thank you.

How familiar are we with one of the most important Acts that has been allowed to pass in our Legislation? One that impacts our everyday lives and how we conduct ourselves. These are some of the Bills and Acts that have passed in the last 20 years that has reshaped Government control, and our ability to work within that. Our freedom of speech has become very limited and we as humans are becoming more and more compliant each day. When will it stop and what can we do about it as citizens?

A conversation with Ryan02 May 202201:28:39

Known on TikTok @truthbeatsdeception we put together a discussion revolving around many concerns we have in our communities. Ryan is a concerned citizen in California who has had many personal experiences involving 5G towers and like me, is a seeker of truth in what is really happening to us. We talk about COVID, Ukraine, and America.

Some parts of this discussion may be offensive to some or ridiculous to others but believing in free speech and allowing all of us to voice our opinions and concerns as always, I bring the discussion unedited.

Relationships with felons: Understanding the complexities26 Apr 202200:35:11

Good morning all my faithful ones. Many Blessings on this Tuesday as I had some thoughts I wanted to share. Moving into the relationship coaching field, dealing in relationships that have or been through some sort of trauma and not getting anywhere with your counselor because they just dont understand these complexities of what we deal with on a daily basis for years on end.

Are the police our friends? A discussion on the wisdom app24 Apr 202200:47:47

Are the Police our friends?

We were taught as kids to trust the police and tell them everything we know. We've cooperated and been arrested. Weve seen our families incarcerated for things they didnt do. Weve watched the police brutalize and murder our citizens on National TV. Inmates are brutalized daily in all facilities across America.

Yet we keep feeding the system with our children? Believing they are going to make a difference, but do they? Or do they become the machine? Are the police our friends only when we comply? Show that we are down for the agenda and listen to whatever they say? No matter if we agree?

MDOC murdered my brother: The story of the murder of Jonathan Lancaster22 Apr 202202:11:37

www.justiceforjonny.com FB @justice4jonny Twitter: @justiceforjon1

Introducing Ms Danielle Dunn who has brought accusations of the murder of her brother Jonathan Edward Lancaster who was housed in Alger Correctional Facility and placed in Adminastrative Seg. The torture and abuse that went on in that cell has been documented and followed through but now the State is saying they dont have enough money to press charges against the accused. And that is where it is sitting. So now Danielle came to the Thomas FreeMe show to bring awareness to her case by providing links for us the community to call and demand prosecution against the murderers and torturers of her brother. I brought in as a guest Mr Temujin Kensu. Since he is a perfect example of Michigans corruption being that he has been incarcerated as an innocent man for 37 years.

97 years with no evidence: The trial of Derrick Horne10 Apr 202201:46:10

In October of 2002 5 people were sitting in a comfort inn doing drugs when 3 people busted in and assaulted them. There were 3 males and 2 females. The females claimed to be raped and all of them claimed to have been beaten and robbed.

From there the story becomes a twisted entanglement of testimony from government witnesses and crooked detectives to bad defense attorneys, that ultimately ended Derrick Horne in the middle of this investigation and upon trial found guilty and sentenced to 97 years with no evidence linking him to the crime at all.

20 years later this young man now an adult and his children, adults, are all still trying to prove this man's innocence and bring him home to reassemble his life.

How companies like Jpay and Securus profit off incarceration and misfortune08 Apr 202200:53:43

I start this episode with a conversation with Demel Dukes who happened to call in the midst of what was going on that day. While trying to connect with Curtis Davis to conduct the interview I did with him (https://anchor.fm/thethomasfreemepodcast/episodes/I-am-not-a-killer-The-story-of-an-innocent-man-by-the-name-of-Curtis-Davis-Jr-e1fe4oi) I ran across the issue I have heard from almost every family member of an incarcerated loved one.  The issues of communicating with them while in prison. Everything has been marketed to the family as a way to suck money out of those who are desperate. I haven't set up any Jpay accounts (JPay Founder Ryan Shapiro Indicted for Securities Fraud | Prison Legal News) or any of these, other fly by night companies that are making billions off the prison industry.  The issues of communicating with them while in prison. Everything has been marketed to the family as a way to suck money out of those who are desperate. I haven't set up any Jpay accounts (ry contracts with companies and then those in the judicial fields will invest in the stocks of these companies and protect their monies and portfolios, their careers by keeping the prisons full.

I am not a killer: The story of an innocent man by the name of Curtis Davis Jr.09 Mar 202200:45:31

Curtis Davis Facebook: (2) Innocence Proven II | Facebook

On the evening of Dec 1st, 2009, William McCuiston was murdered with a 30/30 shotgun blast. Although few were questioned the investigation revolved around the son-in-law Curtis Davis Jr.

Curtis, being married to William's stepdaughter at the time was nowhere near the crime scene when the crime happened yet was co-hearsed into taking a plea deal for manslaughter under the duress of threats from the State about charging his wife as well and their baby becoming a ward of the state.

Prior to being indicted the state informed Curtis and his lawyer that during the autopsy of the victim, DNA was found under the victims fingernails indicating a struggle. Nine months after taking the plea deal Curtis counsel did a motion requesting Curtis freedom due to the lab reports surfacing excluding Curtis from the crime scene altogether. The State blames the attorney citing the evidence was there for him to use and he did not. So in prison he still sits with the key to his freedom and no lock to stick it in.

This is where We the People need to step up and protect our own against this corrupt system called...

The Constitution Part 7: The 5th Amendment Part 2: Self-Incrimination and Double Jeopardy26 Feb 202201:32:08

The second installment of the 5th Amendment, I open with a response from Google Adsense concerning my youtube monetization and how I am being censored for helping the community by positive means versus negative.

In a time where the Constitution is hardly known by any American we are breaking down the Constitution and comparing it to todays climates.

Here we are discussing the act of self-incrimination and how our right to remain silent really works and how it is protected.

United States v Chad Marks: Blood on the Razor Wire Part 123 Feb 202200:18:23

Pay attention to the demeanor and attitude of Chad through-out this 3-part series and you can see how the Prison Industrial Complex creates monsters. Not to say that Chad or I are monsters, but that is only because we were paying attention to what the bigger picture was and guarded ourselves from allowing this to happen. But many don't and you can now witness how this system we like to think rehabilitates only incarcerates.
