James Newbury, Crossfit Games athlete, explains how a wealth of different experiences growing up has lead to him becoming a successful athlete and how learning the art of delayed gratification is crucial for performance. Dylan Hartley, former England rugby captain, then discusses what it was like to lead his country in such a high performance environment under the coaching of Eddie Jones Finally, Gaz Banford, former Sergeant Major of the SBS, talks about what we can do to adopt a high performance mindset and outlines how, nowadays, it’s too easy to see people being successful rather than appreciating the journey that has lead to their success.
